MAIN FLOOR
The main feature of this home is the incredible views from the balcony on the main floor. The unobstructed view over Lake Dillon are breathtaking and on a clear day you will see Gray and Tory’s Peaks, Breckenridge, Keystone, and a wide swath of the Rocky Mountain Gore Range. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. The second bedroom has 2 full beds. The second bathroom has doors that open to the second bedroom and the atrium by the front door. The living room has a gas fireplace, lots of windows, and vaulted ceilings and opens to the well-appointed kitchen. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen.
TOP FLOOR
The third area is a loft style lounging area and private bathroom located at the top of the stairs.
Lake View is an incredible property with some of the best views in Summit County. Equipped for time together – there's the well appointed kitchen, cozy living room with flatscreen TV and gas fireplace, and room to spread out – the townhouse also offers room for everyone. There is a community hot tub and gas grill. The grill is only available for use during the milder seasons.

Absolutely wonderful stay! This is a prime location, quiet, away from the crowds and the wind on the other side of the lake, yet so close to everything we needed, groceries, restaurants, etc. The view from the balcony is so beautiful, relaxing, and rejuvenating. Such a short drive or even a walk to put our kayaks in the water. Truly just across the road. So perfect!
The place was super clean and seemed to be newly renovated. New appliances, floors, bathrooms, comfortable beds. Exactly as described and pictured.
The only suggestion is to have an orientation book available with maps of the area, where to put trash, suggestions to work the appliances, etc. The code for the hot tubs didn't work.
I highly recommend this location! We will be back for sure!

The condo was real clean and worked well for our needs. The listing is just as described and the location was great for our ski trip. We will keep this one on our short list for future visits to the area.

The view of the mountains was incredible. This complex is high above the busy road but it didn't interrupt our sleep....just a low, consistent din. This is a top floor, end unit. We heard no noise from other units....it was very quiet. This was the perfect configuration for my husband and me (Master en suite....comfy bed but we do wish it were a king - the queen was pretty cramped.), four teen girls (Murphy queen bed and two twins en suite room), and two teen boys (Queen loft with en suite...plenty of room for the blow up twin we brought). Small but functional kitchen. Having two ovens was a bonus and helped us cook 8 pizzas quickly. Linens were good and plentiful. Travel size soaps, shampoo, etc. were provided. Multiple hot tubs on site were great...just a short walk through the parking lot. We'd love to come back in the summer to enjoy the sweeping lake and mountain views from the large deck.

This was a great place to stay. The property was accurately described, and had just about everything we needed. We had one minor issue the first night we got there, but had great communication with the property manager and the issue was solved in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a well taken care of, nice place to stay!

Home away from Home
Excellent property, clean, fully stocked, inviting decor, good beds, plenty of towels. Beautiful view. Had a humidifier in the master bedroom which i consider essential in Colorado. The bathrooms are a bit dated but saw new hardware that has not yet been installed. Well kept. Great layout. This time it was only my husband and I but this condo would do well with my whole family. Ease to get in and out of unit, only a few stairs to get to front door, parking outside, not covered but we did not get snow that week that we would have had to dig out. 3 hot tubs covered in a gazebo but only one open at a time. They are 1 min walk away from unit. I have stayed in many rentals and this is one of the few I would go back too. Great communication from the management, Todd and Vina!

Great Ski Mini Vacation
We sure enjoyed our Mini ski vacation with our older grandkids.
The condo was beautifully decorated & very clean. The views were breathtaking. What we really enjoyed was the fact that every television operated correctly. We would definitely rent this condo again, I give it an excellent rating!

Ski weekend
Location good for multiple ski locations and just a very short drive in Frisco. . Listing is wrong- the master bed is a queen not a king. This impacted our stay as this was a mom and teenage kid ski weekend (2 families) the bed was small to share with my teenage daughter. Kitchen amenities were great- there were left over condiments available… we are always fine with this. If you are too, check what’s there before you grocery shop and then pay it forward. The fireplace didn’t work- I alerted management and they submitted a work order but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The condo has a lake view but it is not lake front- there is a busy road between condo and lake and the traffic noise in the master bedroom is significant. The hot tub was dirty and my teens wouldn’t even use. Parking easy and entry easy even with gear. Would stay again with a smaller group- we had 6 total.

Ideal location for skiers. Ideal set up for families.
We travelled with our adult children and their boyfriend and girlfriend. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were nice and comfortable. The kitchen is a bit cramped. We cook a lot but made do and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The view of Dillon Reservoir and Swan Mountain were incredible! 10 minutes to Copper and 20 mins. to A Basin, restaurants and groceries also very close by. It was a great stay!

Excellent location
Excellent location, spectacular views! Condo had everything we needed . We were there during Christmas break and a Covid outbreak so understand everywhere was short handed. That said, the hair in the tub and wrapping from previous guest was of Some concern about cleanliness. Also, the hot tub is communal in the center of all the condo’s. Overall we would stay again

Get away
View was beautiful! Very clean. Decor was perfect. There is NOT a king bed in the master as Vrbo lists. There also was no "tablet" on the table to give check out procedures as well as other info per the e-mails we were sent prior to the stay. Blinds in the loft bedroom were broken upon arrival. New blinds were in the closet waiting to be installed. We had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Beautiful view, excellent location
Very well situated, well-supplied condo with easy access to Frisco grocery stores, restaurants, shopping.. There is a beautiful view looking out over Lake Dillon. However, it also overlooks a highway which generates noise. It was not a problem during our stay, as the temperatures were low and there was no need to open the sliders except to step out on the balcony and enjoy the view. Since there is no A/C, I would be reluctant to stay during summer. There is a garage but we did not have access to it. There is convenient outdoor parking directly across from the condo, though. In winter weather, the garage would be a nice amenity to have. We had to clean snow from the car one day, but not a big deal. We were a group of three adult family members, so the condo was perfect as we each had our own bedroom and bath. The galley kitchen had everything we needed except a cheese slicer. The one bedroom is a loft, so if you require absolute dark for sleeping, come prepared with an eye mask. There is good WiFi and cable TV, but no streaming service such as Netflix, as far as we could determine. There are many hiking trails within easy access of the condo, some within walking distance. We never drove more than 20 minutes to any trailhead and enjoyed all trails we took. If we plan another trip to the Frisco area (which is highly likely), we would definitely look into booking this unit again.

Great place to stay
The positive, a spectacular view and great location adjacent to Frisco and the highway, it was definitely as advertised.
Negative - the unit was not cleaned properly before we arrived, the floors were so dirty our feet turned black and trash was left behind the door in the master bath. The upstairs window shades should be replaced and a screen door added in the living room.

Perfect Girls' Getaway
This was the perfect spot for our group of 4 adults! We all had a separate bed and more than enough space to relax. We even used the garage to keep our paddleboards inflated for two days of paddling fun. So fast and easy to get into Frisco to shop for souvenirs and enjoy the town.

Amazing view!
We loved this place in Frisco! It’s a great little town, great local hiking, and the view and the balcony were absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed and didn’t want to leave. Our two year old sat up in bed the second morning, looked out the balcony doors, and said “Wow!” We couldn’t describe it any better. Would definitely stay again.

Fun setting for a weekend getaway with girlfriends

Awesome Views close to everything!
I stayed with my husband and a few other people for a hockey tournament in Silverthorne. The place has amazing views, super close to everything. We stayed a few days after the tournament to get some snowboarding in. The condo was roomy and homey. Beds were comfy too.we enjoyed playing games and hanging by the fireplace when not out at one of the many local breweries. Awesome place, we would definitely stay again!!

Lakeside Condo - The Perfect Choice
This condo is perfectly situated and has incredible mountain and lake views. 5 minutes from Frisco and 10 minutes from Dillon. Very close to 5 ski resorts. We have stayed here in summer and winter and there are many activities to enjoy here in all seasons. Humidifiers would have been nice to make sleeping in the very dry climate easier but otherwise we were very pleased. The condo is very nicely furnished.

Spacious unit with great views
The rental experience was generally very positive. Josh was extremely responsive and easy to work with from beginning to end. The unit was nice and the views spectacular. Our only knock was with the excessive amount of dog hair, mostly on the living room carpet, which likely would NOT keep us from staying here in the future.

Most Beautiful View
The condo has one of, if not the most, beautiful views in Summit County from two of the bedrooms and the living room. The space was great for our crew of four and we thoroughly enjoyed our 8 days there. The kitchen is small, but functional. The bathrooms are in need of updating, but also functional. There is no access to the condo from the garage which is tiny (a Yukon or vehicle that size could not fit). Otherwise, the condo was nicely appointed, and we would definitely recommend staying here. The location is great for easy access to Frisco shopping and only a 15 to 20 minute drive to ski at Keystone, Breck, Copper, or Vail/Beaver.

Great place to stay for a week!
The condo was centrally located to everything skiing and boarding. It was clean and kept neat. We had no issues other than an outlet not functioning to which the property manager, Josh, arrived within the hour to resolve the issue. Also you simply cant beat the views. We will be back.

Good value
The property manager josh was very very responsive. I really appreciate him. The unit was as pictured. Actually had an extra bathroom. Kitchen needed a few items and I wish had some staples to get us going for cooking. Parking lot is icy on a slant...it is winter...so just have to be careful walking. Overall not fancy but a good value overall.

Holiday stay
The condo was perfectly located for skiing in Breck and Keystone. Very well equipped with everything we needed for the week. It was beautifully decorated and cozy. I appreciated Josh getting us the t.v. cord which allowed us to watch Netflix and getting the teapot - he was very responsive. Finally, you can’t beat the view of Lake Dillon!!
Some things to add or fix - kitchen could use a cookie sheet. During the showering process in the master bathtub, there is a lot of water wasted from the spigot - you may want a plumber to fix that. Also, the outside bench at the table was a bit dangerous - 2 of us fell backwards sitting on it...it’s not very stable. We didn’t use the garage as it was too tight - perhaps the cabinet on the right side could be moved elsewhere to free up space.
All in all, we loved your condo and could see ourselves coming back in the summer! Thanks so much and Happy New Year!

Beautiful 3 Bedroom.
Beautiful 3 Bedroom. Spectacular views. We could have spent the entire weekend on the deck looking at the beautiful vistas. Clean and updated. Incredibly comfortable living room couch and furnishings. Responsive property manager. Everything exactly as described. Easy access to bike trails and hiking. Frisco and Breckenridge have lots of boutique shopping and moderate to upscale dining. A delightful mountain get away right off of Highway I-70 West.

Beautiful view, comfortably furnished and convenient!
Overall we had a very nice stay. The unit is spacious for a condo with room to spread out for our family of 7. The furnishings were nice, beds were all very comfy. We had pretty much everything we needed for cooking all of our meals 'in'. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the convenience to shopping and I-70 couldn't be beat. We had a few little hiccups with the unit but the property manager, Josh, was absolutely a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive (even despite his fractured ankle!).
The hot tubs were nice but plan on making sure to bring appropriate attire to walk aprox. 75 yards outside to the area. Also, make sure to inquire about the key to get into the hot tub area, as it is covered, fenced and locked.
The garage was a nice benefit to keep our ski's in. We had a min-van and it didn't fit in the garage but there is ample parking outside very close to the unit.
We were happy with our choice of this unit for a very busy, President's day week stay when accommodations were overall pricey and hard to find.
