Excellent, great sleep in a lovely B&B

the property is kept lovely outside and right throughout. The hosts are great and prepared our room for a very short notice visit. The family room was a great layout with everything we needed for a comfortable nights stay.

Brilliant place

Excellent guest house, immaculate and lovely staff. I would definatley stay there again.

Very enjoyable and close to were I needed to be.

Room was very quiet and spotless.

I travelled over by train so parking wasn't a problem however as with most quest houses in the area, it's pot luck finding a space.

Very clean, great facilities, upto date decor which felt cosy, hosts were very friendly and a reassuring presence for me

My room was small, for me, I wanted more space for storage of clothes and I felt quite boxed in/claustrophobic, however this is something I feel a lot at the moment in life generally and others may/will feel differently

Treated my wife to a long weekend break to visit the old cinema and Jane macdonald concert

Excellent location and room. Nice breakfast and first class cleanliness and helpful management/owners who also were friendly. Extras were no trouble in a relaxed environment that’s was top class.

Nothing was top draw the stay and the north side of Scarborough. Amenities including the old cinema and open theatre concert were excellent

Great location, Fantastic owners, Very Nice rooms

We have just stayed recently after attending a gig at the open air theatre, The hotel is in a great location for anyone wanting to attend the open air gigs. The owners Emily and Stewart were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are very clean and tidy very comfortable and the breakfasts were very nice! Only 10 minutes from the beach and 5 from the open air theatre. Great location, Great price, Fantastic service.

Excellent, very clean modern b&b great location

The breakfast was good especially the sausages,the location was great for getting to the north bay and also a short walk towards town to cut down to the central sea front

The room was a little cold until the heating kicked in

After a very difficult few weeks, we now feel refreshed and relaxed after our holiday.

The breakfast was exceptional, great value for money and the facilities were immaculate. Our hosts were friendly and very clear about the Covid procedures within the property. This made us feel very safe and able to relax fully, our stay was very enjoyable and will be booking again for the New Year.

We don't believe anything could have made our stay more comfortable. The room refreshments were well considered and laid out beautifully.

It was clean and fresh Nice tea and coffee provision. Beds not too bad Bathroom was small but shower was really good. Nice towels & bedding

Rooms were small, and property quite noisy generally. Quite regimented / no flexibility in terms of check in Hostess seemed very friendly Host came across as abrupt regarding COVID measures and spoke patronisingly regarding this. Didn’t appreciate it and didn’t appreciate our conversation regarding this on check out.

Great little b&b would definitely stay here again

Lovely clean well run b&b. The hosts were friendly. Rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything you need in them. The location was great, quiet but everything within a short walk.

I've stayed in Scarborough for many year's, various B&Bs and hotels. I'm pleased to say this is the best I've stayed in. The reception you get is second to none, kind, considerate & caring. The service was second to none, great room & exceptional breakfast. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger...... I'll be back.😎
