Maravillosa experiencia, en servicio, atención, ubicación y calidad

Con mi familia disfrutamos mucho del hotel, la atención del personal fue muy amable, la habitación fue un espacio confortable, todos los espacios del hotel muy lindos, el desayuno de excelente calidad y abundancia y la ubicación fue perfecta para nuestro viaje de vacaciones a corta distancia tanto del aeropuerto como del puerto de cruceros.

Lovely hotel will definitely stay again

Really nice hotel the staff were very helpful we really enjoyed our stay

Could do with some more things on the breakfast menu Tomatoes/mushrooms and was very busy at breakfast ran out of plates one morning

Helt ok. Tack vare bra frukost. Tillgång till pool & gym!

Frukosten är bra. Trevligt med möjlighet till eftermiddagsssnacks & drink.

Vi bokade för tre personer. Fick sängkläder & handdukar för två. Har haft bättre rum tidigare gällande ljudnivå. Bättre frukost på ES i Miami. Heltäckningsmatta borde bytas ut. Ofräscht.

Breakfast was fine, location was great

My toilet didn't work correctly, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was squealing and loud, and I found out I was charged a different rate even though I used booking.com. I've been a Hilton member a long time, the least they could of done is match the AAU posted price. It is my last time I will be using the Hilton hotels, unless I hear from someone affiliated with Hilton properties, thank you, Ron Vorpahl

Great stay before your cruise!

Kathleen at the front desk was so welcoming upon arrival. We were provided two free drink tickets per person to use at the bar on the night of our arrival. We were able to check-in to our room early which was a huge help. Breakfast was free and had a huge variety. Location was close to the Fort Lauderdale Cruise Terminal. Beautiful view from our room of the cruise ships coming in. Plenty of elevators available. Beautiful lobby/waiting area.

Bathroom door in our room would get stuck. You had to use a lot of force to get it to open once you were in the bathroom. Our balcony door chain lock was not in working order - could be a hazard with small children. The egg/omelet station at breakfast was a little confusing. Some people waited at the end of the counter for their food to be finished, others waited at their table, and some thought it was self serve.

Perfect place to stay before and after a cruise. We will be staying here in February when we take our next cruise.

Location, staff very nice.

Outdated but good breakfast and pool.

Very good breakfast, decent coffee, pretty pool and water falls

The first room I had smelled like mildew and cigarettes. We asked to switch rooms and the second room still smelled like mildew but not smoke. My family members rooms did not smell like that. We only stayed for one night so I didn’t want to switch again. Also, the dryer and washer were very very old and the dryer didn’t work. They refunded me the money though. Also, 35 dollars for parking is ridiculous.

Over priced.

Value for money, rooms with wallpaper pealing. Bathroom old. Bus to cruise terminal leaving over 45 minutes late. Happy hour advertised widely for 1.5 hours, nothing about 2 drinks only with tickets. Front guest staff brash and abrasive.

It is in bad need of an overhaul, carpets were old and dirty room was not clean throughly pant throughout was chipped and worn. We only encountered one staff member in the restaurant that wanted to do his job and one very friendly lady at breakfast that signed us up for the rewards the rest of the staff was curt not friendly and gave the impression that we were bothering them.

It was a nice hotel.

The room was a little outdated. The furniture need to be replaced. I didn't get to the beach.

I didn't like being at the elevator. The eating area was too small. Not enough room. Then the water to take a shower did not get hot enough.

Pre-cruise stay

Very comfortable and esthetically pleasing, with covered atrium. We were only there overnight as we left on a cruise the next day, but the pool area was beautiful, and the hotel is close to everything. Breakfast was very good. Two free drinks each evening. Good place to kick back if staying longer.

Exceptional Embassy Suite

We were allowed an early check in which was great! The buffet breakfast and evening happy hour are an extra perk to staying here. We usually stay here when we take a cruise as it is so close to Port Everglades. Staff is friendly and work hard to please. Great place to stay!

Not a good experience

Staff wasn't friendly. Had issues with checking in. Had to cancel my room. And still haven't got my money back.

Staff wasn't able to fix my problem with payment. And they told me that the account department doesn't on weekend. So no one could help me. Had to cancel my reservation.

It was very nice, but not perfect...75%. But I enjoyed our stay overall.

It was a beautiful building inside and out. Very comfortable and nice view of the city. Close to restaurants and plentiful shopping.

We breakfast ends too soon, I had just driven 15 hours the night we arrived so I woke up just after breakfast had finished.

Disgusting and a huge waste of money!!!

The breakfast is pretty good. There’s a Keurig in the room and it has an adorable little store.

It’s outdated, expensive, there’s mold in the sinks and the people are wicked rude! We were supposed to get a balcony with a table and chair. What we got was a Juliette balcony facing noisy traffic. Horns, sirens and racing bikes all night long. We switched rooms to a wet moldy floor and a broken sliding door that won’t open. At least the plaza side isn’t as noisy.

Convenient location for a cruise. Nice lobby and building, but dated rooms.

The location close to the pier for a cruise was excellent. Quick shuttle service made it easy (for an extra charge). The breakfast (included for free) was great. Good selection and quality. The size of the rooms was also quite nice.

The rooms were quite dated. It wasn't the worst, but these are not new rooms.

One night with not sleep

Location

Rooms are old, need tlc, beds are unconfortable, noise during the night with trucks offloading in the shopping center in the back is horrible, impossible to sleep, they need to fix the windows to avoid that noise

Very pleasant stay!

The rooms were very spacious, and the property had some nice features like a grand lobby with plenty of seating, a nice outdoor pool area, including a Koi pond also a restaurant and bar on site.

The only thing I could recommend for the property is some refreshing and possibly some redecorating. The rooms are fine but some of the wood furniture was getting damaged. Need some refinishing. The lobby area is a bit dark and looks like it could use some new color and maybe some cleaning of the plants or new plants.

Hotel needs updating, furniture and rugs are old, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Breakfast buffet was very good.

Some Staff were not friendly nor helpful few towels asked for accessible room, it was not musty smell in room, old furniture and rugs, rooms need major update

Lovely

Hotel was clean and beautiful.

There were bees outside our balcony and we could not use. Staff at the the “e lounge” were not super friendly. Mainly the men.
