Great Value

Great, clean property in a convenient location. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the included breakfast was a nice touch. The room was comfortable with strong AC and a very comfy bed. While they communicate that there is no hot water, it is not cold water. It was perfectly comfortable. Highly recommend.

Lugar agradable y acogedor cerca de todo.

El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico. El personal es muy atento. excelente ubicación esta cerca de todo pero lejos del ruido y es algo muy importante para descansar. La habitación tiene lo necesario para una estancia agradable, camas y almohadas comodas.

Toll gelegene Unterkunft, bemühtes Personal, gute Klimaanlage.

Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, nur zum ‚Innenhof‘. Das hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen und war uns beim Buchen nicht bewusst. Ein Umbuchen war leider nicht möglich. Die Einrichtung war nur zweckmäßig, nicht besonders wohnlich. Frühstück eher einfach.

Petit hôtel agréable

Le plus de ce petit hôtel c'est la gentillesse du patron et du personnel. Le patron parle français ce qui nous a bien aidé et il fait tout son possible pour satisfaire le client. Très bien situé et très propre. Un peu bruyant, mais on ne peut tout espérer.

Patio de Getsemani is home away from home

Breakfast was served by the hotel staff every morning. There was always fresh fruit to start, some fresh juice, and a simple breakfast that was just the right size.

Great location, comfy and clean, and loved that there was AC!

The night staff was super helpful and friendly, we appreciated all of the recommendations. Getsemani is such a beautiful and artsy neighborhood, we are so glad to have stayed there. Great location, super comfortable bed, very clean, and there´s AC!

Ok stay for 1-2 days but not worth the money

I loved the location, a safe calm street in Getsemani. I also liked the amount of pillows you get. One day it was egg dishes for breakfast but since I don’t like eggs, the staff made me another breakfast which was very kind of them!

This place is a catfish to be honest. Doesn’t look like the pictures and need maintenance, the furniture in the room looked very old and you could see it’s been used for years and years. I also didn’t appreciate that one of the staff members (the older one talking English) came knocking at my door at 11:30pm when he knew I was checking out at 3am and was sleeping. I of course didn’t open the door right away since I am a solo female traveller but a couple of minutes later I opened and he stood across the hall and just asked if I was ok.. Why wouldn’t I be? I’m sleeping Sir and I have to wake up in 3 hours.. That felt creepy

Nice staff.

I could not cancel this listing but I was force to leave after 3 days and pay for the whole week. I tried to get my money back, because: 1.No hot water 2. Noise from traffic day and nite - I could not sleep. 3. Alternate room smelled of mold and had no window.

Can't beat it!

Staff were wonderful. Location was so close to the best street life of Gersemani yet very quiet. Rooftop patio with city wall view was a lot of fun.

The staff and owner were super helpful with all our travel arrangements/complications. Also very welcoming. I can’t thank them enough.

This hotel was on a busy road, and traffic noise could be intrusive at times.

Great views and clean rooms in walking distance to Getsemani

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very centrally located in Getsemani, it took us 2 min to walk to Plaza de la Trinidad. Sadly we didn´t have the time to enjoy the hot tub on the patio but the views were fantastic.

Super friendly and helpful staff and great place to stay!

The staff was amazing! Super friendly, helpful and professional. They're always smiley and ready to help! It was a great time in the hotel, facilities were good, the jacuzzi at the rooftop was great and the breakfast every morning was really good. Definitely recommend this hotel, it's a great value for it's price.

My room was facing the street so it was a bit noisy sometimes due to the cars passing by.

staff is super friendly and kind. breakfast has 2 plates that come with options of fruits and usually eggs/bread and something else - delicious, comfy food like.

only thing I would say is about the shower - too little water comes out of it. apart from that all was great

Comfortable friendly stay in great location

The location was awesome, Getsemani is the best area in Cartagena in my opinio . Its has beautiful streets full of character and colour. Lots of places to eat lots of little bars .very artistic neighbour with beautiful street art. Patio Getsemani was just on the outskirt so it was quiet which was so great. The staff were so helpful, not much English bjt it didnt stop us. The breakfast were lovely too.

excellent - highly recommend and I am picky!

great location - walking distance to everything in the old town and the fortress across the bridge. amazing roof top terrace. such helpful staff - I became quite sick when I was there (flu) and they helped me get medicine and looked after me. really useful with finding out information for other areas too.

bring earplugs as the rooms can be noisy from the street outside - I slept in earplugs and had zero problems with sleeping.

Simple unassuming hotel with wonderful and attentive service. The women at reception called me by name and were always very kind and welcoming. Leo, the owner, is a super nice guy . One night I wanted a dark beer and asked where I could find one. He got in his bicycle, went to the store and brought me a Columbian cerveza negra! Breakfast was well prepared and presented. Coffee, fresh fruit, fresh juice and usually an omelette. I enjoyed it. I appreciated the location which is at the edge of Getsamani, close to everything yet out of the fray and the noise.

There was a worker painting one of the rooms and the hall on two days when I was there and the smell was too much for me. I told Leo and he very kindly accommodated me and there was no painting on the third day. I appreciated Leo’s willingness to adapt the work schedule very much. I personally just don’t want to stay where there is that toxic paint smell when I’m wanting to enjoy my environment and pamper myself a bit.

Exceptional

The hotel is very nice and clean. Very old building makes it very special and unique. The stuff is so friendly, thank you very much to feel so welcome. The location is perfect! Silent and at the same time just 1 Minute far from the heart of getsemoney. The view at the top of the building is great! 😊

Location is close to Getsamani restaurants and bars. Close to walled city, 15 walk. Staff very friendly. Large rooms and bed.

Lost power, room a little old, no fridge. Did not see a hot tub. A little past prime and pricey for accommodations. Not the best value.

The location was amazing, but the staff would make us come back in a heartbeat

The location was great, right in the heart of Getsemani. Accessible to everything but not in the thick of it. Everything was wonderful, but it was the staff that really made our stay memorable. They are so warm and welcoming. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
