Super Riad en plein centre et super accueil !

Tout est super ! l’accueil, la gentillesse, le Riad indépendant pour notre familles (4 chambres), le jacuzzi ... etc etc

Good experience overall.

Breakfast was lovely, made fresh each day. Tea, omelet, butter, jam, bread, croissants. Fresh orange juice pastries etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Happy to help. Cooked food was yummy.

Rooms are small and dark. Cat wondering around building on the roof top, Taxis don't drive up to riad after 5pm, you get dropped off by petrol station. So you have to walk through the markets to get to the riad. Streets are not lit very well at night. But location great just jn the middle of the markets.

Consigliatissimo

Il dar emeraude si trova a 4/5 minuti a piedi dal riad principale. La struttura è accogliente e ben strutturata. Ampi spazi in comune e 4 camere con bagni privati. Terrazza stupenda. Jamila tutte le mattine ci preparava la colazione e sistemava casa. Un ottima soluzione se si vuole soggiornare in un riad ma avere la privacy di stare con i propri amici/famiglia

Perfekte Idyll mitten im Trubel

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Riad mitten in der Medina von Marrakesh und können das Hotel nur jedem empfehlen. Es ist ruhig, wunderschön eingerichtet, sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren als Paar unterwegs aber auch gut Familien ist das Riad gut geeignet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und wurde direkt bei der Ankunft das Riad gezeigt und wir haben wichtige Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt bekommen. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich sauber gemacht. Das ganze Riad hat einen hohen Standard (auch an Sauberkeit) und das Frūhstūck war perfekte Start in den Tag. Immer lecker, immer frisch und üppig. Wir haben auch den Flughafentransfer vom Hotel genutzt und können das nur weiterempfehlen, weil es sehr entspannt und unkompliziert war. Außerdem sind die Taxifahrer in Marrakesh mit Vorsicht zu genießen, sodass der Transfer viel Stress rausnimmt und auch verhindert, dass man direkt bei der Ankunft schon abgezockt wird. Für alle, die selbst anreisen: Vorsichtig Taxifahrer nennen gern einen Fix-Preis und beim aussteigen sagen sie dann einen höheren Preis und halten plötzlich die Hand auf. Da heißt es hart bleiben und auf den Ursprungspreis bestehen. Das Riad ist einfach perfekt, um nach einem hektischen Tag auf den Straßen von Marrakesh runterzukommen. Einen dicken Pluspunkt bekommt die schöne Dachterrasse.

Wir hatten außerdem eine Massage und Hammam im Hotel gebucht. Die beiden Frauen waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Massage allerdings würden wir nicht nochmal buchen, da sie im Vergleich zu anderes doch recht teuer war und wir schon bessere Massagen hatten.

First time visiting Marrakech and we found the perfect place. They catered and went out of their way for our every need.

EVERYTHING!!!! The perfect place hidden just steps away from the hustle and bustle of the market square. It was clean, well presented, comfortable, cosy and a home away from home. The small personal touches made it even more special.

Une honte ! Nous nous sommes faits avoir par de fausses photos !

Tout , nous avions réservé à 8 sur photos du Riad l’étoile d’orient .. le manager nous explique que nous serons logés à côté , dans soi disant une annexe digne d’un petit paradis aussi bien loti que l’étoile d’orient . Ayant toujours fait confiance à Booking , j’ai dit ok . Sauf que l’annexe est inconfortable, pas très propre , mal insonorisé des chambres petites et vieilles . Un jacuzzi qui est un bassin à bulles qui ne fonctionne pas et est extrêmement bruyant . Un petit déjeuner avec des produits décongelés : les crêpes n’étaient jamais du jour ni même de la veille . Bref l’annexe que l’on nous a loué au même prix que le Riad étoile d’orient n’a rien à voir avec un petit paradis mais alors pas du tout ! La mauvaise foi du manager lorsque j’ai averti booking et son manque du sens du commerce et de l’opinion de ses clients est le pois chiche sur le couscous ! Il n’a rien voulu savoir ! Nous sommes partis à 8 dont des retraités et tout le monde a été très déçus ! C’est une honte que de promouvoir un établissement avec des jolies photos pour au final nous caser une fois sur place et pris sur le fait accompli dans une annexe qui vaut un tiers du prix ! C’est du vol ! Marrackech Arnaquech !

Un Séjour parfait

Séjour de trois nuits dans le Riad, c’était parfait. La propreté, le calme, le petit déjeuner est très bon avec du choix. N’hésitez pas à réserver au restaurant du Riad qui est super aussi, la tajine d’agneau était succulente. Des produits frais. Il propose aussi des massages sur place. Rien à redire tout était Top! Je recommande +++

Hotel like riad with a helpful staff

Super helpful staff who provides a concierge like services who can communicate in English(it's important for non French/Arabic speaking traveler). Good airconditioned and clean room (it's super important for this hot weather). I can reccomend this hotel who would like to enjoy the hotel like service in a riad atmosphere.

The pathway to go to riad is bit confusing.

Exceptional

I only have good things to say about my experience. The Riad is beautiful, very clean and cared for, the team is unsurpassedly friendly, it is very well located in the center of the Medina, in the middle of the souks but with super easy and peaceful access, even at night ( 4-minute walk from the square). The food is great, typically Moroccan and very well prepared. The terrace is very pleasant. Ibraim and Hassan, as well as all the kitchen and cleaning ladies, make us feel at home in the midst of the (good) chaos that exists around us.

Beautiful riad

Beautifully decorated riad about 3 minutes walk from the Square. Comfortable bed and ac was great. Breakfast was good and the staff are very friendly and offered plenty of advice and tips regarding things to do, see and eat and also shared on how to bargain with shop keepers. My wife had a massage there which she enjoyed.

Shower door had gaps and as I didn't realise water had flooded the bathroom. House keeping came and mopped it all up.

Location was good, Room was lovely and staff super helpful

Location was great just off the main square. Riad staff responded promptly to all queries before we went and arranged a transfer from the airport. Our room was lovely just like the photos on website. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and provided lots of useful information. Thank you for an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend!

An excellent Riad in a fantastic location, staffed by dedicated and very friendly individuals.

An excellent Riad in a very central medina location close to everything Marrakesh has to offer Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful (especially Ibrahim). Our room (Gieana) was large with a great bathroom and shower. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Minor observations, but tea and coffee was not provided in rooms and this was missed. There were was a well stocked mini-fridge, but sometimes you want a hot drink outside of the breakfast offering. Some of the furniture in our room could do with some attention and the window shutters, which had been adapted to keep the noise out, also blocked sunlight so at times it felt a little dark.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect! the staff was very attentive. We were well received and they were very kind throughout the whole our stay. Location is also top, near the main square and on the heart of Medina. and I couldn’t help but notice the silence that made it possible for us to rest well after walking all day. Breakfast also amazing and served very beautiful

Wonderful. we loved staying at this Riad.

beautiful calm and relaxed space. felt a peaceful place to return to from the busy streets. welcomed warmly each time and hosts couldn’t have been kinder. very helpful whenever needed. we loved staying here. it felt safe, comfortable and peaceful. Also brilliant location at the heart of the medina and able to easily access everything we wanted to see on foot. advantage being in the centre is we could go back regularly, cool off and rest, pace ourselves. enjoyed the rooftop too. And delicious and plentiful breakfast 😊. thank you for a great stay.

Superb

Good location near the square. Extremely clean and quiet. Great staff, Hassin and Abraham very helpful and always welcoming. Hamman is ok, wifi needs to be updated as not reliable if you're on business and need to rely on it. Riads are the way to go in Marrakech - this one is a smaller one (8 rooms maybe) vs a larger one I stayed in previously (two or 3 riads combined) that did not have the same personal feeling to it. Recommend booking here.

Location was ideal for exploring the Medina. Good breakfast. Very helpful Staff. Decent room but the bathrooms could be maintained well and kept clean.

Bathrooms could be mainted better and kept clean. When we checked in water was leaking in the toilet Staff fixed it but we had to deal with it for one night

A lovely and authentic experience in Marrakesh!

We enjoyed our stay and felt at home! Everyone at the Riad was so welcoming and accommodated our needs. They assisted in arranging a birthday cake for my husband and we’re super helpful about restaurant recommendations, attractions, taxi fares etc. I experienced their hamam treatment which I recommend! The riad is very beautiful and cosy inside. It is situated near all the main attractions which are of a walking distance. They also arranged our airport transfer which was supper handy. We experienced their traditional breakfast each morning which was tasty. Our first time in Marrakesh was made special by the people at the Riad and we will certainly be returning!

GREAT ROOM TO RETURN TO AFTER A TOUR OF THE DESERT

After three days in the desert, this was an oasis to get cleaned and fed. They allowed me to preorder my meal, so everything was there when I arrived.

Great location, superb staff, spotlessly clean.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Central location. Great massage on site. The welcome peace and calm when you step inside the Riad. Dining on the rooftop terrace. Hot tub facility on the rooftop. All major sites / attractions between 5 - 15 mins walk.

The beds are quite hard so may not be for everyone.

The staff was welcoming, the Riad was clean, and we can’t wait to bring our friends back to stay here!

This was our first time In Morocco and by far the best experience. The location of this Riad is right in the heart of the Medina but still tucked away just enough that it isn’t loud. Ibrahim was absolutely incredible and gave us so many good tips right when we got there. Breakfast was included and was something different everyday but always delicious! The atmosphere is to die for as the lighting is always beautiful & the staff is constantly cleaning. Towards the end of our trip we got a hammam & it was the best experience & very affordable. Overall, amazing place to stay! We will be back!
