Shouldn’t have been charged full price for my stay

Convenient location for getting to grocery store & restaurants

The fact that only one washer worked and when I checked in, I was given a dirty room with banana peels everywhere, trash on everything, beds unmade sheets comforters everywhere. Was given a second room and there was trash all under the sink, went downstairs to tell front desk was given a trash bag and was told to get trash out my self. Front doors were broke, ac was not working properly in building.

Bed wasn’t completely made up and soap in bathroom was open and used. Part of soap was in sink. I expected a better breakfast.

Noise from room next door but the staff took care of the problem. That was the only situation.

Home 2 Suites was awesome as usual!

Very clean and when you could find the staff, they were so helpful and respectful. Breakfast was pretty good too. I would definitely recommend this place and I will absolutely come back. Thanks

The only thing was sometimes staff was busy doing other stuff and couldn't be reached very quickly.

no upkeep on the property. no water pressure in the shower pool had dirt in the bottom of it. only say the staff at check in.

Had potential but I will not be staying at any Home2Suite again.

Breakfast was marginal in selection and quality. Very little explanation of what was available. Serving hours were not posted. No literature to describe amenities. No one explanation of “not cleaning room “ policy and asking you to bring your trash to front desk. Very few staff and they were sleepy or grumpy.

Clean rooms, gather trash, etc. I felt like I was part of a coop rather than staying at a hotel. Train staff to be friendly, awake and helpful. The physical building was very clean, nice and decorated well. Only saw 3 personnel on site and they were nice enough when at the front desk.

Good location, nice staff, good for pets, pricing is reas,better attention to maintenance is needed.

Location was good, staff was friendly, breakfast was OK seeing how they will still serving during COVID, but the people were nice

biggest issue were the room(s). First one had mold growing on walls and AC wasn’t cooling. The staff moved us and then the second room had window leak/ or AC condensate leak all over floor, two lights out, bathroom noise carried from room to room. Vent in ceiling from next room (vice a versa) and pocket door that needed repair to close. Most of the items could have been resolved if guest reported them and/ or staff inspected room a little better. The staff did try to accommodate by moving first time and gave us a discount with the 2nd room issues. Bottom line is maintenance was lacking,

Almost ok.

It was easy to get to. The evening desk girl was very professional and pleasant. The coffee was ok. They had free laundry facilities.

The room we checked into first had an A/C issue. It was damp and there was mold visible in one corner of the room. It “appeared” to be clean, but in the bathroom there were several long dark hairs from a previous tenant and the front of the toilet was dirty. We asked to move rooms because of the mold issue. That was handled well but the bathroom light wasn’t working in the new room. Maintenance finally showed up at 2:00 the 2nd day but I was in the shower and asked him to come back in 5 minutes. He never came back that day or the next day. The desk girl, who was also the breakfast girl in the morning was not nice. She seemed complete annoyed to have to trouble herself with us and almost angry to serve us breakfast. “Free breakfast” is a few microwave egg choices, or instant oatmeal and there was toast. Honestly, if that’s what you’re going to do for breakfast, just don’t bother.

First floor and Halls smelled horrible, it was so strong it made my stomach upset. I would of not booked there if I knew pets were allowed inside the facility.

Overall Excellent stay!!!

Everything!!!! Hotel was excellent. Cleaniness of entire hotel. As soon as walk in, it smells like the place had been cleaned from head to toe. Room was a great size, and had plenty of space.
