Exceptional :)

First the location and the views are breathtaking! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. I liked the ambiance in the terrace and the restaurant with live music. The rooms (especially the Air-Conditioner) was clean and comfortable. Its location near the beach. It exceeded our expectations! We will be back for sure :)

Mismanaged and needs a systematic overhaul

Fantastic location, views. Cleaning of the room was great. Food is honest and tasty. loads of vegetables and seafood - all cooked nicely. We are fussy with food and we found it more than acceptable.

Reception staff is disgustingly rude especially the young guy who was checking us in on Saturday 30.06. All of them have no understanding of customer service - you are treated like you owe them for staying in the resort. Room was very small and uncomfortable. We booked a room with sea view and it didn’t look at all like on the pictures here on Booking.com. It was dark and tiny - could hardly walk around the bed. Air con only works on fan mode and doesn’t cool the room so you either suffer with the noise and blow of air in your face at night or sweat to death. Cannot open the windows as mosquitoes will eat you alive. I booked long time ago but when arrived was told that only ground floor room was available. It was a complete dread returning to the room in the afternoon as there were always other guests sitting on the lounges right in front of my balcony smoking or loudly talking on the phone. zero privacy!

The hotel and stuff are amazing. The food is included, although it was an amazing it was not bad. The only thing I didn’t like was that the sauna was closed after we reserved a massage. Also the massages are not very good but overall the hotel is good

Everything you need for a relaxing summer get away

the location is brilliant with restaurants, spas and beaches within walking distance. The facilities are great boasting a sauna and swimming pools with bars. the bar and terrace overlook the sea

the staff seemed a little confused about how some things worked. we seemed to get different responses for the same questions.

Never again. Long Long walk to beach.

Meals were nothing like photos..Extra charge if you wanted better from menu. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The spa was good the view was good the room was clean outside was cool but inside was emmm

The room was too small for two person they don’t have slippers and one of their employees was very rude he told us the restaurant was closed and we cant have dinner because we were too late（the dinner ended at 9 and we arrived at 8） just not in a high quality Hardly reach to 4 stars

Very good

Very helpful and friendly staff. Simple but clean and spacious rooms with balconies. The hotel also has a big territory and a nice terrace overlooking the sea. Closest beaches are easily walkable. In 15 min you can reach the well-known in this area thermal complex Posseidon (unfortunately, all thermal pools are closed this season due to the virus but one can still enjoy the beach). Meals were fine, with some hit-and-miss options, but overall alright.

The WiFi didn’t reach our room for the first couple of days.

Beautiful views and location but a stingy ownership

Location - home made desserts - helpful staff especially Nicola at the reception and Landi in the restaurant - gorgeous views -

Considering that this hotel is rated 4 stars I thought was ridiculous to pay a daily rate for the use of the safety box in the room and for the use of a robe (very bad quality one) - Poor quality raw material at the restaurant even though the cooks made miracles with what they had - The all building needs an upgrade - overall not too bad for the price I payed but Definitely the overall quality for a 4 star hotel was beyond expectations.
