Excelente experiencia

Tiene excelente ubicación, cerca a cualquier comodidad del centro o getsemani, contaban con el aire acondicionado las 24 horas, el alojamiento siempre estaba muy limpio y el personal muy amable.

Me gustó la ubicación es excelente. En términos del desayuno considero que pueden variar un poco el menú para que no sea el mismo todos los días, los huevos revueltos que sean bien cocidos, que el bufette haya un tostador para tostar los panes. La piscina no la usamos. Está abierto la 24 horas, se puede llegar a cualquier hora. La terraza bonita, términos de limpieza creo que está bien.

La habitación solo tenía una pequeña ventana y tenía mucho olor a húmedo. No usamos el frigobar pero sobre el mueble de madera había un Snake y lo tomamos pensando que era cortesía, pero al final se pagó. El baño no tiene extractor de olores

El hotel es bonito, la ubicación perfecta y el desayuno muy bueno, pero lo mejor es el servicio, siempre atento y con una sonrisa. La piscina es muy pequeña pero lo suficiente para darte un baño y refrescarte de la humedad tan grande que hay en Cartagena.

Nuestra habitación daba a la calle y con balcón, muy ruidosa, ya que enfrente había una discoteca en el tercer piso y no se podía dormir hasta altas horas de la noche y el olor a tuberías que salia del baño. Según el informe de booking, había en la habitación plancha y secador de pelo, tenias que pedirlo en recepción. La calle donde se encuentra el hotel, es una de las mas ruidosas de Cartagena.

the day before I left I asked for a taxi asked me to pay 25,000 pesos in advance that's not right the cost from airport was 20,000, next morning they taxi there in 2 minutes not a taxi of any kind a driver ,in a car not marked and not lisensed tried to charge me 35,000 you can see where this is at

La ubicación es perfecta, el lugar es muy bonito y los trabajadores son muy amables.

Se siente mucho ruido, creo que es por ser una estructura antigua. Todos los movimientos dentro del hotel se sentían en la habitación. El lavamanos tiraba agua hacia todos lados y era incómodo.

Maravilhosa! Pena que acabou...

Localização excepcional, dentro da cidade amuralhada, perto de restaurantes, mercados e os principais pontos turísticos, dando pra fazer muita coisa a pé. Pessoal do hotel extremamente simpático e atencioso. Café da manhã muito bom e variado, sendo oferecido sucos diversos, ovo frito, omelete feito na hora e etc. Chuveiro com água quente, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem, sendo que os quartos eram bem frescos em relação ao calor que fazia fora do hotel. Ficamos uma semana e a estadia foi excelente!

o Wi-fi dentro do quarto tinha o sinal muito fraco. Para baixar filmes, postar vídeos, precisávamos ficar do lado de fora. Mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia.

La habitacion 504..da a dos discotecas, el dj te queda justo al lado de la habitacion El baño es puerta corrediza y no cierra, debes entrar al baño de lado y tener la puerta ,la cortina da al patio y es clara te entra toda la luz, tv sin control y es directeve( asi que no se puede usar) Como no cierra el baño te da la luz por la ventana que da a la discoteca, asi que ruido y las luces estan en tu habitacion, las puertas de los closet no cieran. Es una pension .. Pedi cambio de habitacion que no era posible Confie en booking reservando 4 habitsciones..que desastre.. Nancy zapata Cel 573006163725 Nota hice videos...

Excelente ubicación

Buena relación calidad precio. La ubicación es excelente y la señora que sirve los desayunos es muy amable. Además, la oferta de desayuno es variada y rica.

A los colombianos les cobran un impuesto que no advierten al inicio. Además, aunque es voluntario, piden propina y pues se supone que a uno lo atienden porque ya se está pagando el servicio.

Maravilloso

Excelente hotel. Después que vence la estancia, como el vuelo lo tenia en la madrugada se puede dejar un rato el equipaje y hasta usar la alberca.

Good place to stay in Cartagena

The hotel is in the middle of everything. Very comfortable for strolls around Cartagenas Oldtown.

Lovely stay

Free Coffee all day, swimming pool, and great location. The front desk staff was very helpful. The kitchen staff was so nice if morning coffee wasn't ready (I get up very early they would bring it to my room when it was!!!

Nice hotel inside the city walls but with some noisy beds.

The location is just perfect (inside the city walls) and the staff is amazing (especial thanks to Juan David, very friendly and helpful). Good breakfast. The hotel is actually very beautiful.

The rooms and corridor area a little loudy. The bathroom is kind of small (if you are a tall person, you might be showering with your head in the ceiling) and the worst of all is the bed that literally "screams". Just changing position is enough for you to wake your wife, the room above and the corridor.

Nice staff, older hotel

The breakfast was nice and good. Our check in was a bit crazy and when we got to our room, it was on the front street. Way to noisy from the music just two floors down. The rooms are a little old and dated, but it is an older hotel. We were accommodated and moved to another floor with no noise from the street. The staff were friendly and always helpful

Dont offer these rooms to anybody. Make them storage or employee meeting rooms.

Was placed in the bottom floor room next to reception on one side and a disco that shakes the walls of the room on the other side. I literally only had 4 hours of sleep in 3 days.

Convenient location, but too loud and outdated.

Lovely plant decor, everything was clean in spite of the age of the rooms, the lentils at breakfast were delicious!

When I entered the room I found water all over the floor that had dripped from the air conditioner. I called the front desk and asked them to send more towels. They agreed, but then I waited for 30 min and no one came. I called down again and they finally sent someone up to clean up the water. The rooms are outdated and the beds aren't comfy, but the price point is good compared to other places. It's centrally located, however that means you will hear bars bumping music and cars honking literally all night long into the sunrise. Bring ear plugs!!

Great hotel in the inner city of Cartagena

It was in the city, loved that it was near the venue for a wedding we were attending. It was less than a 5 minute walk. Close to shops and supermarket.

The room we were initially in the first night was right next to a club which did not let us sleep. It was also next to the kitchen where they began to prep breakfast around 6 am. Bathroom in that room was very small. If I was taller, I would have not been able to sit properly as my knees were very close to the wall. That room should not be rented to anyone that’s on the 5th floor. The hotel was able to accommodate us and changed our room the next day which was great. So we are thankful that they were able to make the change and have our stay be more pleasant the rest of the time there.

Great location, superb staff, tired hotel

Staff was amazing, which made up for the tired room, plastic pillowcases, tight quarters, mothball smell in the bathroom, and loud noise from nearby discos long into the night. The coffee was the best of our trip and the breakfast - and the room it was served in - were both exceptional.

The room and bath were both small; the shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom. Three of the four pillows had plastic liners that were very uncomfortable.
