A Comfortable place to stay, close to the airport and the motor home rental outlets

Comfortable accomodation for a family of four. The pool was very welcome.

Its a fair walk into the centre of Cairns

The apartment was larger than I expected and perfect location. The lady who greeted me in reception was warm and welcoming. And the views were amazing

Comfortable stay in clean apartment in great location

Great location. Very clean. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Didn’t meet staff due to our late check in but were very helpful on phone. Close to hockey which was purpose of trip.

We had a great time and would not hesitate to book waterfront terraces again.

Super views from the second floor balcony. Nice clean place, with good a/c. Facilities were basic but clean.

We arrived a few minutes after 5 in the evening, after reception closed, so were instructed to pick up the keys from a lock box near reception. However there was no mention that the entry door to the esplanade side would be locked and that we need to use the gate at the other end of the property on lake street, so we had to lug all the suitcases along round the block to lake street. Wasn't a great start to the holiday, but apart from that all went smoothly. We even had a faulty microwave that was promptly replaced by the management. Beds were ok.

Fantastic well equipped rooms clean and tidy. Friendly helpful staff.

The room was clean and tidy everything I needed to cook a meal was supplied in regards to kitchen and utensils, it was great to have both a washer and dryer in the room. Great view quiet location apart from a few planes daily which the kids loved.

It was a little bit further to the city centre then I originally thought but still within walking distance.

It was near perfect

I loved how warm the pool was and the BBQ facilities. The apartment was great and had everything I needed

Trees could of been cut so we had a better view and the only other thing is that maybe it could of had a toilet/bathroom down near the pool area

Qiuet place far from anything, next time need to hire a car.

quiet, pool was a nice temperature,

far away from anything, shops, tourist attractions etc. Lots of smokers on the balcony and reception. pest control man came to spray the apartment when we were in it. Fan over bed leaked water onto the bed, so had to change rooms late at night. air con didn’t work in one of the rooms stains on blankets

Pity we were not up higher check before booking

Location was good right on the Esplanade and room was very clean. Parking was very good and very secure room

It says seaview, we were on the bottom floor and the seaview it was not all we had was pool view. Balcony we could not sit out with the people next door sitting out smoking.

Location on Esplanade very convenient. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Lovely pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy, off road car park.

Kitchen needs more crockery, cutlery, platters, salad bowls, plastic storage containers.

It was a great place for our group to enjoy Cairns before we went to The Cape. A clean spacious apartment, well positioned and a homily feel was great to return to after our trip north. Hope to return one day and will recommend to friends.

Good place and location for a multi night stay

Lovely views out over the water - easy parking, clean/tidy property with everything we needed in the apartment. Good hot water and wifi. Walking distance to cafes/restaurants although a little way from the main esplanade area

us older ladies climbing the many stairs was abit hard with the luggage Also the unit next door the smoko came over on to our balcony had to close doors each time they were on their balcony smoking Yhought their mwas a no smoking policy

Apartment was big and spacious. Close to the shops and water. Very quiet

Only given 1 set of towels for a 6 night stay and not enough toilet paper. Pillows were very uncomfortable. And the old thin bedding didn’t feel clean.
