About this cottage rental
Exclusive large countryside home on the peak of a private hill, with an amazing landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range (World Heritage Site), the center of the island and the bay of Alcudia in the North.
The house is integrated with nature harmoniously, creating an unique place for all seasons and ideal for work trips, family celebrations or retreats. Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. Optional services are available upon request at reservation.
Completely free, we offer a garbage removal service, maintenance of the garden and swimming pool during your stay at the villa.
The house is situated between two villages: Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, which both have shops and restaurants, in the center of the island; Also it is only twenty minutes from the capital of the island: Palma. This makes it the perfect location to access the beach, the city and the traditional Mediterrainian countryside. The house is located twenty minutes from the airport by car.
It has an enclosed outdoor not heated swimming pool, and a lot of space for large groups of people.
The house has WiFi and for meetings we can provide a projector and screen. It has a large room and table for 16+ people which can be used for congregations of all types.
Please note that the house is provided with electric water heaters with capacity for 80 liters (for two reasons, most of the time it is warm in Mallorca and the drought). Therefore you may need to wait a little bit between one and other for hot water. The rooms have conditioning air. At the living room there is air conditioning as well.
You will need a car, the house is located on top of a mountain in very exclusive forest area with no access to public transport. The rural road is steep with curves, accessible in normal car.
Lighting fires is illegal due to the risk of forest fires in Mallorca during the Summer, and can be punished with a prison sentence. A gas barbecue is provided to be used in its location.
The maximum capacity of the house is 16 adult people, four children (under 12 year old). It is not allowed the stay of more people in the house or in the pool, without express written consent of the property according to the maximum capacity authorized by the government.
The owners of the house are not responsible for any damage to the persons or property of the house due to improper use or exceeding the permitted capacity limits.

Aina made us welcome from the 1st minute. We were able to contact her via whatsapp anytime and she responded instantly.
The house is perfect for a family stay, young and old had an excellent time.
The drive up to the finca is a bit tricky, but in exchange you can enjoy the stunning view of the tramuntana. Supreme tranquillity and exclusivity by day and night!

The villa is situated at the top of the hill and offers an outstanding view of the mountains. The last few meters up to the villa are a bit bumpy, but up there you have complete privacy. We were there with our extended family and had plenty of space to have a little privacy while still being together in a beautiful place. The landlady was incredibly nice and helped us with all our questions at any time, both before arrival and during our stay. We will definitely come back.

We were a large group of 16 comprising four families with young kids (18 months to 9 yes). As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. The elevated location provides beautiful views, the villa itself has lots of lovely spaces for eating and relaxing and is superbly equipped. Cooking for our large group was easy. We spent a large part of our holiday having fun and relaxing around the excellent pool which had lots of sun loungers and parasols.
A great villa which has provided many happy holiday memories! I would love to return.

Isabel was an incredible host. Right from the time of booking, Isabel was accommodating and reliable. She was available to answer questions and help us prepare for our stay. Check-in process was seamless and Isabel was very understanding. The Villa’s location is slightly challenging to find, but as long as you follow the directions of the host, it’s not complicated once you get the hang of it. It is secluded so it is best to grab groceries etc. before arriving. The views are wonderful, pool serene, and Villa equipped with everything you need. Lots of space for multiple cars to park. It accommodated our group perfectly. We would love to return again one day. Thank you Isabel et al !!

Perfect few days in Mallorca
What an incredible place to stay with a group of friends! Thank you so much Isabel, what a beautiful house with the most amazing views during the day and evening. Isabel could not have been more helpful before and during our stay. We arrived to a fridge of cold beers, she helped with the food delivery and liaising with our minibus company. We could not have asked for more. The house was perfect, beautiful and cosy and felt very lucky to have found a place so pretty on the top of our own mountain with no-one nearby.

Die Anreise ist etwas bergig, aber die Lage dafür super entspannt und völlig ungestört.
Wir möchten besonders die Ausstattung hervorheben, hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts, von Tischtennisplatte bis Beamer und Leinwand!
Da unser Unternehmen remote arbeitet, war für uns eine stabile Internetverbindung, die vor allem für Videocalls genügt, ein wichtiges Kriterium. Dieses hat die Villa zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt, wir hatten nie Aussetzer und alles lief perfekt flüssig.

A perfect Mallorca getaway
Our stay at this villa delivered everything for our party of 14, and more. 10 minutes by car from Santa Eugeniá and set within the forest with spectacular views over the island. The pool was large and cleaned daily. The house offered ample space and at night the terrace eating area came into its own. 10/10

Perfekt für eine große Familie
Wir haben herrliche Tage auf der Finca verbracht. Der Weg dorthin ist zwar etwas mühsam und die Fahrt zum Einkaufen auch relativ lang, aber der Aufwand lohnt sich. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen gepflegt, sehr groß, der Pool ist riesig, alles war perfekt sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen sogar die erste Ausstattung an Getränken war vorhanden.Täglich kommt Juan, um den Pool zu reinigen, zu gießen den Müll mitzunehmen und bei allen Fragen war Isabel jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir hatten mit 12 Personen für 5 Tage in der Villa gewohnt. Alle hatten ein super Zimmer und die Villa ist perfekt eingerichtet.
Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir hatten vor der Anreise eine detaillierte Beschreibung von der Besitzerin bekommen und konnten die Unterkunft somit leicht finden.
Die Finca ist toll. Es passt alles und entspricht genau den Fotos. Tolle Zimmer, wunderschöne Terrassen, ein atemberaubender Ausblick über Mallorca, ein großer Pool, ein Grill und alles was man für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden. Nicht zu vergessen die vielen Möglichkeiten sich auch einmal zurück zu ziehen. Wunderbare Waldlandschaft mit ganz vielen Hängematten.
Eine der 3 Küchen ist riesig und verfügt über alles was man benötigt und ist auch in entsprechender Grüße (Kühlschrank) und Menge (Gläser) vorhanden.
Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und ist auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen.
Die Finca ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!!

Perfect house and service
This property was perfect for our group(16p).
A clean and spa spacious villa in a rural environment.
The contact with Isabel (property manager) was very professional and friendly. Especially at these times with the Covid19 situation. The big pool area with 16 beds and a long outside dining table is a big plus.
Hopefully, we will visit this property more often in the future.

Alles top!
Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir waren 17 Personen und gegen einen Aufpreis wurden uns extra Betten zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten vor der Anreise eine detaillierte Beschreibung von der Besitzerin bekommen und konnten die Unterkunft somit leicht finden. Es gibt zwei Küchen und eine Küchenzeile, wobei die Küche im Erdgeschoss vollkommen ausreichend war. Die Küchen sind top ausgestattet und waren sehr sauber. Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen. Man hat keine direkten Nachbarn und kann noch spät am Abend draußen sitzen. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit, einen Shuttle zu bestellen, falls man abends weggehen möchte.

The PERFECT place for a BIG GET TOGETHER
I booked this villa as a surprise for my husbands 70th birthday. I needed a place big enough for several generations of our extended family ( ages 3 - 79) and the villa was superb for our needs.
There are plenty of bathrooms to service the lovely and very comfortable bedrooms - its rare to find such good quality beds / mattresses / pillows and bedding in a rental villa.
The villa is essentially like 2 separate living spaces - each with a kitchen, living area and 4 bedrooms - this meant the older couples could be in one side & the younger ones with kids in the other. Having 2 superbly appointed kitchens was also really useful - although the downstairs kitchen was the main prep area for evening meals. The gas barbecue was excellent and the easiest way to cater for the 19 hungry guests.
Long tables & plenty of chairs meant we could all dine together effortlessly.
There are lots of different seating areas on the various terraces and so much space no-one ever felt on top of one another.
And the pool - oh the pool!! It was cleaned daily by the lovely and very inconspicuous groundsman who was usually done and dusted before we were up!
I had been worried that the road up to the villa was going to be treacherous - however its totally fine - we had regular hire cars (Ford Fiesta / small Seats etc) and they managed the drive no problem. The road is narrow and wee bit steep but certainly not a 4 wheel drive job!
The villa is wonderfully situated with the most spectacular views - however it is secluded and well off the beaten track so you will need one car at least (we struggled to get taxis to come and collect us from the villa - although drop off was fine).
there's big supermarkets 20 mins away / smaller ones just a few miles down the road and all this only 30mins from the airport.
We hired a private chef to cater one evening and this was a brilliant that and although they struggled to find the villa initially they managed the drive in their little van and delivered fantastic food and sangria!
Isabel, the owner was really responsive to questions and I can't thank her enough for the most special and joyful time in her property.

Absolutely incredible villa and location, already looking to book again for next year!
We needed a property that would hold 15 people on a Crossfit training camp, this villa far exceeded our hopes and expectations. When we turned up we were greeted and shown around the villa which was spotless and made up to match the group needs. The facilities both indoor and outdoor were excellent and we made great use of the pool (although it was chilly to start with) and the table tennis. The hill up to the villa was great fun in the cars but not so enjoyable when it came to the regular runs. We are already looking to book again for next year and I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a fantastic location, view and atmosphere.

Wenn wir etwas brauchten konnten wir uns immer an Sie wenden und Sie haben sich direkt darum gekümmert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Villa wieder buchen :)

Experiencia mixta
Hemos alquilado la casa para un celebracion de cumpleanos - un grupo grande de 18 personas. La casa y las fotos promete mucho. Las cosas que son bonas son muy buenas - la situacion en el bosque es espectacular, las vistas tambien, los duenos oferecen muchas juegos en la casa, la cocina es grande. Las cosas menos buenos son bastante grave tambien: La casa es MUY vieja, con la sala, banos y habitaciones en el estilo tipico espanol de las 60s, pero mal mantenido; hay muy poco aqua caliente, (calentador de 80 l !), que significa que tienes que duchar con aqua fria casi siempre; hemos tenido 2 haverias (bater y ducha) durante una semana. Los duenos areglan cosas rapido. Lo peor era que la descripcion es incorrecto - dicen que hay aire acondicionado en la casa, pero 4 de 10 habitaciones no lo tienen. No era un desastre total, la casa tiene muchas ventajas y muchos inconvenientes, pero impensable volver.

Vi var 13 mennesker fra Danmark som havde en fantastisk ferie med et hus som var over alt forventning.
Isabel som ejer huset tog godt imod os selv om det var lidt sent på aftenen
Super service.
Næste morgen gik turen så igennem huset som bare var helt perfekt der var alt hvad man skulle bruge både på badeværelserne og i køkkenet
Derudover var der jo legerummet med bordfodbold samt bordtennis og diverse ting til den kæmpe store pool som vi havde meget gavn af vi havde jo ca. 30 grader hver dag
så det vare bare ok.
Også hyggeligt at vi hver morgen blev vækket af hanegal samt nogle dejlige æsler
som også gav deres besyv med.
Vi vil bare sige til sidst at sidde på terrassen om aftenen og kigge ud over dalen er
bare så dejlig at man er helt ked af at skulle derfra igen
Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til dette dejlige sted og den dejlige ø med masser af smukke steder og igen en dejlig hilsen til Isabel for super service

Absolutely fantastic! :)
We stayed at the Finca with 18 People for 6 days and it was absolutely fantastic. The Finca is extremly nice and has an amazing view down to the city. So nice to see the sunset/sunrise from there. :) We really felt compfortable and everything was extremly clean.
The service was very good.
Isabel is a lovely host. She was taking care of us right from the beginning. We received information on the area around and she was reachable everytime we needed her. Check-in was very easy and fast. Same for the check-out. The finca is very big and offers a lot of spaces for breakfast, lunch & dinner/barbecue. Furthermore you can enjoy the great "Fun area" which offers table tennis, table footbal, badminton, beach tennis etc...
We definetly recommend to stay at the Finca!

Amazing Villa with a Nice view
Puig de ses Coves is a AMAZING Villa.
The Villa has a lot of Space. Realy big Kitchens and enaugh Place to Cook for 16 People. You Can also eat with Every Person on one table. They also have a Paella Gas grill and a Barbecue Grill.
The villa but also the bathrooms are very clean. Everybody gets a Towel and the beds are made with fresh Sheets.
Outside is a great corner to sit together in the evening And Play Games, Drink and Talk.
The Hill to geht up to the Villa is Not that Hard. You also dont Need a allwheel Drive. A normal car is enough.
Definitely it was a wonderful holiday and I would recommend the villa to anyone.

Wir haben das Haus gemietet, um mit Freunden eine Party zu feiern und ein paar Tage Sonne zu geniessen. Um es kurz zu machem: die Villa war der ideale Ort dafür. Jeder hatte ein schönes Zimmer, die Bäder waren gut ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die perfekt ausgestattete Küche, die auch den anspruchsvollen Hobbyköchen alles geboten hat, was sie brauchten. Es gab viele Gewürze, Schüsseln ind Platten in alles Grössen, Kochgeschirr für grosse und kleine Mengen.
Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, wir überlegen schon, wann wir wieder kommen können.

It is really isolated, very peaceful with no neighbours to disturb but the very steep winding final ascent up a gravel track might be challenging for some drivers. On arrival local villagers told part of our group you couldn't drive a car up, but by the end of the week some of us were experts! Do make sure you arrive in daylight! Everything was great!
We made an company outing for 3 days and the Villa was great. It was clean, the towels and bed clothes were clean too. In all bathrooms are hairdressers and soap.
