Fabulous. Loved it! Chic … boutique experience with class.

Excellent location, stunning view, easy parking, lovely room in a beautiful house, delicious breakfast and most importantly David is a superb host. Very warm welcome. Also there is an excellent gym nearby called ‘One Fitness’.

Exceptional

We booked a sea view room with balcony. The views were fantastic. The room was fully equipped, clean, and beatitfuly decorated. Dave was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him, always checking in to make sure we were ok or needed anything. Gave us water bottles for our journey home. Sometimes, it's the little things that count. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Dave for a lovely weekend stay.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to fulfil whatever you required , the view from the dining table was magnificent.

To be honest there was nothing that we didn't enjoy about our stay at Headland View and would recommend it To any of our friends and family.

Amazing place to stay!

We had an amazing time staying in the property. The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff was very welcoming. The service holistically was amazing. If we ever decide to visit Devon again we will come back to the place. It is good value for money and highly recommended. Thank you David for the wonderful service!

The location was fine. Fresh milk available for tea etc.

The car parking, no local street spaces and had to park some distance from the establishment, local municipal car park very expensive for overnight parking.. Unfortunately the the lower floor of the accommodation had an unpleasant smell which fortunately did not permeate upstairs. Minute bathroom.

Excellent position with perfect sea views. The breakfast was of good quality and very well presented. comfortable bed and small extras like tissues welcome Host friendly, welcoming and attentive. communal areas clean and well presented

Felt the term ‘deluxe’ as advertised is misleading. Room 5 quite small. shower and toilet in a very cramped space.

Great location and place to stay!

David was so helpful and friendly and gave us recommendations upon our arrival. The rooms are decorated well and the place is spotless. The view from our balcony was amazing and breakfast was awesome and he pretty much cooked whatever type of breakfast you asked for. Tea, coffee, cereal, fruit and yoghurt were also available. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. The bed was super comfy and the room nice and spacious. We had a shower room across the hall which was just ours and robes were even provided which was a nice touch.

Parking is very difficult on any of the streets nearby. There's a pay and display car park at the rear, which we paid for a few hours. Then moved the car along the street and left it there for the remainder of our time there.

The view is exceptional Balcony was brilliant Location was so stunning Breakfast was spot on and David catered to a veggie Breakfast for me David the owner is so helpful and hard working Babbacombe is gorgeous. Overall great stay

Separate bathroom wasn't a huge problem but we were concerned about making noise, if we needed toilet in the night the doors would often make a noise. However bathroom was fully private and we understand in these old buildings it cant be helped. Some of the decor and cleanliness looked like it needed a bit of attention Room was a little small for us but had lots of storage

It was an enjoyable stay that exceeded our expectations and would thoroughly recommend staying here

We stayed here for a nice little holiday along the English Riviera and fancied going to a cute little B&B, which Headland View both fulfilled and exceeded for our holiday. Rooms were nice and spacious, beds were very comfortable, the place was always clean, the breakfast was very good (both cooked and uncooked ones) and the staff and owner were lovely and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Not so much as a dislike, but I would recommend renting a balcony/sea view room next time round as the view of the Babbacombe Downs, cliffs and beaches are fantastic when the sun is shining and the skies are clear
