I love Hampton Inn And will continue to stay there!

The friendliest of staff! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great!

We were in room 723 and it smelled like rotten feet the whole time we was there. Our clothes even smelled like it, when we left! It was clean, it just smelled bad.

I think charging 18.00 dollars a day to park, was unreasonable. I will not stay there again!

The breakfast was good one day. And the second day they ran out of a lot of the food. No fruit the second day.

The shower was dirty and had pubic hairs on the soap containers.

Uncomfortable beds. Dirty shower curtains. Horrible continental breakfast. Charged 100 for parking

Continental breakfast is just gross. Raisins for oatmeal looked like it had been in the container for 30 years. No one checking in informed us that parking was to be used on our swiper card. I was charged an additional $100 for parking and had to go in and request that it be returned to my credit card. We will see if it happens.

Acquired unanticipated expenses with this stay

Staff was friendly

Didn’t realize until billed that parking wasn’t included so had an extra $18 that I wasn’t expecting. Had to stop and get breakfast elsewhere as all hot breakfast items had ham/sausage in them. We have never experienced where there in’t at least one vegetarian option (eggs or eggs/cheese omelet) but today’s choices were bacon, western omelet with ham or bagel egg covered in bacon bits. So an added expense to stop and get breakfast down the street.

Superb

The bathroom doors in the adjoining rooms we had were sliding doors that did not ‘seal’. When they were closed there was still a gap between both sides of the door, and the wall. It was weird.

Well worth the money

Enjoyed everything about it. Rooms were pretty big and we were comfortable in there. Breakfast was great. Pool area was really nice and the hot tub was amazing.

Convenient location

The pool and hot tub were a nice feature. The beds were comfortable. Overall the room was ok. The location of the hotel relative to the freeway and downtown was convenient.

The barn door style bathroom door was very unexpected and provided little privacy for my family while using it. The additional parking fee for onsite parking was also unexpected. since I booked through Booking.com that wasn’t mentioned until check in. The room keys were required to activate the entrance and exit gates. However, despite staying 3 nights and 4 days, and several different sets of room cards ours Never worked to open any of the gates and was quite inconvenient if no one was at the front desk to open the gates for entry. Our parking was comped for the inconvenience. so I appreciate that.

it was very nice and we will be coming back again

it was very nice and cosy. the staff were nice. it was very quite in our room and didn’t have any issues with people being loud

had a couple issues when we were trying to swim seeing that was mostly the purpose of us booking at this hotel seeing it had a big pool and a hot tub. some kids were being loud a couple of times. went to the front desk and told them about it and the issues were resolved right away.

I would return to this hotel for the location and amenities.

The shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the blackout curtain in my room.

There was no soaps in my bathroom and that made me question how well the space was cleaned.

This hotel was standard and comfortable. It met our needs and was clean. We liked the free coffee 24/7, and there was a good continental breakfast with a waffle machine and good cereal selection. The bathroom was standard and roomy.

Breakfast was basic, but some options. Eggs, fruit, waffles. Grab and go snacks. Room upgraded because they weren't ready at check in.

It was very clean. I also like the decor.

The elevator was not working for a few minutes. To many people in the hot tub. The pool was very cold.

it was close to everything that we wanted to do.

the highway traffic sound sometimes was loud, but you can’t control that. I also didn’t like that we had to pay to park.
