en la habitación 8711 el A/c no funciona y había mucho calor a tal punto que ni mi familia ni yo pudimos dormir , y el extractor del baño no para en ningún momento

Good place to stay for families

Everywhere was clean, safe environment, I loved that key card was needed to enter the buildings.

Need all my money back

Roach found and asked to spray and when we came to ask the agent in the night, she did say sorry, nothing, but the worst part is that she said I will call to see if it was sprayed and never call us back to follow up. Apart from that fire alarm trigged and when I called to find I was on hold for long period of time, hang out and called again and it was when the agent said it was a false alarm. In the morning when I explain and ask if nothing can be done, he did not anything not sorry, and only said here is the manager business card, just wrote to him. I wrote to the Manager Amuralo, still waiting a respond. I never have been in a hotel with so lack of hospitality.

Location was decent

Parking was very unsatisfactory. Buses and trucks parked taking up large number of spaces . Additionally on two different evenings observed people with luggage “hanging out” in outdoor stairwells on several floors. Being charged a resort fee because a hotel has a pool is outrageous

I was ripped off for the extra charge. I will never stay there again!

I wouldn't give it more that 3 stars.

They charged me an extra a couple of hundred dollars for a security depost for an old lady that was only in the hotel to shower and sleep. They said it was a security deposit, but I never had it refunded!

Staff was friendly, My room was clean. Check in and check out was very simple.

One of the elevators was out of service, so wait time to get to the floors, and if you need it, something that you saw a staff member in the hallways, you asked the question and they replies, they don't speak English. So you have to wait or call the front desk to get an answer to your question.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds and very clean rooms. Great pool. It was nice to have a restaurant and a bar on the property site.

They did not have free breakfast and had to pay an additional $20 a night, I'm guessing that was because of their swimming area. But overall I was very satisfied with my stay!

This hotel was amazing! the rooms were large and spacious. I requested for a high floor and nice view and received exactly that! The location is spot on as well as the amenities surrounding the hotel. Will book again if I travel to Orlando ! :)

had a few issues with our room. 1 was the shower curtain was slightly broken when we arrived. and the other we noticed later in the night at just the sink area outside of the bathroom the towel hanger was coming off the wall. other then that all was well

Best low cost option

Great location, super comfortable. Very clean. Friendly staff. One of the best low cost hotels in Kissimmee. Perfect for a short stay with family. The mini fridge and the microwave can solve easy meals.

The parking lot near the building was sometimes full and we had to park far. The pool looked rather dirty from the top.

The air is so humid, if you don’t set the aircon to 60 degrees or lower, your clothes will literally get wet.
