We will Never stay at the Flat Creek Lodge again!!!!!!

The Location of your Hotel was easy to find. The Lady at the front desk was vey nice when we checked in on Sunday afternoon. Nice looking Lobby. The room we had reserved was very nice and also very Roomy. The Bath towels were very soft

The Beds were aweful ( our room was a King). My daughter and her husband had stayed in a (double Quuen Room) ....their beds were also Terrible..we all had very bad-back-aches in the morning. Her husband went to leave the room and the door-frame fell off the wall! We ordered 2 Pizzas around 8pm and went and picked it up. We asked if is was OK to sit in the Lobby area and eat it while we watched Tv. The Lady at the front desk ok'd it and we had our pizza and some drinks while watching Shark-Tank. We stayed until around 11pm and when the Front Desk shift change came in the Man there told me that we would have to leave and go back in our rooms..HOW VERY RUDE!!!! We were very quiet.my son was even sleeping in one of the chairs and the other 4 of us were very courteous while watching the TV and eaing our pizza and shared a few cocktails we had brought along with us! Also..when I checked into the hotel I asked about the pool and Hot Tub hours and was then told that the HOT TUB wasn't working and she said it hasn't been working for sometime...How very dissappointing .along with the Bad Continental Breakfast! Our King Room's TV also was not working at all ..we were told that they were working on it and it never got fixed all night! We have stayed at many, many Hotels/Resorts and were very upset with your place!!!

Very good

Breakfast was a nice had a nice variety. Very clean.

Water pressure in shower was terrible. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were small and hard. You only get two towels for two people.

Will not stay there again

Breakfast was ok.

Our sheets had sand on them before even getting into, asked for extra pillows and didn't have any, mold behind toilet in bathroom,blood splattered on wall in bathroom, only a hand held shower head which isn't great for taller people, way over priced for what was there.

Overpriced for the quality

Location

The hot tub out of order due to remodeling and didn't see that when I booked my room (kind of bumbed out) was one of the reasons I booked with that hotel. The air conditioner/ heater was leaking water on the floor of our room so it was wet and stunk. They could do a better job with the toaster and the microwave not being on top of each other for breakfast. When there is multiple people using them it gets awkward. Was way overpriced.

Romantic day retreat gone horribly wrong.

Room, smelled like mold, soap didn't was off AND MADE THE SHOWER SLIPPY DANDEROUS, bed was hard and pillows where stiff, a throw pillow had somone else's body fluid on it and someone else's human hair all over bed. Dust on bathroom exhaust fan. Pool room, hot tub wasn't a hot tub very small- soaking tub and the water was very unfiltered and grossly. Garbage and dirty towels in area, not cleaned regularly with how many times we walked by and it was still there. Breakfast was frozen had to heat up until hard because it was still cold in middle. Most of Workers clearly lived in lodge. To label on coffee which one was decaffeinated or if there was any. The table in entry not cleaned off during Breakfast. Left open door to un organized maintenance room on 1st floor with tools and chemicals. The cost was outrageous for what we had to experience. I'M A PROPERTY MANAGER AND IVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN WHERE EVERYTHINGWAS HORRIBLE. TRUE WAS STRECHED ON THIS PLACE!

Very pleasant; we would stay there again.

The continental breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. The whole complex is lovely with "up north" decor that fits with the recreation area. They have an on-site restaurant which we didn't try but it looked lovely and the prices reasonable.

It wasn't the hotel's fault that they had hail damage to the roof and the roofers were there just finishing the large complex. Because of that the pool area was closed but it looked awesome.

Great vacation destination!!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Flat Creek Lodge, the staff was very friendly. We liked the pool area, we were impressed to discover that there is a restaurant on the premises so we didn't have to leave for dinner! The breakfast included was really great, so many excellent choices to be had! Our room was wonderful as well, we enjoyed our deluxe king suite with the whirlpool in the room! We would/have recommended this place to friends and family!

There isn't a single thing that we could come up with that would need improvement, keep up the great work staff!

Awesome, rustic themed hotel! Love the pool and hot tub!

Beautiful hotel with a rustic theme! Quiet, clean, and relaxing. Love the pool and hot tub as well! Continental breakfast is small but has good food, and drinks and snacks from the cooler are available at any time to guests.
