THE BEST IN TOWN

The whole staff was very helpful, considerate for a disabled person. They went out of their way to help me. I don't stay no where else when I come here.

Will pick another hotel next time

Staff was friendly

Noisy. The people in 418 right above me. The second floor work started way too early Saturday morning. Price was high for the hotel

I’ve never stayed at a Microtel Inn & don’t think I ever will again

Supposedly room had just been renovated but toilet seat was loose, a/c did not work very well & made strange sounds and it was hard to get in the room as in the lock did not seem to work right

Quite and convenient to highway

Staff should remind the guest/guests that checked in late at night or early morning to be considerate enough to minimize their noise. It's really annoying to be waken up of next door guests like 3'oclock in the morning then put the TV on loud volume.

Room clean and staff very polite and helpful as usual.

Seemed noisier than in the past. Several rooms making noise in the halls. We are dog friendly, but there was a room near us one night that had a dog barking several times during the night.

it’s pretty good for the price. Former patrons left stains in chairs but the room has a mini kitchen. very cool set up. some other patrons cooked something terrible and it stunk up the floors for two days.

We wanted to move out from the beginning.

Good location, Pet friendly

Needed renovation. Room smells with cigarettes. Awful carpet, feels so dirty. Cockroaches in the room. And we had to move out two days earlier because of fire alarm that turned on whole morning. Very poor breakfasts.

The location was great. The room was comfortable.

Had to call the office to ask them about the people above us. They ended up having 3 dogs. It sounded like they were playing ball until after 2 a.m.

The staff were very nice. I have stayed at this Microtel along with others around the US and the staff here better than most of the ones I have been to. Also the staff at this location were Alot more pleasant than the staff have been before that worked there...not saying all of them were bad. But we had a nice quiet time. Thank you

Only thing I wish they had the thicker comforters still. But I did ask for a blanket and the nice lady at the front desk gave me one

Would stay again

It was real simple.... But very clean and practical. We got a disability access room, with a role-in shower.... Very accessible! There was plenty of parking and other accoutrements nearby. The desk clerk and the monitor at the kitchen/breakfast in the morning were particularly friendly.

Really thought that the breakfast could've been a little more substantial..... Just barely enough, LOL. Our friendly Kitchen monitor rued the day they bought the toaster, as one side of the 4 holer did not work, and the other side cooked the bagels to where they melted through the Styrofoam. We get used to looking for sausage links and scrambled eggs and that would've been a plus.

The parking lot was full of mud from construction next door. The lobby and carpet was full of mud as well. The breakfast options were toast and oatmeal. Very disappointed
