Worst booking experience ever!

Worst booking experience ever! Bookings via booking.com are managed by an agent on hotel's behalf. The agent accepts bookings beyond hotel's capacity and the hotel staff doesn't own the agent's bookings to cater to guests beyond their capacity. Moreover, the agent doesn't pick calls or answer queries on booking.com. We had to travel from Jeddah to Madinah and expected to be delayed. We put a request on booking.com to keep our booking, detailing our reason for expected delayed check-in, days in advance, but no one responded. Called the property's number provided on booking.com a number of times, but no one answered. Engaged booking.com helpline (charged service) to call and discuss the matter on our behalf on the day of departure from Jeddah, no one picked the call. Reached the hotel late at night, only to be told by an equally un-professional and rude staff that the hotel is overbooked! Just like that! No apologies. No alternatives. No consideration of putting someone's family through this. These guys are operating literally next door to Masjid e Nabwi, mis-committing and mistreating their guests who come with families.

Not a Satisfying Stay in the Hotel

Location is great, a few minutes' walk to Masjid An Nabawi

Check-in was so stressful, I waited for almost 2 hours before given a room. Even then, I booked a room with 2 beds, as I am alone, but was given a room with 4 beds that makes the room space seems so congested. Their Bangladesh cleaner who came to my room before check-out is a bit arrogant. Room is dim, a few stain in the carpet & linen, bug in the bed.

-انتظرت حوالى ساعتين فى الانتظار حتى يتم تجهيز الغرف - معاملة طاقم الاستقبال سيئه - الغرف غير نظيفة ولايرقى لمستوى 3 نجوم - طلبت منهم house keeping فى اليوم التالي رفضوا وقالوا مشغولون الان ولا استطيع ارسال احد اليك - طلبت منهم نجار لان باب الحمام لايغلق ولم يرسلوا - طلب منى موظف الاستقبال ان لا احجز على booking ويعطيني سعر اقل بعد ماكان يقول لى سعر مضاعف - المصاعد مزدحمة دائما

Great value for money and wonderful location

The hotel location is amazing! 1 minute walk from door 303, near Rawdah Shareefah. the staff are friendly however i think the hotel needs to get more staff to cover all customers demands (reception desk is very busy around check out time) We didn’t choose a room with a view, but i think it can be ordered.

Receptionist helpful and smile. Roomboy Yasin Bangladesh very very helpful ,polite never say no, anytime. Good asset your property has worker as Yasin.tell him really appreciate 👍 🙏

Mechanical or engineering need training how to service guest and make satisfied guest. I fully understand if something can't fix but how they try to fix and explanation very2 simple shortcut like don't care. Property and facilities hotel very good but engineering side maintenance poor. I open this for your improvement future, because to be honest location and facilities very good.

Hotel is good, near to Haram

The property was good and near to prophet masjid

AC was not working since check In, I complained about AC, their staff attended with change the clean the filter and said it will work now , we went outside and came in night , we check again same condition , I complained again and staff came and said it will be resolved in the morning shift it was about 1 AM then I asked the manager to change the room 1st they were trying to stay with out AC, finally around 2 AM they agreed to change the room,my whole day was waisted to resolve this issue.

سوء التعامل حيث تم الحجز عن طريق بوكنق وتم والوصول الساعه 9.3 ليلا وعند الوصول افادني الموظف بالغاء الحجز علم الحجز ببطاقه الفيزا يمكنه خصم المبلغ اثناء الوقت اواشعاري قبل الغاء الحجز وتم التواصل مع بوكنق ولم يتم افاده غير الذى افادني الموظف بالغاء الحجز وتم حجز عن طريق الفندق من جديد الساعه 11 تقريبا وطلب من المغادره الساعه 2 اليوم الثاني حيث كان حجزي مده يوم ولم يتغاضى عن الحجز المتاخر والغائهم الحجز السابق كما لايوجد كرسى في الغرفه ولا ادوات الكوى الملابس لايوجد مناشف كفايه وكان الحجز لفرفه سريرين مفردين وتم طلب ضم السرير ولم يتم ذلك حتى بعد 2 ساعه وتم تكرار الطلب من العامل مره اخرى كما لايوجد مطعم بالفندق سوى للقروبات التى تحضر للفندق اما بقيه النزلاء لايوجد لهم …..

Terrible place. Wouldn’t go again. However close to haram which was good.

Place wasn’t clean. Really dingy. Worst of all the quality of the mattresses were realllllyyyyy bad. My back is hurting to the point of not being able to walk. I had to take pain killers to get out of bed and have huge knots in my back which need to be massaged out. I asked for toilet tissue like 5 times before they gave me some. I asked for bath to be cleaned and was ignored. However staff weren’t rude and were quite respectful in their speech. It’s just that no action was taken.
