Pleasant apart from 1 or 2 things. Good value for money.

Apartment was clean and tidy. The noise from the farm animals across the street was very bad in the mornings. That is not the properties fault though. The animals would wake you from about 5am! :-( Mattress was very very hard and difficult to sleep on. Location was good, a nice stroll into Alvor in the mornings or evenings.

The noise from the farm animals across the street from early morning made it real difficult to sleep. People kept taking the parking spot outside the apartment.

Disappointing

Location is good. Pools bg enough.

This was my 4th time staying here. The last 3 times you couldn't fault the place. But this time I felt the standards had dropped since last year. Noisy apartment ie road and neighbour's. Not clean at all even when the cleaners came they only did the kitchen and hall. Might not make a 5th visit 😞😞

Great location and amazing staff

The property was very traditional which we loved, however the pool was amazing and the staff was super caring. There were all attentive and I will surely return.

We have no complains and didn’t even want to check-out

The staff at the pool and resturant were amazing .the ones at the front desk wanted me to pay again after initially because they couldn't find their own copy of their receipts.

The AC didn't work, we were given the top floor and there was no life even though we can see that most of the rooms downstairs were empty. The bath top sink sometimes it's blocked. Not alot of kitchen utensils so we were unable.to cook. I have complained about our room looking well below standard and they refused to change it. I have spent £465 for that. I want to claim back some of that money as the room is not value for money

Location was fine for younger people but hill was a bit of a drag if you are older.Ten min walk down hill.Soacious rooms, very clean. Perhaps black out curtains as a lot of light comes in in morning .Other than that very nice

enjoyed our few days. i would recommend others to stay.

The second pool area was a lot nicer than the one by reception.

i received an email saying i could check in at 10 am, upon arriving i was told i had to wait till 4 pm . this was not a nice experience

very convenient, affordable and private w parking space. not fancy but clean and fair price.

The place was big to acomódate us and had a good price. location excellent since a family member was close by.

The shower of the 2nd bathroom needs an update. The drying rack broken. Stove only 2 burners worked.

A great pleasant stay!

I was attending a wedding & picked these apts purely due to their proximity to the hotel of the wedding group..but they were great apartments- so spacious! Pool was lovely & immaculate, lots of room around & great bar/snack area with tasty & affordable food...it was only a short walk to local area with a bit of uphill walking but worth it for the relaxed atmosphere & peace, being away from busy bar & restaurant area

Sunloungers in s very bad state ie broken Some staff unfriendly Lack of fresh towels and requests for more went unanswered Had to buy toilet paper ourselves

pleasant but can do with some upgrades to make more comfortable

very limited items in kitchen. bedroom was a good size but pillows very uncomfortable and in need of new ones

Complex was lovely and staff were so nice Apartment had lots of room and was very clean

Our apartment while it was a lovely size...the door fell off the fridge when we opened it,the shutters on 2 of the doors were broken and had to be replaced,the toilet was leaking...our towels and tea towels weren't changed in the week we were there we had to keep asking for clean towels as did lots of other apartments...and they would only give one key card between 6 people which was crazy.also the power kept tripping in the apartment because you couldn't use the kettle and the toaster at the same time or the power went.and the hobs on the gas cooker didn't work so there was no cooking facility as the oven burnt everything....alot of little things that could have been fixed

Alvor is beautiful. Food/ Drink very reasonable.

The sunshine!!!

A lot of sun loungers were broken, and very uncomfortable. Outdoor toilet facilities not checked regularly. No toilet roll and bins flowing over. Only one key card available per apartment, which was required to access poolside area. Not wheelchair or buggy friendly as a lot of steps. Ramp access into pool area locked with padlock! and couldn’t be open with key card. Therefore necessary to lift buggy up/ down steps.

Very good

The 3 bedroom apartment was really very spacious and had all the facilities we needed. A party of 7 we had our on space., very comfortable and nicely decorated.
