Можно улучшить завтрак и самое главное кофе. Пить его практически невозможно. Мы ежедневно заказывали кофе в баре.

Great location for a hassle free relaxing holiday

Excellent location in this boutique hotel. The staff are very friendly and the all-inclusive is very good value for money. The views and the access to the beach are second to none.

It is hard to find fault as we were just there for a week and it had everything we needed.

Lovely!

The lovely friendly people, it was like a family atmosphere and we were so well looked after

Maybe the all inclusive could have included an ice cream and operate until 10pm instead of 9pm to allow for an evening drink after dinner/walk

A lovely hotel in the perfect location with unbelievable friendly and helpful staff .

Fabulous location, staff extremely efficient and friendly. Food very good . Could not fault it at all. A hidden gem , we will definitely return . 10/10

The location, overlooking the sea was gorgeous in a lovely quiet resort. we liked the indoor swimming pool. The staff were all friendly and helpful

we could hear the neighbours clearly through bathroom vent. it may have just been this room (215)

Great size room. Amazing view and location. Balcony a bit small, great width but no depth.

Breakfast choice was good. Room and view was fantastic but bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. But for what we paid it was expected.

Evening meal choice was very limited for me. Generally just had soup. Even if they had chips it would have helped. But I am a very fussy eater so I'm used to it. My wife normally eats anything but she struggled too.

Good price/value, average food

Awesome view, good all-inclusive drinks, price/value is kind of unbeatable, good breakfast, average food overall but in general decent and food available thourhout the whole timeslot of the meal-time, nice bathroom, clean. The fact you can get alcoholic drinks in pare cups to take on beach is just awesome.

The deserts were kind of cheap, more fresh fruits would be nice. This is definitely targetted more to senior germans rather than younger couples. The beds were a bit too firm, which is definitely advantage to heavier people, but for me was a bit too stiff.

The perfect stay in S’illot

This is the best property one could ask for . The location is the USP along with the staff , each and every thing here is awesome. We stayed in a sea facing room and I had requested for a room in the higher floors, they did give us a room on the 3rd floor which meant fantastic views of the sea . The beach is right in front of the hotel , and you can access the beach anytime of the day , although the official hours are 11-4 , but staying in front of the beach meant you can go in the early hours or stay late in the evening . The staff is the most kind we have ever seen , they are always ready to listen to your needs and they always have a smile on their face. We would definitely come back here and stay in the same room if possible . :)

Friendly hotel in busy tourist spot

For what you pay, this is a charming little hotel. Probably better than some of the more expensive options on the same 'strip'. It's a family run hotel and the staff are obviously very happy to work there and that shows in the way they deal with their customers. They really can't do enough for you - and always cheerful and joking. Makes all the difference. We had a minor 'accident' during our stay and they were all so helpful. There are lots of restaurants nearby which are pretty good, so no need to be all inclusive here.

There is no outdoor pool - but obviously the sea is right in front of the property, so not necessarily a problem. Be sure to grab a sunlounger very early or you'll miss out as there aren't enough. To be honest, the resort itself wasn't too our taste (very very touristy - primarily English and German).. no taste of Mallorca here I'm afraid!

A cosy small hotel right on the beach

The best part about this hotel is that it’s right on the beach, not 2-3 min walk, but actually as you step outside - you are already on the beach. The sunbeds are free until 11 am. After that, it’s about 4 euros per sunbed and you can ask for a spare umbrella on the reception, so that you do not have to pay for one on the beach. Also, food was outstanding! Breakfast was ok, the regular stuff like all types of eggs, omelettes, fresh bread and everything, but I wish they also made pancakes, which for some reason they served for dinner. Dinner and lunch offer different types of meats and fish, delicious hot and cold side dishes, vegetables and also fruit for dessert. Actually, the desserts were great, always several types of cakes, mouses, and pies. Another thing is the views, it was absolutely worth the extra money for the room with sea view, because we woke up to sunrise every morning and the views were spectacular! Really motivating to get up early.

Well, like I said before - I would like breakfast even better if they served pancakes, after all it’s a typical breakfast dish in many countries. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Very disappointing

Staff was very friendly the airco in the room was brilliant. Stong Wifi signal also. Great view, not very noisy despite close proximity to the beach promenade.

A few days before travelling there we received an email saying that they basically had doublebooked us. That would mean that we did not have a room for the first day of our stay there. They gave us a room at a nearby hotel for the night and vouchers for 3 dinners at the hotal free of charge. Despite the efforts to rectify the mistake, the damage was done. First impression of the hotel was bad. I should mention that we booked a room nearly 4 months in advance got confirmation on the phone and via email that all was in good order and yet somehow they managed to mess up our booking. The room has probably not been renovated since the 90s and it was very very obvious. The indoor swimming pool was not properly maintained, there was a thick layer of sand at the bottom of it and a lot of broken tiles . The whole time i was there i don't think i saw anyone from the staff tending to the pool. Last but not least, the cherry on the cake was that we found a hair in our food. We called over a member of the service staff and showed her the hair we pulled out of the food and placed on a napkin. She said "oh sorry about that" and quickly took the napkin away. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it either.

Amazing location, food and staff. Highly recommend it.

Outstanding location right on the beach with nearly all rooms facing the water. large comfortable rooms and were quiet. the building is old but not tired and has been well maintained. We chose the all inclusive option and loved all the food and drinks were easily accessible. The staff were so warm and lovely and smiling every morning and night. It is family run and they welcome you as part of the family. We were so happy with our choice to stay here. We really hope we can return to this piece of paradise.

An Excellent little family run Hotel, better than we thought for what we paid. We will be back.

The food was very good, with a good range for most tastes at all the sitting times. The Staff from Mario on the Reception to Ellie and Jose in the bar and Loli and her sister in the restuarant, were all very friendly, efficient and had time for each of us during our stay. The Hotel does not have evening entertainment, which was great for us, as we like to sit and talk rather than shout over the noise. Location was also very good for us in a quieter area of S'illot. But you were right on the beach and a short walk to the busier areas of Sa Coma

Not a lot could have been better as we had very good weather at the end of April '22. so were out most of the time. the indoor pool was very cold even though we were informed it was heated!

A great place to stay!

Location was excellent, right by the beach. Staff were excellent, all of them very friendly and helpful. Food was good, very good choice at breakfast. Salads for dinner were brilliant, as were the desserts. Value for money was really good. We will recommend the hotel to all our friends.

Perfect vacation

The staff was so nice, such wonderful people. Food was great (we had half board), great choice and nicely prepared. The sea view from the room and the balcony is perfect. Great deal for renting a car when compared to prices at the airport. Would definitely recommend, we've had a perfect vacation. Special thanks to the staff in the dining area, such nice people, they even taught us some Spanish. :)

very clean, in a beautiful area right by the beach, you come straight out the hotel and it is right in front, what could be more perfect?! the staff are absolutely lovely and always have a smile on their face and very person centred to accommodate all guests. the food was absolutely delicious and always such a good variety. honestly couldn’t fault anything, one of the best holidays ever for such a good price! the surrounding areas are great and all the locals very friendly. Will most definitely be coming back to this beautiful place!!!!

Beautiful hotel, great value

The location is outstanding and had premium balcony sea views, the beds room was top quality ALSO many roof terraces / solariums also equipped with sun loungers and stunning views, also in the superior room we had tea/coffee supplied/kettle (not sure if in all rooms?) Food was simply stunning, every day evening meals was varied and delicious, always warm and plentiful Indoor pool was a bonus and warm (we stayed April) local shops etc just 5 minutes walk, local supermarket just round corner. WiFi free & fab, shower soap plentyful from dispenser. ALL staff couldn't be more helpful, we arrived early and receptionist help was 100% I seriously have nothing bad to say, excellent hotel and value for money, see you again sometime

Superb location, amazing staff.

Wonderful staff- from receptionists through cleaners to waiters, everyone extremely polite and helpful. Hotel kept clean and tidy. Wonderful location- right by the beach, close to the bus stop- easy to get everywhere including airport and capital city. Clear water in the sea and quiet beach. It seems that all the rooms had a seaview, there was also a roof terrace with sunbeds.

The only thing that we were not happy with was the temperature of the water in a swimming pool- water colder than in the sea (October).

It was a great stay. Nice sea view from the balcony. The stuffs are super nice. Although No wifi.

The breakfast was quite good. There are some rooms for improvements like a bit more varieties. The stuffs are very nice.

No Free Wifi in the room. Although you can buy one day Internet with 2€, but the spped was very slow. A great minnus point for that. Booking.com said free wifi, which is totally false. There is no free parking provided from the hotel, although Booking.com showed free parking. But there is a huge public parking just opposite of the Hotel, so it wont be a problem to find a parking. But booking.com should not say free parking from the hotel.
