Not a lot.

The rooms were dusty, old blankets on the beds and the beds uncomfortable. We did not enjoy the breakfast so I'm not too sure how the other reviews speak so highly about this place. I'd spend a tiny bit more and stay in a more cosy and clean, better located, hotel. The toilet did not flush and hot water was on and off.

Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Altijd klaar om ons te helpen. Lekker ontbijt en ontbijtbox bij vroege tours. De bedden waren comfortabel, verwarming werkte netjes, goede wifi. Goede locatie! Al met al sterk aanbevolen!

Maravilhosa! Uma supresa muito boa!

Tudo! O quarto é exatamente igual as fotos e é muito aconchegante e confortável. O hotel é uma fofura, a sensação é que você está na casa de algum amigo/parente que te recebe com muito carinho! Chás a disposição na recepção o tempo todo e o que me encantou foi que no dia que saímos de madrugada pra um passeio, eles deixaram uma sacolinha com nosso café da manhã todo preparado pra levarmos! Um cuidado e carinho sem igual!

A única coisa que poderia melhorar era o chuveiro. Mas de forma alguma foi um problema…

Barrio muy tranquilo y céntrico

El barrio dónde está ubicado es perfecto: céntrico en el barrio de San Blas y muy tranquilo. El personal muy amable y nos aconsejaron en todo momento.

No tiene ascensor y el desayuno es en la propia habitación (según gustos, nosotros preferimos escoger lo que nos apetece y sentarnos en un comedor).

Absolutamente todo. La calidad del personal a cargo es de admirar. No alcanzábamos a tomar el desayuno porque salíamos temprano a una actividad y ellas se encargaron de alistar en una bolsa snacks y alguna fruta pera que lleváramos. Las habitaciones impecables👌🏻👌🏻

An excellent place to stay for multiple nights while you explore Cusco.

It was quiet, clean and up to date. The staff were very helpful and provided us breakfast in our room.

the staff was very friendly and the location was great. you can walk to the main square, but it’s a little off the beaten path, which is kind of nice! rooms were also very comfy

Not the best value for money in the area

Nice breakfast, free hot drinks all day

Our first room, which was next to reception, was too noisy to sleep as you were woken up by people checking out and the staff making breakfast. Also no external window. We were moved to a much better room on the second night but were made to pay more money which didn’t seem fair

Close to town centre, free coca tea available 24/7. Every staff member was helpful and polite, went above and beyond to make our stay as comfy as possible. Nothing was too much for them.

Good stay in Cusco

Nice hotel. Clean, fresh and tidy. Rooms are nice. Warm water and good pressure in the shower. Not far from the San Blas square. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Breakfast is brought to the room and they accommodate everyone even if you have early departure for tours (i.e. 4-6am)

The walls are very thin. While the breakfast in the room is a nice touch, many people are getting up at very early hours (4am-6am departures) for tours. You can easily hear the staff bringing every breakfast to every room and it wakes you up. If you're not getting up at 4-6am, this is incredibly disturbing. Also, try not to get the room next to the reception, then you can add the "checking out" and "luggage room" sounds to the list

Great value and service

The staff was extremely accommodating and let us do a last minute late check-in. They bring us breakfast to our rooms every morning at whatever time we request. They also helped us book a taxi early in the morning (at 4am)

The staff at the hotel gave the feeling nothing was too much and they would always find a way to help and made you feel they were happy to help. The room was huge, the bed comfy and the breakfast that was brought to your room was really tasty.

There were a lot of dogs local to the hotel who were quite vocal - one had a particular strong voice.

Good price, good location, friendly staff... but there are some downsides.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was always full thermal containers of tea in the lobby. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel locations was within walking distance of tourist attractions.

Due to Covid, the hotel did not offer a buffet breakfast. Instead, a tray was brought to the room with a very meager breakfast - usually one scrabbled egg, 2 croissants, a bit of cut fruit and a very small cup of not very good coffee. Ok not such a big problem - we just had a bigger lunch. Also, when we left for excursions at 4:00am, we were given a "box lunch". It was embarrassing to open in front of people from other hotels who had a bounty. We got a juice box, small banana, a package of soda crackers and the smallest 1/2 of a sandwich I've ever seen. There is no elevator and were on the top floor struggling to acclimatize to Cusco's altitude. Lastly, there are many dogs in the neighborhood that spent a good part of the night barking.
