Would not try it again.

Location is absolutely great, walking distance to old town centre.

Whilst it was visible that the place was recently renovated, we found the cleanliness of the apartment lacking. There was a thick layer of dust, especially in the bedroom, sunflower seeds hidden between the couch cushions and at least 2 power sockets were almost entirely ripped from the wall. Power tripped several times during our stay and on one ocassion it happened whilst in the middle of taking a shower which left me in the dark, with shampoo on my hair and no hot water to rinse all that. I must also mention that with the power cutting off it also meant the central heating was not working. All in all, it made it into a very dissapointing stay.

Never again!

It was indeed close to the city center but the location of the apartment itself it was awful! We had to go through a stinking alley, with old people looking at us each time and a dog who tried to bite.

The entry to the apartment was horrible!!! The alley was stinking so bad. The apartment was extremely humid. Not well isolated since you could hear everything around you. Was not cleaned properly since we still had spiders, spiderwebs and dirty on the floor. One of the 2 chairs was broken. The owner said they will pick it up next morning but he didn’t.

Nice apartment , in the centre , plenty of space , clean.

It is a 2 bedroom attic apartment on a quiet street in the old town . The entrace is through a common courtyard shared with some social housing . The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated. It has AC only in the central area not in the bedrooms. We didn,t have any issues because the temperatures were cool during the nights of our visit. The matresses are on the firm side and the beds a bit squiqy.

a curtain or screen for the roof window of the second bedroom. If you like darkness that could be an issue. Long term parking( more than 2-3 hours ) is an issue in Cluj and not available in the vicinity.

Not as expected

We've liked the location as it is in the heart of the old town. The owner was very helpful, and he has been responding to our messages straight away. He arranged to fix a few issues that we had with the bathroom tap and toilet

We didn't like that the room was very humid, and it had a musty smell. All our clothing was damp all the time. The room hasn't been cleaned for the whole stay. To get to the flat, you had to go through someone else's courtyard, which was quite odd.

Very good

The place is right in the city centre, perfect location. The building itself is a bit scary át first, but once throgh the first part, everything changes. The host was very supportive. The Wifi connection great for work too. The humiduty in the flat was 80% which could be improved it is a hit smelly, but the apartmant met our expactations. It was also quite clean. The bed could be more comfy. Overall a great location, beats everything. Great pasta place nearby.

Things to improve:solve the humidity part, but áll great.

I'm absolutely in love with this place!

I'm absolutely in love with this place! Firstly, it's right in the city center, yet the apartments are very quiet, and you have your own courtyard. The apartments are spacious, clean, stylish, and bright, with a comfortable bed, a walk-in closet, an iron, fast internet, and a well-equipped kitchen: all the utensils, a coffee maker, coffee, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and other details that make the stay even more comfortable! I will definitely come back with pleasure.

It's almost impossible to memorize the door code, and if your phone dies, it will be difficult to get back home.

Nice old town location, not very quiet experience

Really nice location in the city center with many restaurants and bars around. Very spacious apartment, nice interior, big kitchen and shower, clean.

Air ventilation in the bathroom was on all night, which was very loud right next to the bed. Entrance to the apartment leads through a corridor with other tenants living in open areas. One power outlet next to the bed was coming out of the wall.

Extended week-end stay

+ very convenient location - right in the city center, very close to most central attractions + very spacious apartment, suitable for 4-5 persons (2 bedrooms + 1 huge living-room) + self check-in / check-out makes it flexible and convenient

- one of the bedrooms has no blindfolds (on the ceiling window) - which can become a real sleep-breaker, especially in the morning Side note (not a complaint towards the property): nearby parking is very expensive during the day (Zone 1) and crowded

Disappointing

The apartment looks nice and is big. Could easily be used by a whole family

It was not quiet at all. We woke up because the upstairs/next door neighbors came home. We could not figure out where the noise was coming, but it felt like the whole thing would come crashing down on you. You could hear every step they made and every word they spoke like we were next to them. The owner forgot to generate an access code for us. We were lucky some neighbors opened the first door for us so we don't wait in the freezing cold for the owner to answer the phone and generate the code.

Decent place for short stays

Helpful and arranging host. We could check in earlier and check out later. Perfect location to enjoy Cluj.

The place is very humid and quite cold. The sink from the shower is clogged, toilet seat is broken and the ceiling has mold. Bed isn’t comfy, the mattress is probably old.

Right in the center

The apartment is right in the center, so you're close to everything. It's modern and spacious, the kitchen has everything. I loved that the temperature is cooler than it is outside, so that's a bonus. I'd say it's great for 2-3 days, and it's a good value for money.

It wasn't spotless, but I didn't see anything that bad to bother me, to be honest. The only downside is the way to the apartments, the 15m corridor you have to pass through. But once you're in the small courtyard, it's great. The shower drainage didn't work that well.

Old town hideout! Great location to explore Cluj! Lovely old town location!

Loved the location and the spaciousness of the loft apartment! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I found the bed comfortable and slept very well. There was an air conditioning unit which was really needed in the heat! Overall we had a great time!

Some of the finishes in the loft apartment were not good and it needs a bit of tlc. Furniture a bit dirty and some of the chairs are cracked.. toilet seat loose and bathroom tiles loose and wobbly and hanging off in parts. Gap between the shower and wall means water coming through and it shows water marks on the ceiling of the apartment downstairs. This could cause big issues if not rectified!. Shower head leaking and cleanliness of shower was not up to standard. Half of our party were staying in the downstairs middle apartment and they didn't have enough cutlery. Luckily we were able to share as we had plenty in the loft apartment. Also they had some issues with the shower water not draining away and a broken attachment on the shower. You have to walk through an alley and courtyard of some residents to access the apartments, initially it felt a bit intrusive but soon got used to it!
