War eine schöne Zeit

War in Ordnung und ausreichend Kaffee und das Büfett war gut

Great location in Lucerne Old Town.

The location was excellent in the Old Town. We could walk to many places of interest such as the Chapel Bridge. The hotel itself was unusual having been a prison.

Room was spacious but little room around the bed. Generally more like backpackers standard. Breakfast was not attractive - had to go up and down a few stairs to access the food options. Okay for young people.

Rooms are comfortable but can get warm. Good access.to amenities and lucern is beautiful.

Room was OK but location was great

No WiFi signal in our room 2nd floor. WiFi strength is a must for hotels nowadays. You have to gonto ground floor to get access.

Great experience.

This is a really out of the ordinary experience. The room was very very small, as is expected from a prison cell :-) However, the bathroom and shower were nice, modern and clean and fully functional. Note that we were a couple and had separate single beds. We were however able to push them together side by side to make a double bed. Make no mistake, this is a small room! We we only there for two nights, and that was all for us. The location is perfect and for the price, it's hard to beat. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast. Since it was not included in our reservation, we decided to pay and add the breakfast. Everything was good and fresh, but the selection was not what we expected for the extra price. Overall, great location, great value.

Breakfast was a little disappointing for the extra we paid for. If it's included in the roome price, then it's ok.

Für eine Nacht ganz ok und auch witzig. Einen längere Aufenthalt eher weniger.

Gute Lage des Hotels. Unkompliziertes Selfchecking, bequeme Betten. Gutes, preisgünstiges Buffet beim Morgenessen. Saubere Toilette und Dusche.

Ein recht enges Zimmer (Zelle) zu zweit, nur ein kleines Fensterchen zum Öffnen, (war heiss in einer Sommernacht), keinen Kühlschrank. Aber ist halt so, war ja ein ehemaliges Gefängnis.

clean there is good atmosphere good location

there is no power point, in the room just one, and when I was came here others were using. there is USB near to bed for charging phone and if you have iphone, you might have to spend all night out of room like me

Very cool old jail building, neat and tidy. Handy to town.

Right near what seems to be the party district, lots of noise until about 1am.

A nice and comfortable stay right within the historical center of the city, with a plentiful breakfast.

The prison thematic is quirky and interesting; the services offered are of good quality and value, the breakfast was quite plentiful.

Staff seems to be really nice. Building is unique, breakfast is great. I will definitely book a room again when I have to stay in Luzern.

As I am scared to a cold water whenever I take a shower, the shower handle is attached to the wall but its only a very minor thing.

Bad

It was clean.

They have shared mixed bathrooms and a guy tried to record me while I was taking a shower. I also think he was trying to trap me there to rape me. I went crying to the reception to tell them what happened and the attendant was good to me, giving me an upgrade (the least they could do). However, they did nothing, they didn’t check the cameras or give me names. No measure was taken against the people that did that to me. Women, be careful!!!! Also, I went to the police and they did nothing as well.
