We had a lovely stay at a great location!

The location was great! There was also a pool for the people that rented these condos. The beach was near by only a block and a half away. The condo was an open concept on the second floor with kitchen, dining, and living room, which was very comfortable. We also were allowed to bring our toy poodle, which I loved!

There weren’t enough plates. We had 9 in our condo and there was only 6 dinner plates and 3 drinking glasses and 3 wine glasses. There were only 4 cups for coffee/tea. We ended up buying paper plates and plastic cups.

We had a great time!

the size and layout worked well for our family. it was very close to the beach so we could walk which was nice.

Neither hose (out front and in the garage) worked so it made it very difficult to keep the sand out of the house. The mattress in the first floor bedroom could stand to be replaced soon. it was very soft. I told the property about two minor repairs that could be done (fan in LR did not work and dining room chair needing repair) but neither interfered with our stay.

It has alot of space for me & my kids. Close to stores.. And a nice view.

It was a lot of dust on the vents. And the ice machine didn't work.. Also it was alot of scratches on the walls. Thats what i didnt like.

Would look to rent similar unit in same area, just not that one.

Location was good. Town house had potential.

House looked like it had been through a month of frat parties. Walls and carpet beat up. Cabinet doors falling off. Draws had plenty of beer pong balls though. Cleaners were late finishing up at checkin, so we were 45 minutes late getting in the place. Then they left the laundry from the previous stay in the washing machine. Dish washer has mold/mildew in it.

Nice and close to the beach

Not a far walk to the beach. Roomy. Multiple bathrooms. Big table and island with stools. Balcony. Garage. Key pad

No grill. Too much light came in the morning. Freezing downstairs, warm upstairs
