Very Nice hotel with good size swimming pool. Room size is big.

Located away from shops and town centre but on the plus side they have shuttles which run to town center.

there is a gym, but modest.

early in the morning, music began to play in the corridor, which woke me up. The doors are closed with a crash, so whoever comes in the hallway at night will be all the guests in the hallway. for a 5 star hotel the noise level in the hotel is too high. In general, this is an old hotel and does not pull on 5 stars.

Second time, but not a third.

It’s the second time i visited this hotel. I was confirmed a room with pool access, but at check-in, which was such a mess, we got a room with no pool access. After about an hour of back and forth they finally got us a room, but with separate beds and pool access. This was not what we booked and what was confirmed, so very disappointing experience. Another hour went to connect to their wi-fi, which didn’t work as the room number changed, but after four times to the lobby they finally managed to get it right. Unfortunately this experience left me a bit disappointed, as the previous time it was ok. But i would recommend getting a hotel closer to city center and the shopping area, this hotel’s location is not very nice and you will need transportation to downtown. The pool is nice though!

Incompetent staff/trainee at check-in, location, price vs location is not justified.

my room upgrade was to a suite. which was massive. and great balcony. had a massage twice in the 3 days I was there Mary the masseuse was very good.

breakfast is very poor does not cater for international travellers.

First request none smoke .check in my room with shower, bathtub, like single small sofa stay first night air conditioner not working, change to different room is smoking room no bathtub, trash can underneath rust stains, shower wall stains.

Nice hotel, great staff and breakfast. Close to Chinatown.

Good double room on the 11th floor. Comfy bed, balcony, good shower. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly, well trained staff.

No cusions or towels at the pool. No sunshades either.

First choice hotel if we are ever in Saigon again.

The hotel & our room had everything we could ask for as was the standard of cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was outstanding as was the evening buffet which included lobster, steaks & other mouth watering delights. The staff were so kind & considerate & always had a smile for us. The swimming pool was wonderful.

we were not informed on check-in about the free shuttle service & we only saw a small notice in the foyer on our last evening. Apart from that everything was superb.
