The BnB is pleasant. We enjoyed staying in Bath and especially enjoyed the free walking tour.

The room was bright and well appointed. Our room was up 2 flights of stairs and thankfully the manager helped bring our big bags up. Breakfast was served in the room and was adequate. The centre of Bath was an 8 min walk away. There are a number of restaurants 5-8 mins walk away.

The parking was tight and other cars were parked in, so we had to leave our car keys in our room in case someone needed to get their car out. There was an option to park in the public carpark behind the house but that cost around 17GBP per day. The shower drain blocked.

Lovely B&B, highly recommended. Would stay again.

Location was great, only a short distance walk to get to centre of town. B&B very clean, room good size, bed so comfy. Breakfast excellent, even fridge in room had a lovely supply of biscuits, milk & water. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. If had to nit pick would say the bathroom hot water tap bit strange as it turned the opposite direction compared to what we are used too!... but did get used to it eventually!! ....

Perfect base for exploring Bath

Location was excellent. Free parking a bonus Good breakfast, liked having it in the room Nice touches in room eg fresh milk in fridge, air conditioning

Friendly, welcoming & efficient staff who communicated well from time of booking until our departure. Delicious breakfast and excellent facilities. Particularly convenient location.

Fab stay near the centre of Bath

Easy to find and great location for the centre of Bath - less than 10mins to the Roman Baths. Room comfy and spacious with everything needed. Matt and Brooke lovely and keen to make stay great.

Maybe demolish the garage out the back to make parking easier

Comfortable, Practical and Easy Access to Best of Bath

Very short walk to reach the Abbey, Pump Rooms and theatre, Really good, friendly and flexible service on breakfast arrangements, and very nice to have it delivered to the room. Our room was very quiet, almost a hideaway. And although parking is a bit tight, it is rare indeed to find a place at these prices to include parking.

Great location with free (tight) parking. Tasty breakfast served in the room. Clean and well stocked with a decent hospitality tray and plenty of toiletries. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very uncomfortable bed with pillows that have seen better days, unfortunately. We did not sleep a wink - the bed was too hot (not sure what is under the sheet, but it made us feel very hot and uncomfortable) and the pillows were not at all supportive or comfy. The shower was a big let down - a mere trickle. My daughter wanted to watch some TV and it was not tuned in. I had to work out how to do an autotune which took a while. For the price we paid it was not good value for money.

Very well equipped comfortable accommodation in an excellent location with free parking. Full breakfast included. Very welcoming staff.

The mattress in my room would benefit from upgrading (from 69 year old’s perspective).

Fantastic B&B in a great location. Amazing staff who helped give lots of information about the city. Room was great lots of nice extras like biscuits and plenty of tea/coffee. The breakfast was incredible and parking such an added bonus. Amazing value for money.

it was ok. the couple who managed it were great and very accommodating.

it was ok.

old and a bit musty. room was very top of the stairs. too many steps. no main sitting room… only rooms to sleep. breakfast in room only. bad eggs and coffee. tiny shower that worked when it wanted to. it was cheap. you get what you pay for.

Welcoming and Comfortable B&B in the Heart of Bath

-When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a staff member Paul who was friendly and so graciously helped us to park our car. -The location was fantastic, a flat 10min walk into the shopping heart of Bath (unlikely many places, which can be hilly.) -We loved the minor touches in the room like the many flavors of tea available, cotton pads for makeup removal, milk and biscuits in the fridge. We felt welcomed.:) - The bed was very comfortable. - Breakfast was yummy and ordering was a breeze.

Nothing really. If I really had to nitpick it would be that the shower was not a walk-in one, but was connected to the bath-tub. However, the water pressure was good and it was easy to use. And for folks who would like a choice between a shower and a bath, this would be a bonus.
