The 2nd bedroom sleeps 4 with a queen over queen bunk bed. You will never get bored given you have High speed wireless internet, pool table, foosball table and a hot tub on the deck are standard. This was a great rental. It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The beds are really comfortable and we liked the hot tub, pool table, and streaming services for family movie night. It was spacious for our family of four. The area is close to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos of the city. The road is very winding to get to the cabin so be mindful of that. The only inconvenient part was our phones not working for calls and having to be on WiFi for internet usage-we have AT&T. They do have a landline though if you need to make calls. The rental company was very helpful and so easy to deal with. Would definitely go through them again.

We’ve stayed at elk springs multiple times. We’ve always had a positive experience. This cabin is nice. The master bed was a little wobbly and felt like it was going to fall other then that we had a great time.

It was a good time but there were some faults. The master shower had mold in it which we did clean up, a chair was broken but thankfully we didn’t need it. The property was gorgeous however and checking in and out was a breeze.

We loved our stay in Chalet D’amour , the place was exactly as you see it in the pictures, actually the place is bigger and has lots of space. The tower shower was amazing. The play room was my son’s favorite part of the cabin, also the hot tub, I would recommend to everyone. The only thing that I don’t liked to much was the roads to get there , it’s a two way little road with to many curves, the town is not to far, but you have to drive slow and with extra careful, so make sure you got all you need in the cabin to avoid additional trips to the town specially at night.

It was a good experience with the family. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was just the thing after a day of hiking. This location is nice if you are going to the East side of the Smokeys away from the main entrance like we did for hikes. The bedrooms downstairs were difficult to get the correct temperature when it was cold outside though.

Chalet D'Amour was a great stay for our family. Very well maintained and a great open concept. My kids enjoyed playing pool and foosball the entire time. The location is very close to downtown Gatlinburg which is very convenient. The rain shower was awesome and there's a great view from the hot tub outside. I highly recommend Chalet D'Amour to anyone looking to get away to a comfortable, clean, and fun property.

Everything was great and as expected but the shower situation was not good. First, master bedroom smelled of mildew that might be permiating into the rest of the space. Then we went to shower and had no shampoo despite toiletries being provided so we had to drive 30 mins to the grocery and back to get it. And again, the shower was so spacious and nice but just gross. It is like 12 feet tall so probably no one is able to clean that far up so it just mildews. The rain showerhead seems way too high so it is not pleasant. The tile at the top needs to be removed and a lower ceiling put in where it can be cleaned. The place was super nice but the shower cancelled a lot of it out. Hot tub, pool table, foosball, wet bar with fridge on lower level, fairly secluded. 4-5 star across the board if not for the shower.

The experience was overall good. However the smells of the cabin were horrible. Wet smell in the master and sewage smell in the down stairs bathroom. The master shower has cracked tiles and a wet smell as well. The person I was texting was quick to respond and offer solutions.

I booked this for a wedding I was attending. We got to the cabin after dark. There is virtually no lighting on the roads and it was incredibly hard to see the cabin signs. Our cabin was the last in the row. Parking was on a gravel hill. There was a small concrete pad at the base of the ramp to the cabin. If you tripped you would've fallen down the hill and broken your neck. There was some kind of access panel in the ground whose cover was broken. Dangerous tripping hazard. They were doing work on the cabin next to ours. The tarp was not secured and blew all over the parking area. We had a lovely view of a dumpster and port a potty when we walked out the front door. Indoor carpet was frayed. The interior was dated and needed some tlc (new caulking in the shower, etc.)

The interior of the property was nice but it was very disappointing to have men working on constructing a new property directly next door. This trip to Gatlinbirg was for business, and I decided to bring my family (wife and 2 children) along to enjoy Gatlinburg. Unfortunately, my family could not enjoy the hot tub as the construction workers were walking around the exterior of the property. We were very disappointed. The least the property management team could have done was postpone construction during our stay.

Our cabin wasn't in a good location. We actually had a hard time finding it, because it was located behind a construction site. There was some kind of pest in our cabin that we could hear walking upstairs, it took maintenance 3-4 hours to come check it out. Other than that, everything else was good.

We had such a wonderful time on our vacation, and this cabin served as an ideal base for our adventures between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The property was clean and well equipped with plenty of starter supplies. There's enough to keep you busy if you decide to hang out - whether it's foosball, pool, the jacuzzi, or just sipping hot chocolate on the deck. And the 20 ft shower (which seemed like an exaggeration) is absolutely amazing.
The only minor downsides is that it took quite awhile for the jacuzzi to warm up. And the cable was spotty, but we weren't there to watch TV. The lighting in the kids bedroom can use some upgrading but, again, all of this is very minor. I also noticed that the property address doesn't register well with Google Maps. The house number is also different from what's provided. This cabin is located at the very end of a dead-end street and on a non-paved road. Hopefully they plan on paving the street sometime soon. With that said, we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect in the cabin. Clean, beautiful and very welcoming. My only complaint is there is construction going on next door. The workers would park directly in front of our door and they cut the wifi lines multiple times. This was super frustrating but we didn't let it ruin our trip!! Once construction is done, highly recommend this cabin!! Also, this cabin is in the PERFECT location to all surrounding places and activities. I would definitely use this company again.

Overall, I highly enjoyed the entire vacation. The cabin was amazing, there were a few minor issues here and there, but nothing even noteworthy and the management company immediately responded and offered to fix anything that wasn’t working.
