Beautiful, convenient and friendly place for our stay in Savannah

Onsite parking was nice and convenient, The breakfast was freshly prepared, creative and tasty. Our room was nice, although the bedframe was squeaky. The property itself was beautiful inside and out.

Some of the furnishings could be updated.

Stunning property and amazing staff at this inn. Gave us a wonderful experience of what its like to stay in a period southern mansion. Breakfast and staff were superb and went over and above to ensure we had a great stay.

Beautiful home with southern charm hospitality.

Chemise's breakfasts were AWESOME. Delicious, great selection, and truly perfect southern charm.

Most of the local B&B's also have a happy hour in early evening. This would have been nice to have at the Amethyst Garden Inn, as well.

Dreamy stay in a magical place

Beautiful room in a stunning historic home right by Forsyth Park. It really feels like stepping back in time - definitely magical. Chemise, the hotel manager was super kind and prepared the most delicious breakfast + gave us a ton of recommendations. Would not hesitate to go back again and again!

OMG! The absolute most adorable place to stay. The age of the building, the character and charm made this stay in Savanna memorable. I will definitely be back to visit Savanna and would absolutely stay here again

Breakfast was great! Staff wonderful Room was clean but could have used some updating. Shoddy work done during conversion to guest rooms I guess- not what you would expect from an upper level B&B. Seemed high price to pay for mediocre lodging And NO fan in the room! That's pretty much a necessity in the south

amazing food, beautiful house and great location.

beautiful. and breakfast and host were amazing! location was also great, it’s great for going downtown or to the little neighbourhood pockets away from downtown.

nothing. I only wish we had of chosen the bigger room. because we had a lot of cases and we’re staying for a few nights our room was probably a bit small but perfect for a weekend. the other rooms were huge so was our fault we didn’t choose better!

Was expexcting more polish. Lovely inn keeper and breakfast.

The inn keeper/chef was lovely. Breakfast and the downstairs area was pretty and clean.

The smell of the room when we first arrived was very chemically and stuffy. If we had the option to leave, we would have but there were no other options and there us no refund policy at Amethyst if you aren’t pleased with the facilities. Our room was much smaller than the photo suggested. Windows we’re all sealed shut. Outlets and light fixtures weren’t flush to walls or mounts or broken. Questionable if some were up to code. Fireplace, bathroom, balcony all need serious attention. Packing tape holding the powder room door sign in place. Ceiling had water stains in places. Overall the inn has a lot of potential but for the money, the presentation was lacking.

The inn itself was beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfast was phenomenal, the location is perfect to be able to walk to most of the well-known areas of Savannah, and most importantly the host (Chemise) was kind and accommodating.

Breakfast was incredible! The house was beautiful and the host was wonderful! Loved the tranquil location.
