Emplacement parfait - le personnel super - le restaurant excellent

Les coussins beaucoup trop dur. Le petit déjeuner manquait de variété.... pendant 1 semaines et rien de nouveau. Dommage

Wir werden sicher wieder ins Dell Angelo gehen, es ist entpfehlenswert

Lage liegt an einem sehr guetem Ort Zimmer war sehr Ruhig Frühstück ist reichlich für jeden Geschack,

Da habe ich nichts zu äussern, alles ist im Grünen Bereich

Disappointed 😞

We booked this hotel having stayed before, so we thought we knew what to expect. We had driven from England too, so we had come a long way. When we arrived the lady escorted us down a narrow lane opposite the hotel to a block of flats, that looked like they had taken over a few rooms. The rooms had laminated door numbers with a ref to Hotel dell'angelo on. The corridor had builders equipment, bags tile adhesive on all the steps with covering all on the floor. We overlooked the bottle banks and bins instead of the beautiful square. We went to reception to say this wasn't what we expected and she couldn't have been less interested.

Very good location! The room was clean, the beds had comfortable and warm blankets. The reception staff were very kind and the hotel was very accommodating for a late check in.

The rooms were out dated and had an old smell.

Excellent, will come back again.

Location was perfect nearby cafes, restaurants and the lake for a walk. The staff were superb: friendly, accommodating, helpful and smiley. Room was spacious for 5 (2 adults and 3 children), comfortable beds, Nutella for breakfast was a treat for the kids. Thank you!

No fresh fruit, but the bread was very tasty, müsle was good, tea as well- Dinner was not as good as breakfast.

Great location, rooms clean

Reception not particularly welcoming, waiter at the hotel restaurant extremely arrogant and condescending, very noisy pub/cafe on one side of the hotel (until 2am)

Central location.

Noisy and hot. Rude receptionist. Would not recommend. Smelled of musty cigarette smoke and the furnishings were out of the 1970s. Parking was in a multi storey car park with a low roof so we had to park on the street.

Immaculately clean and everything in the room functions. Very friendly reception staff.

The decor and facilities are from the 70s however this is reflected in the price, and everything is clean and functioning.
