The hotel was nice enough but breakfast for the cost was less desirable

My husband, 2-year-old daughter, our dog, and I stayed two nights over a weekend in a king-bed suite. Our daughter slept great on the trundle bed that pulled out from the couch, and I highly recommend it for young children because no bedrails were needed. Air conditioning worked great. The fridge was a little run-down but worked, and the microwave and wet bar were fine. Plenty of storage areas in the room. Loved the TV options with all kinds of streaming services and even YouTube. The free breakfast was pretty standard but plentiful enough with a couple hot options that did change slightly from morning to morning along with the usual continental breakfast food. The pool was small but well-maintained. It was closed briefly for the pool ladder to be fixed after some kids were too rough on it, but it was fixed quickly and we got to take our daughter swimming both days. We also were able to get a late checkout for 2pm which was very helpful to allow our daughter to nap. The 24-hr mart was small but had some decent choices. There's a movie theater and tons of restaurants and stores nearby also.

Front desk staff was wonderful! But room was dirty. Handprints all over mirrors and door in Shower. Sharp metal piece screwed down to bathroom floor. Actual wet rot hole in floor by cooling unit. Booked two beds, only got one. Just would not recommend nor stay here again.

Check in was fast and smooth. Front desk was friendly. The room was quiet and cozy. Perfect for the 4 of us with the Trundle bed and room separation. Bathroom fan was a bit loud for nighttime, wish there was a separate switch for the fan/light. Bedding was cozy. We brought extra blankets for the girls and their own pillows to make it more comfortable. The pool was smaller, but we had a great time swimming and it wasn't crowded.

The room was clean and exactly as described. The TV was glitchy like it was having trouble connecting. The lobby smelled like the pool which was located in close proximity. Breakfast was great each day.

Been staying here for a while. Breakfast has been declining over the last several months. May start heading to one of the other hotels nearby due to this. But, the service of the front desk is always excellent.

the beds are comfortable but we had to beg for them to bring us fresh towels and that is all they did. Pick up the dirty towels and leave fresh ones. Never made or changed the bedding during a 6 night stay. We had to take trash down to large trash can by the elevator. Room was never vacuumed and floor in bathroom never swept.

Room was not cleaned properly. Change left around base of bed and food crumbs all around the heater/air conditioning. Where the old thermostat was at you could see the old holder for it and exposed wires. The bathroom room stuck so bad in the door frame that my wife got stuck in the bathroom until I shoved the door open. The card reader on the door was broke and fixed with electrical tape. The main door of the room was so crooked that you have a roughly inch to two inch gap on the left side bottom of the door. The walls are so paper thin you could easily hear your neighbors on each side and even above you. The couch was dirty and stained enough that I didn’t dare even sit on it. The last one is more of a rant about the pictures on the site. We have stayed in suites before and I would not consider this a suite. It is all one room with just a make shift door way to the bedroom. Most suites have a separate actual room with a door for the bedroom.

As a minor thing, the lobby looks very sterile upon entering. It immediately made me think of lower-quality hotels, which this is far superior to. Some additional "decor" might help?

Great stay, though I will say the hot breakfast items were not as good as they used to be. I might have just caught them on a bad day though. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was great, I didn’t arrive until 12:15AM because my previous reservation was overbooked and this was a replacement for my other hotel, but there was still someone waiting to check me in at the desk. She seemed slightly rude after realizing my address was nearby? Or for some other reason, I’m not sure. But aside from that I had an amazing experience and wish I could have stayed longer! Very clean, lots of nice parts of the room, aside from the remote only being to respond to a command every five seconds, making it a bit annoying to watch something on the television. 10/10

no soap in shower or on sink. front desk said it was on back order. only shower gel available. asked for some to be brought down and they said we had to come to desk to get it, looking at bed sheets and pillow slips, they don't look necessarily clean either. only fluffed up.

The property it’s pretty good, I really feel comfortable there. The only thing that I didn’t like is that there is no bathroom inside the pool area.

I lost my car keys. The concierge helped me look for them in the trash and even shoveled the area around my car. The staff was so attentive. I will definitely stay there again, it is a good value.

Great hotel, but not real happy about the ice machine being down. Also, no transportation to local venues, like the Delta Plex, but other than that great staff very nice accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast options were great, and coffee was available all day. Nice kitchenette area in the room, with microwave, fridge, and sink. Pool was fun for the kids. Our room door would not lock from the outside, but front desk staff was able to get that fixed. There were no trash bags in the room, and mattress under couch had candy wrappers. If things were cleaner, this stay would have been a 10/10.
