Relativement bien!!

Franchement, vraiment pas mal du tout, le personnel très sympa, propre, pas de mauvaise surprise!

On était au 8ème étage, juste au-dessous de la terrasse où on prend le petit déjeuner, et on entendait le bruit des caisses ça gêner un peu. S'il y a une chose à changer, c'est la moquette, ça fait vieux et j'étais très embêter car je suis allergique à la poussière.

Ich kann die Freundlichkeit des Personals mit mindestens 5* Sternen bewerten. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und die Betten bequem. Fenster zum Hinterhof - hat mich aber nicht gestört. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hellhörig und wahrscheinlich im Winter oder bei kälteren Temperaturen schlecht heizbar (keine Heizkörper, es stand im Bad nur ein kleiner Radiator)

Paying for location; room ok.

Excellent, unbeatable location about 10 min walk from the Douro river! This is the single best quality of this hotel, with Metro, coffee shops and attractions just minutes away on foot.

The hotel lobby and the bathroom looks like they were fairly recently updated, the room and hallways do not. To me, they have an early 90's style and the wear of furniture etc. seems to bear that out. Also, the bed is quite close to the room door, which is not sound proofed in any way.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Breakfast could have more choices.

Do pequeno almoço, para o preço extra que se paga deviam ter pão fresco e de várias qualidades. Croissant folhados maiores e não miniaturas. Mas principalmente pão fresco.

Ubicacao, perto do Metro duas cuadras estacao trindade e media do Aliados, trato dos funcionarios, falam varios idiomas e sao muito agradavels, habitacao grande e confortavel

Habitacion y baño y pequeños, mobiliario antiguo, la cama doble pequeña, almohadas incómodas no dan cenas, el horario es de 20:00 a 00:00 de la cafetería pero vas dentro del horario y no tienen nada

We would absolutely stay here again!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have clean towels daily. We had a small balcony which was very nice to have. The front desk staff were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for the walking we did, and things we wanted to see and enjoy. It was a great value as well.

Another outlet in the room would be helpful. And, I journal when we travel. There really wasn’t a comfortable place to do this in our room, and the breakfast room would not allow entry until a specific time. It would have been nice to have been able to sit at the table in the breakfast room (or perhaps in another common space) earlier than the time they open. Other European hotels allow this.

Great location for sightseeing, close to train station. Close to bus stop for early morning airport service. Staff always greeted me with a smile.

Location and 24/7 reception. Loved the view on the terrace while having breakfast.

I wanted to take my friend in the middle of the day to show her my room. They didn’t let her come with me. Which I find very strange and never heard of these rules before.

Excellent cost and benefits

The staff was kind and helpful. When my husband and I arrived were offered a room upgrade without additional cost. The room and all facilities were in good condition. The bed was comfortable and enormous. Excellent location, near to all historical sites.
