About this house rental

This four star rated apartment has been sympathetically renovated from an old stone farmhouse, dating back more than 200 years, to provide comfortable accommodation with all modern amenities. Just 5 apartments are grouped around a large communal terrace complete with stone built barbeque area and summer kitchen, and a communal swimming pool with large sunbathing area and amazing sea views.
In an elevated position on the edge of the village of Bogdasici, in the hills above Tivat, the area is quiet and secluded, surrounded by nature with far reaching views of both the sea and mountains, yet easily accessible. The nearest beach is just 2km away, and a 10 minute drive takes you to the town of Tivat, made famous by the super-yacht marina Porto Montenegro. Within 15 minutes you can be in the wonderful walled town of Kotor and the magnificent Kotor Fjord. Both of these areas are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The Duplex House has two bedrooms, one double with adjacent bathroom and a twin bedded room on the ground floor. The double bedroom has a lovely terrace with amazing views over mountains and the neighbouring olive grove. The terrace has a small table and chairs for that morning coffee and a couple of sun loungers.
There is a second bathroom on the first floor.
Rustic, lived in feel to the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
The very well equipped modern kitchen includes full size hob and oven, built in large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are granite work surfaces and plentiful crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A door from the kitchen leads directly on to your own small private terrace with wonderful views towards the sea. This terrace holds a table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The apartment also boasts a comfortable dining and seating area complete with cable TV, internet and a Dvd player with a selection of films. Wifi access is good in the apartment or on the terrace.

The apartment has Air conditioning in the living area and downstairs hall opposite bedroom doors,and fans in the bedrooms. Windows are able to tilt thus allowing air flow through the shutters if required.
A cot and high chair are available on request.

The apartment has a private entrance and private outside space, complete with ample storage space.

Just a 10 minute drive from Tivat airport , 90 minute drive from Podgorica and Dubrovnik airports

We are delighted to announce yet another reason to choose Palma Gora for your holiday. Our lovely neighbour Elaine is a professional chef with an excellent pedigree. She worked as a chef on private super yachts for eleven years, owned a Thai restaurant in Mexico and has cooked in many exotic locations. Having sailed into Boka Bay one day she was so overwhelmed by the natural beauty that she decided to settle here in Montenegro. We are of course delighted that she chose to buy a part of the farmhouse next to us.
Elaine can shop, prepare and present meals for you if you have had a tiring day out or simply want to treat yourselves. Look at her website , Cooks of Kotor, to see the range of services on offer but she does get very busy during the peak summer season so be sure to book early on .
In addition to providing a private chef service, Elaine will prepare a meal for your arrival and leave it in the fridge so you do not need to worry about cooking on the first night. If you are interested in this service I will put you in touch with Elaine, who will send you sample menus and prices.

We had an amazing week at Palmagora. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. As it is up in the mountains, the views were fantastic and surroundings were very quiet. The kids loved the pool. Chris shared lots of information before our visit, including detailed directions which was very helpful. Considering the location of the apartment, the detailed directions was very welcome. I would highly recommend it!

Logement très bien équipé, au calme, la piscine est très agréable et l'on peut s'y baigner en ayant une vue sur la baie de Tivat et la montagne. La proximité de Kotor est un plus, en prenant la petite route dans la montagne on y est en 10 minutes. Notre séjour a été tout simplement magique

Spent 2 weeks at the gorgeous Palma Gora residence. If you want home away from home, with breathtaking views every morning, with sounds of nature and absolutely no noise but a bird call or a rooster .. you will love it. The apartments have all you need, are very spacious and perfect for relaxing. There is a good size pool on the property with plenty of space to enjoy the sun, stretch and take in the beauty of the surrounding mountain views. There is a TV (which we never turned on, as nature too beautiful to waste time on watching TV) for those who want it, aircon, toaster, DVDs .... Beds are quite large, giving you a great night sleep. Milica and Ivan who are taking care of the property are warmest and sweetest people you can meet. Helpful and always there to assist, welcoming you as you drive up towards the property. Owners were very quick and always there to answer any questions in the process of making a booking. Thank you very much Greg :) To sum it all up ... if you are looking for a great place to stay, amazing nature to surround you and wonderful people to deal with ... Palma Gora is your place. Greg, Milica, Ivan .. looking forward to seeing you next summer.
