A great place to stay at a good price

Overall it was good, considering the price paid, the service and convenient location.

The staff are very polite and attend to guests' request very quickly. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Quality and quantity is good, a lot of green vegetables provided, rarely found in other hotel's breakfast. Bottle water is provided every day. Complementary coffee and tea and cookies are provided at the lobby. The location is very convenient.

The room size is small. It is a bit dark. The first room allocated was too dark and there were a lot of small flies. Upon request, the staff changed another room for me immediately. During my stay, an earthquake occurred. The opening area at the bathroom ceiling got water leakage, a big shower happened. Perhaps it was the reason why the first room was damp and got a lot of small flies.

Excellent Location, but make sure you get good AC

Excellent location, but the property is getting more dated. Also, the room we were given had issues with the air conditioning. First night, the room was hot, wasn't even able to cool down to 22C. Thankful for night staff who was able to reassign us to another room - same room just lower floor, but A/C was working. Still not at 100% but good enough.

Working Air Conditioning, a must for summers in Taipei.

Overall experience is a restful and comfortable stay. The services there are world-class

breakfast options are sufficient and diverse. The room is clean and tidy. The room has a good soundproofing environment.

部屋は、コンパクトなダブルルームに宿泊しましたが快適でした。

駅から近くて便が良かった。部屋のWi-Fiがつながらず、ロビーでもダメでした。相談したところ、対応して頂け使えるようになりました。

朝食の種類が少なめでした。フルーツの種類を増やしてほしいです。部屋のライトのスイッチがBARライトとしてまとめられいました。それぞれに消したり、つけたり出来ると良いと思いました。

A little disappointed with this room that we stay

Location is good. Staff is friendly.

The bed is not comfortable. Pillow is too soft. Keep hearing sound of ambulance.

Location was good , Don metro station was very near. Foods were available 24hous in adjacent area. Staff was extreme helpful.

Good value for money!

Great location and the predominantly local breakfast was decent. Remember to check out the counter where you can ask for freshly cooked eggs (eg. sunny-side up). To my knowledge, this service is not common amongst the 3/4 star restaurants I’d stayed at in Taiwan. Room lighting can be adjusted using the console at the bedside table. Small but cosy hotel lobby is useful for waiting after checkouts.

Room ceiling can be quite low for taller guests and room can feel claustrophobic for longer-term stays. Lift lobby at each floor is a bit stuffy (lack of air conditioning).

room was quite tight, properly wasn’t well maintained even until late afternoon there are still cleaners around the hallway. there are also vacuum randomly lying around each floor. breakfast starts late at 7 instead of 6am.

Great location, quite easy to travel around with the metro or even bus stop just a short walk.

The location is absolutely great! It was just a walk distance from the metro Daan station (you can use both exit 4 or 5 ~ both of them are connected).

Just only one thing I don't like that much is the ceiling heigh of the room, that can cause the reason of feel like the room is small but it is actually a good size to stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Would recommend.

The price quality ratio was great. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the sauna was a nice surprise. Location was also great for price.

No complaints as everything went smoothly.

cleanliness and staff attitude. Had insect / bed bug bites after 3rd day at the hotel. when informed, front desk staff only said they will change bedsheet. did not provide further help like buying or offering medication. no shower gel after 3rd day.

The hotel needs a major refit

The room was dated, the room carpet wasn't clean and by the bathroom was wet through. The breakfast was basic but ok The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel needs a bit major upgrade The location is good The bed was comfortable, the wardrobe was ok, the room size was ok

The state of the carpet was awful, it made the room very damp

Very good location in the Da'an district, close to MRT. Very good staff at the reception. Good bedding.

The hotel facilities are a bit old. Room size too small. Breakfast was average.
