Not for familys. Very dirty! Loud music from the nightclub at groundlevel.

Just managed to tolerate one night. Couldn't recommend or return.

Breakfast was nice. Pool was okay but work was going on in vicinity making it difficult to use the sunbeds.

Drunks lying beside entrance. We arrived at 9.45am. Cockroaches in one of the rooms. Pubic hair on floor in the other. Veranda door would neither close properly or open so unable to get onto balcony. No mosquito net in that room although receptionist reluctantly got one and it was new, so that was okay. Floor dirty with insect debri in corners. Very run down. Needs a complete clean and update.

It is just not Sheraton but also a dirty, noise and smelly place

No hot water, shower not working, dirty bedsheets, floor full of dust, very noisy from the club downstairs, cucarouch in the dinning room

Avoid this place, it’s a dump and totally not worth the price

Changed room twice just to get water in shower and still had to used bottled water to rinse. No mirror in bathroom. Wifi did not work. Many promised facilities did not exist. Even thr bed sheet was too small for the bed. Disgraceful that booking.com rates them 3 star.

I hope you improve on the room comfort especially if a guest requests for a quiet room.

The check in time is friendly. I loved your swimming pool.

The noise from the club was unbearable. The AC is located near the bed hence making it hard to sleep, it should be adjusted in a way that it maintains the room temperatures without necessarily blowing towards the bed

Best view to the Tusks

My room was on the 3rd floor and had a small balcony, unfortunately to the back side. The bathroom was ok but some small repairs should be done. Wifi inside the room was ok but not in all corners. Breakfast was standard. There is also a small pool. The absolutely best (and the reason why I had choosen this hotel) was the view from the roof terrace to the Tusks. I loved the view!

Small repairs should be done in the bathrooms (nothing serious)

Room was dirty, we saw a mouth in the inatallation. Bathroom too dirty, need to bw refresh. Musici from the club up to 4 am. We stayed here only for the night.

Stay here if you hate sleep, and yourself.

The understanding and sympathetic staff. The very average breakfast.

The club playing music very loud until 3am. The light shining into my room from above the door all night. The fact the cleaning staff seemed to miss all the corners. That my sheet didn't fit my bed.

Attentive staff.

sRoaches in first room' offered. Noise from street in first room. Excessive noise from club in second room and roaches. On booking .com all rooms were meant to have tea and coffee making facilities...niether did. Ohhh and cold showers.

Like sleeping in a nightclub!

The staff were helpful

The noise from the club was unbearable. I couldn't sleep. The rooms has no window onto the outside. The bathrooms smelled of damp. There was no hot water.

Only dead people will like it

The helpful staff ,the very early check in after my flight arrived at 5 am. The witch of the room and de basic breakfast. Super working air-conditioning

Location next to a night club, facility is more then used,dirty and don't look like on the pictures. For the price I could stay at the hostel and was just to faraway to the new railway station.
