Wir würden 3 von 10 Punkten geben. Nur die Lage ist eigentlich Top🔝

Das Hotel ist Zentral im Hafen von Alcudia und es sind reichlich Kostenloser Parkplätze direkt vorm Hotel verfügbar.

Leider in die Jahre gekommen, enge Badewanne mit klebrigen Dusch Vorhang, verrostete Klimageräte und andere optische Mängel die das Wohlgefühl nicht gerade aufschreien lassen. An einem Tag hatten wir kein Strom und mussten in einem anderen Zimmer übernachten, am anderen Tag konnte die Karte nicht gelesen werden u der Zugang wurde verweigert… dann muss man jedes Mal durch das verwinkelte Hotel (in unserem Fall 6. Etage) bis zur Rezeption. Keine Entschuldigung oder Wiedergutmachung, hat keinen interessiert. Abfertigung eben. Das Frühstück eher unterdurchschnittlich, Aufschnitt aus Pressblöcken, Obst & Gemüse teilweise aus Dosen(Möhren) und teilweise am Vorabend aufgeschnitten, sodass man schon bei Eröffnung am Morgen angetrocknete Gurke etc. bekommt. Kaffee schlecht, keine frischen säfte, nur Zucker Wasser… das ganze wird gerettet von einer „frischen Live- Eier Station“. Fazit: für einen Kurztrip Okay, für längeren Aufenthalt eher „Nein danke“!

Buena ubicación, calidad "pasable"

Ubicación perfecta, muy cerca del puerto, los restaurantes y las tiendas y con una zona muy amplia para aparcar justo enfrente

La recepción, la zona del desayuno y la piscina estaban reformados y eran amplios, modernos y agradables, pero las habitaciones estaban bastante anticuadas. Para llegar a nuestra habitación parecia que teniamos que recorrer un laberinto de pasillos. El baño era pequeño y viejo, poca luz, bañera muy vieja y cortinas poco higienicas

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, Pool inkludiert, Zimmer schön groß, Kleiner Balkon mit "Wäscheständer", Frühstück war ausreichend (ausser die Wurst, die schmeckt einfach nicht). Personal an der Rezeption nett, Lage war in Ordnung

* Safe kostet extra *Haartrockner war sehr schwach/unbrauchbar * Zimmer waren hellhörig * Matratze etwas hart (wenn man vom Tag eh so kaputt ist, stört das wirklich nicht 😉)

It's a well located hotel with good facilities

The swimming pool was nice with a bar, the location was perfect near various restaurants, also theirs air-conditioning in the room and a game room which has specific hours that you can go. You have your own balcony as well. For the price which we pay 460 euro for 9 nights was not that bad. Also there's a parking place near it.

The night reception didn't gave us much explanation only the key and the room number. The pillows were to small and we had to asked the reception twice to bring us extra. The tv is small but we never used it They didn't have a gym even though it had pictures that shows it has on booking.

very well located. Bed was confortable.

I wasnt allowed to change my pool towel daily. only after 3 days a could change it Access to the room was very strange. Room was very old and worn down for the value i paid. Breakfast, bacon was strange.

+ Receptions and straff - rooms

the reception area was quite nice, and the staff was amazing and super friendly. the price was also alright.

the rooms does not match the hotel and I would say it’s a downgrade. the safe did not work. found a gray silverfish in the hotel.

This is the 4th or 5th holiday so we knew what to expect. It is always an enjoyable stay.

Great value for money, convenient for cyclists

It is a great value for money place, surprising to get that decent quality for that price. One thing though: the cycling package description is misleading (e.g. there is no laundry service included). In general the hotel is really cool, the range of breakfast meals is also decent even if you don't fancy some of them (or are a vegetarian). Omelettes made to order, pancakes rolling in throughout all breakfast and fresh fried eggs are good enough IMHO, but there's still a range of other options: fruits, vegs, sausages, a ton of pastries. The pool is ok, the room was maybe not too modern, but convenient enough. Bicycle storage and workshop were also ok. For that price it was a really great offer.

The only but, a minor one, is what is said to be and isn't in the additional cycle package. The hotel has a bicycle storage and a workshop, you also get a ton of energy bars and gels and isotonic powders in the goodie bag which is really cool. What it doesn't provide is a bicycle wash and the laundry service every other day although it is mentioned in the description. It's ok not to have it, it wasn't a dealbreaker for me, it just is a part of the offer and isn't there in the end. The staff were actually surprised we asked about those, as there is no laundry service in the hotel at all (there is a cheap self-service laundry 15 mins away on foot).

The price was fair and good compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a good location and not far away from main shops and restaurants. However, the hotel rooms look very old and out dated! The rooms need a thorough renovation/refurbishment. The current furnitures in the rooms look dark and old! The rooms need to look more welcoming and bright! The bathroom plus toilet need to be replaced with new toilets, shower, sink etc.

Passable

When the rooms are being cleaned the maids move beds/furniture around and you can hearvery loudly. This happens from early in the morning. If you want to sleep in it's very loud and annoying.

Good location but not the greatest hotel

The hotel is very well located. A few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.

The room are very simple, way too expensive for what you get. It's noisy and though the pool table is part of the things that are listed, you actually need to pay to get access. The breakfast is very mediocre. Rooms have thin walls, you hear everything that is happening in the corridors or adjacent rooms.
