Excelente trato de Sara, Josefina y todo el personal.

El tamaño del lavabo me parecio algo pequeño el espacio al estar pegado al mueble. Todo lo demas bien.

Excepcional

Buena atención por parte del personal. Permitieron el ingreso una hora antes de lo establecido en el check-in. Alojamiento limpio y con todas las comodidades. Bien ubicado en un buen sector de la ciudad.

Schönes günstiges Zimmer in perfekter Lage in Laureless

Partymeile von Laureless ist zwei Strassen entfernt daher die Lage optimal und trotzdem sehr ruhig und auf jeden Fall sicherer als in Poplado wo es immer wieder Überfälle gibt. Zimmer wirken auf den Fotos größer als sie sind, es ist aber alles vorhanden für ein paar Tage zum erkunden von Medellin. Sauber, gute Lage, einige gute Restaurant in der Nähe und gleich im Gebäude ein Cafe mit super Frühstück und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Einkaufzentrum 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen mit Foodcorner und 5 Geldwechselstuben - Unicentro! Preis / Leistung ist o.k. - auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

eine AC im Zimmer wäre super da es in Medellin doch sehr heiß werden kann und der VAN ist halt keine A/C. Sonst war alles o.k.

Pire expérience en Colombie , malhonnêteté pure

Vraiment rien

Les photos présenter n’ont rien à voir avec la chambre vétuste sans lumière clostrophobique. Dès le premier jour j’ai demander un remboursement mais j’ai du perdre la somme car il était impossible de dormir avec cette chaleur , les moustiques et insectes , j’ai donc passé qu’une seule nuit et j’ai dû payer 10 ! La douche sans eau chaude avec un débit très faible hygiène difficile , dehors il faisait 28 degrés mais dans la chambre avec le ventilateur autour des 45 , je n’ai pas pu dormir et j’ai quitter les lieux directement . Des gens malhonnêtes qui ont réussit à influer sur les commentaires, qui vendent du rêve mais n’ont que du cauchemars photos à l’appuie ! Une cave ! Une horreur Avec leur ventilateur qui chauffent encore plus , leur frigo qui fait vibrer l’immeuble les voisins qu’on entend pleurer ! Un film d’horreur fuyez ne vous fiez pas au commentaires !!!

Abitazione sporca, puzzolente , rumorosa , doccia rotta , lenzuola sporche frigorifero sporco asciugamano macchiato , ho speso dei soldi per nulla anche per causa vostra che sponsorizzate senza sapere e vedere, come stalla non sarebbe male. Con voi Booking mai più.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great being 2 blocks from all the action there is no noise when you want to eventually sleep. The apartment is clean and has everything I need and more.

We had a very pleasant stay at Avanti Aparthotel - good with a small apartment with all facilities.

We are a family of four but there were only three chairs in the room and three big plates. But that was easily arranged, the staff brought us a forth chair and plate. :-) The teenagers thought it would have been nice with separate bedrooms (we slept the four of us in two double beds in one big room), but the beds were comfy and for a few days we were more than fine - considering the location of the flat, the favourable price and the friendly staff. I also loved the view to the street.

A wonderful stay in Laureles, Medellin, Colombia!!

I enjoyed the location, close to nightlife, but far enough away to be peaceful. Also, the stuff and apartment room were excellent.

One minor thing was the small size of the bathroom. Anyone 6 feet or taller would have a difficult time using the bathroom.

Awesome value for money and extremely comfortable.

Location is awesome! Very safe neighborhood; close to everything with Colombia's dirt-cheap Ubers. It's a mix between an apartment and a hotel (hence the name!), and it combines the customer service aspect of a hotel with the privacy of an apartment. Host is awesome too! She's very friendly and helpful.

Honestly, for the price point, I can't critique Apartahotel Avanti.

Pleasant

The location was convenient and in a very safe area.

The room was not impeccably clean and it was strange that the window shutters could not be closed. There was nothing you could do against bugs (although there weren't many) and the street noise. The check-in process took unnecessarily long.

Brilliant!

An amazing apartment hotel, it has everything you need. The Kitchen is fully equipped and if you need something just ask for it in the reception and they will give it you! The location and the neighbourhood are absolutely near to everything. D1/ Exito/ restaurants/ bars/ are around so everything that you need is close. Amazing staff and warm welcoming! They contact you once you be at Jose airport.

Great Location for eating out and going out.

The location is great, close to lots of good restaurants and bars but not in a noisy street.The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.

Could have done with a bit more space in the 2 bed apartment. With four people we felt a bit cramped. The toilets were also very small. Better cable TV with English language options would be a big improvement.

Great value for the price

Amazing location. The staff was incredible. The room was perfect. It's an awesome value for the money. If we were to come back to Medellin, we would stay there again.

If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. The street was pretty quiet, but the windows did not fully closed. In the middle of the night, we got woken up by a few honks.

Good stay, will be back!

great location. I’ve stayed in this property about four times, so of course I like it a lot. The rooms are well stocked and very spacious. The staff is always fantastic!

stayed in room #205 and had problem with water drainage in the shower. And toilet seat is made of the cheapest plastic made by man, it really n Ed’s to be upgraded.

nice stay, but scary arrangements.

very clean

we had very good text communication leading up to our arrival, until our final communication letting them know we were on our way. so, we called and spoke to who we were meeting and they said that they would meet us there. instead, our taxi dropped us off at nearly midnight on a completely dark and deserted street and we had to wait 15 minutes to get in the door. we learned our lesson - if you have a late arrival, book a place that is 24 hour desk service! the person who finally let us in was also a taxi driver, so of course, would not always be available!
