Great hotel but the softball tournament ruined enjoying all there amenities this is a great hotel thougj

The amenities

All the children running threw the hallways and no parents watching the kids while they raised hell around the hotel, there was a baseball tournament so the place was packed full of children that took up the pool area and other areas non of there parents kept an eye on the little disrespectful kids either I’d invest in a policy that you have to keep an eye on your children

the shower - not enough water pressure, not enough hot water, no place to store toiletries. breakfast was bad - cold pancakes, food was low quality

perfect suite for spending time visiting our grandson who is a Frake student. that is the reason we stayed in Des Moines

our suite worked perfectly with a separate living area

breakfast was good except lack of water to drink.

Water container was empty after 3 or 4 people filled their tiny cups. Nobody would fill container up until asked to do so. could not get a picture in one of the TV's. Toilet seat was loose. toilet bowl kept on running. garbage someone left in the hallway was left there for over one day. Told the checkout lady at the front desk about the problems and she seemed totally indifferent.

Staff at the desk very pleasant

Mildew smell in vents severe enough to cause allergies; sewage smell throughout property causing complaints by various people; water boil order we were never made aware of.

We were very pleased with this hotel and would certainly stay again o our next visit.

The reception was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and we both had a very good night sleep.
