駅が近くて清潔、壁も厚く隣の音などが気にならない点

失敗したかなー

部屋のドアの開け方が分からなかったがスタッフの方が部屋まで来てくれて良かった

トイレとユニットバスから下水のような異臭。本当に開けた瞬間えずく程ドアの所に長時間空気清浄機を使ってやっと我慢できるくらいになりました

まあまあかなぁ。

部屋のお風呂とかは少し老朽化を感じるが清潔だった。ベットの寝心地も良かった。

用意されていたパジャマのボタンがひとつ外れていた。朝食のパンの種類がひとつ、目玉焼きとかスクランブルエッグとかウインナーとか欲しかった

Great value and convenient

The hotel was conveniently located near Machida Station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although there was a language barrier, but Google translate worked for us. The rooms were clean and we received new towels and water everyday. They also provided toiletries.

It's not the typical American room that provides a dresser to give you easy access to your clothing. You will have to keep most of it in your luggage. The hotel only provided 4 hangars.

Great area just a few minutes from station, 7-eleven across the street. Great japanese style breakfast. Decent size rooms (for japanese standards).

First room made me sick, changed to a different which was fine. A bit lacking in deep cleaning with lots of dust in the vents etc.
