The sun sets, the moon beams, the balcony.

We have been staying at Sterling Reef for years. But we have desided to use another condo in the future. Our room was acceptable but cleanliness could have been better just a hick-up or two. 1) Not adequate eating utensils or bowls. 2) Ice maker has no bucket to catch the ice, there was one of the freezer shelves in place to hopefully catch the ice. We felt a little uneasy for the first time with the public access just next store. Seamed as though there was some unacceptable activity happening after dark. 3) Lastly, the showers do not drain well at all. I cant imagine how hard it is to keep the sand out 9f the drains. We used the shower off the beach, we swept constantly but it didn't seem to help very much. We will be looking for a more private beach in the future. Thank you for many good years of memories.

Great except all the keyless entry!

the property was fantastic and well maintained!

they need a new room entry! the keypad messed up on us so he to keep calling for them to give us a “one-shot code” to get in. maintenance even come to check it and Supposedly got it fixed however we got locked out of our room around 10:17 and had to sit in the hallway for an hour and a half waiting on the maintenance man whom didn’t have the proper key so they had to call a lock-smith.Meanwhile we needed the oxygen machine that was located inside the room and they didn’t seem concerned. The code to the beach didn’t work sometimes either so we had to walk over to the pier Entrance.

Very good

The view was great, two sliding glass doors overlooking the ocean was a definite plus. I also really liked the big garden tub in the master bathroom. Usually you feel like you dont want to sit in someone's tub but I enjoyed having a hot bath every day I was there. It was a very nice size tub. And clean!

Nicely decorated, very clean!! The space was great with a very good location. If there were any drawback they would be... The condo needed some oven mitts, baking pan or oven pan, and grilling utensils. But we made out fine without those items. Did I say it was very clean! We had a great time even tho hurricane IDA put us inside for a couple days. Thank you for the use of your nice condominium.

I didn't know there was a breakfast. We made our own.

The spent a large amount of time waiting for an elevator. Eighteen floors and only one elevator working all week. The one working was always crammed full with about 11 people.

We didn’t have parking passes in our room and the promised to bring them the first day,but it wasn’t until security threatened to tow our cars the 2nd day we got them.

Location. Old but clean.

renovations were in progress. spray painting the side of the building with $$$$$$ of motorcycles and cars below. Part of the parking deck closed off due to construction I was given a door code that did not work. Had to make a phone call and get one verbally. Over an hour later the app was updated with that code. Parking passes and arm bands were in an envelope, in a drawer, under the pot holders. Did find them until the next day. Kitchen utensils, and furniture was an incomplete mixture. Furniture not comfortable. WEll worn.
