Good

The hospitality experience was fantastic! However, the room could benefit from having an iron box available, an orthopedic mattress, and daily changes of beddings. Since it was peak season and the place was quite busy, it might be a good idea to have a lifeguard for the swimming pool in case of any incidents. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and the kitchen provided excellent meals, a stark contrast to our previous experience.

The swimming pool , beach, and gym were nice . Beautiful view.

The Washroom was dirty, and the toilet was running . The tap was running in the kitchen

we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind visiting the property again.

Location was good at the beach front and the studio was very spacious with beautiful furniture.

the missing glass door for the shower cubicle or a shower curtain to prevent water from spilling on the bathroom floor

Ideal for short time budget stay

The size of the room was great. It had a sofa and a mimi kitchen. It also had a television.

The shower was not letting out suffient water. Shower did not have anything to protect the whole bathroom from flooding while taking a shower. It really needs a door to the shower cubicle or at least a shower curtain

Funtime at Mombasa.

It's really quiet and the beaches were excellent. Loved everything about it.

Some guys that try to solicit certain things. There was this one guy named Randall, he tried to rip me off charging me $130.00(u.s.d) just to show me a few fish on the beach when the tide was very low. Was extremely upset about it. Didn't even tell me before hand how much he was charging. He should be removed from the premises before he does this to someone else.

House keeping and Check in time and process

Staff are helpful, location is great

Had requested for an early check in at 10:00 am which I was told is okay when I called. Unfortunately when I got to the place room was bit ready until after 3:30 pm. Waited at the reception and restaurant downstairs. Getting to the room there was a bad smell,only to realise later there was garbage left under the kitchen sink by previous occupier along with some bottles of whisky. Please offer towels for the outer bathroom floor. After showering the place gets wet with nothing to wipe the floor with.

Attention to details

Nancy was kind and accomodating,,,kudos to her.the properties proximity to the beach was just awesome....entire security staff was amazing.the studio apartment is big enough it accommodated us well.

Staff attention was very poor,,i had requested mosquito net for my 6months baby before arrival but this was never done.called the reception the lady said she'll follow up but nothing till the following day where i had to complain for it to be fixed.the net was torn with so many holes and dnt serve me the purpose.staff can do better than chatting within themselves it is the little things that count. My room was near the gate n its too noisy mybe they can do something to the gate.

Brilliant stay

Brilliant customer service by Liz she was warm friendly and very helpful.Our rooms were cleaned daily and this was done very well

Perhaps add something to prevent to much water falling when showering .like a shower cubicle as well as clean grouts on taps and fumigate for cockroaches
