Parfait!

J’avais réservé une chambre « Vu village » et j’ai pu changer avec beaucoup de facilité pour « vue lac ». Et le prix réduit promotionnel du moment m’a été accordé. Et j’ai eu en échange une chambre magnifique, spacieuse, avec une vue extraordinaire De plus, aucun frais supplémentaire n’a été prélevé pour la présence de mon chien contrairement aux pratiques appliquées normalement.

L’hôtel Romantik porte bien son nom ❤️

J’ai choisi une chambre avec vue sur le lac, c’était magique. Le personnel est très serviable, très professionnel. La vue est incroyable. Prendre le petit déjeuner face au lac est juste magique. La literie est très confortable, il y a des volets aux fenêtres et les chambres sont bien insonorisées. J’y retournerai sans hésiter et je vous le recommande!

Saubereit und Lage waren gut. Auch die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Hatten keine Speisen im Hotel eingenommen, deshalb kann ich Frühstück usw, nicht beurteilen.

Habe nach der Bezeichnung "Romantik" gesucht, aber nicht gefunden. Es war ein Zimmer, wie in einem anderen Hotel der etwas gehoberen Klasse. Sehr negativ war, dass das Hotel über keine eigene Parkplätze für Übernachtungsgäste verfügt. Mussten warten bis etwas auf dem allgemeinen PP frei wurde. Auch konnte niemand an der Rezeption Auskunft geben.

looking forward for my next stay here

Rooms are spacious and clean, great shower, very friendly staff, great view, tasty food, especially the seasonal crème brûlée with tonka. we liked it so much, that ça called our next hotel to stay here one more night.

The staff were very nice!

We were surprised that the suite was not in the main hotel.. we had to cross the road and it was in a different building. the room was on the bottom floor with no view and directly by the road! there were few windows in the room and the only option to have fresh air was to open the ‘terrace’ door. This was super inconvenient as there is two bus stops just in front and the noise is so loud from the road! definitely not a romantic stay or location. We feel quite disappointed given the price of the room and our expectations were certainly not met.

Conveniently located.

Practical, functional, nice view of the lake. We booked this hotel because it was conveniently located to visit friends. Ample free parking.

Water pressure from the rain shower isn’t strong enough, so you need to use the normal shower head instead. Breakfast is okay, but we weren’t shown a menu or offered anything hot for CHF18 per person, you have to order from the staff.

it was good but not for the prise.

room was clean and were big. you felt welcomed.

the lound noise from heater or something else in the night. And for such an hotel you don’t expect that they save on warer in your shower. there comes too less water!! should change the settings.

not recommended as a romantic stay

it's not a romantic hotel! check-in waiting time too long, personal don't give you the impression you are important (always picked up the phone and we had to wait again), not enough staff, noisy during breakfast because reception is next to it (1meter), no candlelight or flowers in the rooms or on the dinner table, did not respond to complains and no apology (e-mail)

Lovely hotel with the most amazing view!

Rooms were spacious and very clean, delicious breakfast, excellent restaurant and the voice of the lake was stunning!

Reserve room 20!! You won't regret it.

Stunning views of the lake from room 20 (2nd floor) -- even from the bathroom. Spacious bedroom, huge bathroom and superb private terrace. Nescafe machine, bottle free water (do not see that often in Switzerland), and stocked mini-bar. Tip: pay extra for the room with a lakeview and skip the breakfast if on a budget. Get your own food for aperitif and breakfast and take advantage of your terrace. Our short stay was really a fanstastic treat, and a pretty short distance from Geneva for a weekend jaunt into nature. Restaurant on-site was delicious and the staff were all very nice and friendly.

It was quiet when we went, but the bedroom terrace is just above the restaurant terrace. Assume if its a busy night but you want to go to bed early/have silence, the noise could be disturbing. Though the back of the hotel (lake facing) is quiet, the hotel is on a busy road, so you do hear lots of cars swishing by. The windows are solid soundproof though, so you could keep them closed.
