Good and simple, friendly staff, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable

Parking is limited but still manageable, soundproofing can be improved but still ok

The staff very friendly. For muslim, can order roti canai for breakfast ( need to inform earlier in the night before).

Parking at the groundfloor very limited, but can park at open park at the back of hotel.

Exceptional

Owner very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable to stay at the hotel. Highly recommended. Defenately will go back again when i visit Penang next time. Strategy location.

Clean beds with all the basic facilities

The only thing we didn't like was that although the location was very near tothe Penang hill, but most of the International restaurants and tourist spots were very far away. Another issue was the unavailability of drinking water cooler. ( They provided water bottles everyday but that's not enough)

1. Milo is nice to drink

1. The room is not clean, a lot of dust 2. No wifi, no solution from the staff 3. The water heater is not very hot 4. The towel in the bathroom is rotten 5. Parking is limited 6. Not satisfied with the breakfast.

Disappointing

Had a rough stay. RM100 deposit was collected upon check-in, cash only (should accept credit card). The parking is very limited. No shampoo, only liquid soap available (thanks to other comment, we prepared extra shampoo and amenity staying there). Worst thing is the wifi, you really need good luck to connect to it, only once it is connected, still the stone-edge version of wifi. However, good wifi connection found in the lobby area. I don't mind the torn, thin towel though. We got good sleep after all.
