Ein sehr gutes Resort.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hervorragendes Essen, immer frisch zubereitet.
Wunderschön parkähnlich angelegte Anlage mit diversen Pools und Strand. Zugang zum Meer über einen Steg bis zur Riffkante. Sehr schönes und intaktes Korallenriff direkt am Resort.
Das Serenity Alpha Beach ist deutlich kleiner und privater als das nebenan gelegene Serenity Alma Heights.
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!
Die Qualität der alkoholischen Getränke könnte etwas besser sein. Insbesondere beim Bier ist Luft nach oben. Es werden eben lokale Getränke angeboten. Aber das sind Klagen auf hohem Niveau :-)

- Grosses Zimmer, da wir ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten haben
- Schöne, sichere Anlage mit der Möglichkeit darin laufen zu gehen (ca. 3km loop)
- Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit ohne dafür Trinkgeld zu fordern(mit einer Ausnahme)
-Wlan war schwach
- kein Smart TV
- Das inklusive Essen (Frühstück, Mittag-, Abendessen) war sehr reichhaltig und es gab einige gute Gerichte und Zutaten zum verfeinern, allerdings waren ca. 50% der Gerichte geschmacklich nicht gut und es gab zu wenige Vegane Optionen, zu wenig Obst und Gemüse
- Nescafe Pulverkaffee der allerdings erstaunlich gut war.
- Die Abreise war etwas holprig- wir hatten einen Fahrer, der bereits wartete und die Rezeption wollte noch eine schriftliche Bewertung & die Koffer wurden erst auf mehrfaches Anfragen nach aussen transportiert
- A la carte Restaurants waren allesamt ausgebucht
- Es wurde von unserem Stockwerk-Manager oft unnötig an der Türe geklopft in der Hoffnung auf Trinkgeld für Zusatzleistungen
- Bettwäsche war etwas abgenutzt

Bei der Essensauswahl kann mehr variiert werden. Beim Obst war immer das Gleiche zur Auswahl.
Das Hotel und die Zimmertrakte sind in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen einiger Renovationen.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are green and well maintained. 3 pools - all were great. Beach was really nice. The entertainment and food were excellent. The animation team does a very good job everyday. We enjoyed all the shows. Very friendly staff except for one guy at the reception. But everyone else was very friendly. All in all, we had a very good holiday.
The elevator was not working most days we were there. So it was difficult for us to go up and down the stairs with our 2 year old and our bags but nothing too bad.

Le personnel est tres attentif a la satisfaction du client. Ils sont adorables avec les enfants.
Une invitation a l’aquaparc nous a été offerte, les toboggans sont supers et bien sécurisés.
La nourriture est bonne. Il y a une salle de restauration magnifique avec vue sur la mer.
Le snack de la plage ouvert de 12 à 17 permet de pouvoir manger tout l’après midi et propose des pancakes (idéal pour le goûter des enfants).
Les 3 piscines permettent de ne pas être les uns sur les autres. La baignade y est surveillée de manière très sérieuse.
Le spot de snorkeling desservi par un ponton privé surveillé est super, nous avons eu la chance de voir une tortue, des dauphins, une rascasse et des puffer fish, c’était incroyable.
Le kids club propose des activités sympas pour les enfants (mention spéciale pour Nour qui est absolument adorable).
Il y a un centre de consultation et une pharmacie dans l’hôtel qui nous a permis de traiter l’otite de ma fille de manière rapide et efficace.
Les animations du soir sont tops (cracheur de feu, contorsionnistes, danseuses orientales…)
Le démarchage pour les activités extra (massages, coiffure, excursion) est très fréquent mais pas insistant donc ce n’est pas trop gênant.

La nourriture est très bonne et très variée , le personnel du restaurant est super. Le manager de l’hôtel qui a essayé de trouver des solutions concernant les problèmes que nous avons rencontré et a été arrangeant merci à lui il nous a proposé de manger dans la chambre ainsi de quitter la chambre à 18h le dernier jour, un grand merci à lui malheureusement le reste du personnel catastrophique notamment celui de la réception et du service médical qui nous a vraiment arnaqué.
Par où commencer ? Accueil déplorable pas un verre d’eau après 8 heures de vol , chambres horribles , rideaux sales !! Coupures d’électricité toutes les 20 minutes , personnel qui n’en a rien à faire des clients, ils veulent juste de l’argent !!! Ma mère était extrêmement malade ils refusent la carte bleue , le médecin est incompétent on nous a prit 400 euros pour une consultation !! Le personnel ( de la reception) aurait pu nous proposer de manger dans la chambre ! Rien ! Pas une assiette , ni d’aide pour se rendre au restaurant ma mère avait des difficultés respiratoires elle devait marcher 5-10 min avec cette chaleur , pour au final faire un malaise dans le restaurant ! Les piscines sont extrêmement sales !!!! Les transats aussi !!! cet hôtel n’a rien d’un 5 étoiles j’ai fait plusieurs 5 étoiles à Hurghada celui ci n’a rien d’un 5 étoiles fuyez !!!! le restaurant est bondé de monde et très peu climatisé. Harcèlement à la piscine pour vous vendre des activités ou des produits, personnel irrespectueux. À FUIR !!
Le monsieur qui s’occupe des serviettes à la piscine où il y a les transats dans l’eau passe son temps à siffler, il surveille tous vos faits et gestes très désagréable !!!! Maintenant parlons du médecin, un médecin ou un serveur je ne sais pas si il est réellement médecin ! S’est permit de claquer mon téléphone sur la table lorsque je lui ai passé un membre de ma famille au téléphone pour parler avec lui car 400 euros pour une consultation c’est enorme !
Pas de wifi, pas de couverture pour le troisième lit juste un drap. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel malheureusement qui n’est pas un 5 étoiles….

Essen war abwechslungsreich, jedoch mit Vorsicht zu geniessen. (Ägyptische Küche halt) Die Snackbar nahe am Strand war sehr gut.
Barkeeper an den Poolbars fehlte das gewisse Happiness. Waren zwar okey aber hatten keinen Spass an der Arbeit.
Pools waren geht so sauber... Wasser war okey aber am Boden oder am Rand war es schon ziemlich dreckig. Für ein 5 Sterne Resort hätte ich da mehr erwartet.

Pools: Gepflegte Pools mit vielen unterschiedlichen Becken. Man konnte selbst zur Mittagsstunde noch gute Plätze mit Schatten ergattern.
Mitarbeiter: Alle sehr Hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Essen: Es wurde einem oft das gleiche Essen angeboten. Leider hat uns das a la carte 0 überzeugt da die Wartezeiten enorm waren und das essen teilweise das gleiche wie beim Buffet war oder echt dürftig geschmeckt hat. Auch hat unser Körper Wochen nach der Rückreise noch mit dem Essen zu kämpfen gehabt.
Internet: Leider der nächste Negativpunkt - Fast nicht nutzbar, selbst um ein paar Bilder zu versenden. Videos etc. anschauen war nicht Möglich
Sales-Man/Woman: Ab 10 Uhr morgens hat es angefangen das einem dauerhaft Leute angesprochen haben und was verkaufen wollten, trotz "Do not Disturb" Sandsack. Teils schwer von einem wegzubekommen

The hotel staff is really helpful, we arrived way too early because it was our only option and they immediately gave us the bracelets, told us to have breakfast and coffee, and they will get the room ready asap, by 11am we were in the room (thank you so much!). The food for an all inclusive is really good, they have food for every taste, we got 3 a la carte restaurants, we only used 2 (asian wasn't good, but the french one was amazing). There are a lot of pools to pick from (2 quiet pools, meaning no kids), rooms are spacious and the hotel has a reef where you can snorkel and see a lot! it was amazing, a diving center is also inside of the hotel and prices are reasonable. There are events everyday, although we only went to a foam party and a night show, they were good. We had an early flight back and they prepared lunch boxes for us with a lot of food, seriously customer service is the best there!
Don't go to the spa! there's a lot of people everyday offering the spa services and it is the worst, they sell you something great and then when you arrive you get a completely different thing, not worth it! The hotel is HUGE, which is a pro and a con because our room was far away (and it's a small hill) so every day to go to the main restaurant for breakfast was a work out, not much for the hill but for the 40°C we had. Wifi was really bad, only worked well in the lobby area, it didn't reach our room (and since it was far, neither did the internet from the sim card). So if you're planning to work there, be prepared to be sitting at the lobby only. Taxi prices to the airport at the hotel are way too expensive, they charge 20eur for a single trip, we booked ours from booking for 8usd, and if you have the in-drive app, you can get it for 5. The A la carte restaurants have a weird system, you need to book them in advance (normal) but you also have to select exactly what you will be eating when you do the reservation, otherwise you can't confirm it. Also, they should really tell people with kids which pools they cannot use, because we saw 2 families being kicked out of the quiet pool and they didn't understand why, I'm glad they had quiet pools (seriously, top), but it was painful to see the kids faces.

I recently stayed at Serenity Alpha and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.
Check in time was very short and in few minutes we were in our rooms.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which added to our overall comfort.
One of the highlights of our stay was the animation team, especially Lou, who went above and beyond to entertain and engage with the guests.
Their energy and friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable.
The food at Serenity Alpha was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The Italian restaurant, in particular, was exceptional; the dinner there was a culinary delight that I would highly recommend.
Lastly, I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Alaa, the General Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and continuous support. His efforts made our stay truly memorable and we are very grateful for his attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction.
Overall, our stay at the hotel was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and accommodating place to stay.

L'hôtel est joli avec les beaux jardins entretenus. Tout le personnel est très souriant et sympa, toujours prêts à vous aider en cas de besoin, vraiment super !!! Les piscines sont top. Chaque soir, il y avait un spectacle d animation différents avec des danseurs pros, c'est rare quand ce n'est pas la haute saison donc cool. Les coraux sont bien préservés. La nourriture est pas mal, sauf les desserts qui ont tous le même goût. Une pharmacie est à disposition, très pratique mais n oubliez pas de négocier haha.

beautiful resort in a relaxing location. Many opportunities for sunbathing (both at the pools or on the beach). Large rooms. In particular an excellent cleaner! Rooms were always neat and clean. He brought drinks every day and fulfilled all wishes. Good food for Egyptian standards. Every evening a different cuisine takes center stage. Animation team organized something like a show every evening. Beautiful stretched sandy beach. The seabed is stony, so I recommend bringing water shoes. Gardens in the park are well maintained.
There was a lack of maintenance, especially in the rooms. Certain furniture and curtains need to be replaced. You are regularly approached by sellers on the beach. We personally found this very annoying. Fortunately, you can get a 'do not disturb' bag at the towel stand and hang it up. Nevertheless, some will still speak and say that they did not see the bag ;)

Il y a plusieurs piscines, elles sont top, la plage y est belle, les cocktails sont bons, le personnel agréable.
Nous avons accès à l’hotel d’en face pour le kids club et les manèges c’était top.
C’est un peu excentré donc un aller retour au centre vous coûtera environ 20€ à chaque sortie.

We got a free upgrade from the hotel and the room and all facilities are very clean! Every night there’s different show. We got 2 inclusive restaurants after the free upgrade! Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They look happy to work there.
I wish there are more varieties of food options. I’m pregnant so I wish to have more hot and cooked food to choose but in general it was amazing.

Tolles Hausriff, weitläufige Gartenanlage, viele unterschiedliche Pools, mehrere Poolbars, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, guter Service, reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Büffet. Genügend Platz am Pool und auf den Liegen am Strand.
unser Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch voll ausgestattet und stets sauber.
Wir waren ausschließlich zum Schnorcheln hier. Wenn man für einen Badeurlaub anreist, muss man wissen, dass man nur über den Steg zum schwimmen ins Wasser kommt.
