A solo nomad's point of view

It's clean, good wifi, cool ac, comfy bath tub, guards are accommodating and staff are safe.

The elevator sucks. It's hot and some of the buttons don't work.

Very professional and elegant staff, the personal of that place are working hard to maintain that place a Hotel

I like the determination and spirit of the staff. That staff really works hard as a team and you can feel and see on them that they are working and struggling hard to maintaining that place being as a professional hotel. They are taking care who enters in the hotel, they are aware if someone makes noise ( i was self getting observation that i should not make so big noise on the corridor/ and that kind of thing i like it and i respect it when someone go up to maintain a peacefully and quiet place for everybody. They take care about some small things but very important. I was checking in this hotel after i was leaving out and had a bad experience with another hotel across the street Makati Oxford Hotel because they didn’t make my room . I like the architecture of the place, the paintings and the art in the hotel are very impressive, i love art, im a art collector and i really enjoy the art and the architecture of the place. If hope they will maintain on this direction

Tv was horrible experience. I didn’t like that my first room i get i did have a problem with Television i need to run cartoons movie for my kid. After 5 -10 minutes of watching it was just simply hanging out. I was called the staff and they come and fixed….1 time…..2 time……3 time…..4 time and then got fired/frustrated/ angry and i requested to move another , then we moved to another room. I don’t understand why they give me a room with a defect TV cable and still come back and forward trying to “fix “ something what is broken anyway and seems like they did know about it . The fitness gym it’s inexistent, I mean the fitness center you cannot call that place a gym or a fitness. No disks, no weights , just a few machines but no weights for training

Wir waren oft im Makati Palace, aber nächstes Mal buchen wir ein anderes bei Booking.com

Die Lage ist super und das Hotel hat eine Parking Garage, das Personal ist freundlich und die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung.

Das Zimmer war wirklich alt, Kakerlaken im Bad, Airconluft richt schlecht, manchmal kein warmes Wassser

It was good the staff was great..getting cockroaches in your bed and crawling on the floor.and walls

Location is great

I got changed to another room because of cockroaches ..we moved to the other room which had them in..I got bitten 4 times and had big bite marks ..

Close to everything, many convince stores and restaurants in close proximity.

Cockroaches, dirty, bad smell, felt uneasy sleeping there. Do yourself a favor, stay elsewhere.

I like that the rooms are spacious and there were a couple of staff (men) who were friendly and helpful ..

The hotel looks old, the lights were so dim that the hallways were a little bit scary and there was only one working elevator .. I complained about the cockroach and the front desk whom I talked to didn't even apologize for my experience all she said was unfortunately we're fully booked .. she didn't budge or offer me anything until I told her that I'm thinking of cancelling all the rooms I booked before New Year's day ..

its good but they need to fix more their problems about cleanliness.

what i like about the property is i like the room kinda comfy.

what i didnt like about it is when i got my first room there’s some small bugs on their bed, and it seems they need more staff because when im waiting for the housekeeper it took me about 30 mins to come and finally they change my room.. the new room is more comfortable but i think they downgrade it because before it have bathtub and when i moved the new room didn’t have bathtub and the air-con is not too cool.. also the staff that handle our checkout is not giving us enough hospitality to us..

Sent 5 x emails asking about airport pickup and not one answered. Hotel old with bad colour decor and smell. Website pics nothing like what the rooms are. Aircon was like a jet engine. Unable to get a coffee in the morning unless you payed for the buffet

i like the aircon is 24/7. The cold and hot water. Also the lock of the door.

The place didn't smell well and the ref is inside the cabiney which we only saw at the last day of our stay. i booked with city view and balcony but the with is in the back of the hotel and no balcony. we have laguage but the staff didnt even assist us going to the room. Atleast make our experience wort it the price isnt that regular to treat your guest below minum

First and last stay worst hotel that i stayed in the philippines

Nothing at all

Staff are not friendly upon check in did not even inform me where the facilities or atleast what i can do in their hotel but the worst it they have cockroach in their rooms ! Our first room has cockroach then they move us to other room and there is still cockroach , and imagine a hotel that doesnt a ice bucket ? Wow !
