Savannah is a beautiful place, but Vacasa is terrible and this advertisement is false!

We did not get to stay at Savannah Serendipity. It was false advertising. Once we booked, we were told it was actually Suite Peach. The pictures are completely different. Suite Peach was awful!

Everything! We didn’t get to stay with where we thought we were booking. Once we arrived, the air condition didn’t work. It took forever to get anyone to get back with us. We kept getting the runaround. The building was sketchy.

Deceiving - don’t waste your money

Great location. Close to shops, restaurants and river street. Kitchen.

Extremely loud - we knew this at the time of booking due to its location. What I mean by loud is not the downstairs business that blasts music, the late night partiers, homeless yelling, or cops that frequent the area - this is all standard when staying in old town. What wasn’t expected was the bed sounds like it’s breaking if you move an inch and the hallways are paper thin (which can also describe the pillows). The apartment is roomy but very dirty (hair in almost every drawer, the floor, and surfaces). LADIES ! The claw foot tub is beautiful but there isn’t anywhere to put your things (razor, products, soap, towels). We dragged a small table over which worked fine. Our TV didn’t function and it took 2.5 out of the 4 days of begging to have someone take a look. She concluded the screen was broken and there was nothing to be done. We politely requested a slight discount due to not all amenities being available and were only provided generic “we apologize for any inconvenience you’re facing, please feel free to reach out with any questions” The kitchen sink leaks all over the counter. Wifi is weak and drops often. Hallways reek like stable animals. Our advice would be to explore other options first - there are much better priced spots all within a block of one another. We paid over $1,400 CAN for 4 nights and we’re completely ripped off and treated like a number rather than actual people.

Great location and setup could use some behind the scene cleaning

Air unit, filthy washer and dryer ....air conditioning was on a set timer, and the filter was beyond blocked and dirty.....washer was molded from detergent and vent on dryer was so backed up it was wet from sweating

Perfect location, adorable space.

We had trouble with the door code but was helped very quickly.

Only thing would’ve been a TV in the bedroom. The couch cushions were a little strange too. The kept slipping off the couch with the slightest movement. Wasn’t a big deal.

Comfort and enjoyable. Excellent location

Everything was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and cozy. I will do it again when I am back to Savannah. Great location. Everything within walking distance. There is a public parking 400 ft away. I had a great experience. Thank you!!!

My wife and I absolutely loved this place and had so much fun here

Savannah is beautiful!

It is located in the historic downtown area so it was easy to walk to most of the shops and restaurants. The apartment is quaint with brick walls and wood floors and the kitchen is very nice. There were nice touches, like bicycles, a record player and some vinyl. There is a washer/dryer on site which was wonderful.

The bed was awful and we wound up taking turns on the couch. The mattress was thin and squeaky and just not comfortable. The shower had bad water pressure and the shower head needs to be replaced. Because it is located downtown there is a lot of street noise even into the early morning.

how hard it was to book. after booking it i had to call several times and wait on hold with Vacasa to confirm the booking. Vacasa is the worst company to try to travel with.

Great location

Location and atmosphere inside unit is amazing! So cute!

It is in a college party area. Loud at night. The bed was difficult to sleep in with 2 adults, sank to middle and the shower is a handheld sprayer so just be aware if you like to linger in showers.

Cute place, terrible street construction

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is so close to lots of bars and restaurants.

On going street work at 1 A.M. Yes, power washing and bright lights directly in front of property late Friday night and in to the early morning. Not the property’s fault but a big downer. No parking nearby, you will have to park in garage and walk a few blocks with luggage.

It’s noisy. The street is a main thoroughfare, so understandably it’ll be noisy, but it’s the building that was very loud. People coming n going, it sounded like they were in our room! And the people above had dogs that would run around

It was very nice & in a prime location. The only thing was parking. The parking pass would be perfect if it was just included in fee of the room. Other than that it was nice
