Hôtel familiale rénovée mais aménagement intérieur à revoir - Peu mieux faire !

Infrastructure extérieure. Piscine adulte. Déjeuner buffet et service au top. Piscine famille et spa . Literie confortable. Cocktail prix abordable.

Interieur trop minimaliste. Clim qui donne sur le lit rideaux occultant pas assez large pour couvrir la lumière . 1 placard pour 2 voir 4 personnes . Pas de cafetière ou bouilloire en chambre . Mini frigo par terre. Lavabo Sdb ds le couloi d’entrée.

Very nice stay

Everything met our expectations: great location, excellent swimming pools and sauna, and a spacious, comfortable room.

The dinner options were repetitive, with almost the same menu each evening. More variety would have made the dining experience better. The room could have been better equipped, as it lacked basics like a coffee machine and kettle.

Legjobb szállás Mallorcán!

Nagyon igényes a szálloda, minden nap szépen takarítanak. Nagyon kedves a személyzet. A reggeli, vacsora bőséges, minőségi, változatos. Nagyon jó helyen van, mert pont nincs akkora nyüzsgés mint az óvárosnál, de ott van minden a közelben és a tengerpart is pár perc sétára van. Buszmegálló is pont az épület előtt, aki busszal menne mindenfele és a reptérre is. Eddigi legjobb szállásunk Mallorcán, minden szempontból!!! Rég ittam ilyen jó Aperolt az étteremben és nem is volt túlárazva. ;) Visszamennénk bármikor, remélem fogunk is!

Nem volt ilyen a szállodát tekintve! Minden szuper volt! Talán egy még jobban felszerelt kondi jó lenne. Nagyon sok volt a gyerek, ez picit hangosabbá tette az étkezéseket, de máshol nem volt gond. :)

We would not return here because of smell.

Location is good. The hotel is very close to Playa de Mura and Playa de Alcudia - just 2-3 min walk. Also by car you can easily drive to Port de Pollensa, Playa de Formentor. Breakfast was nice but very crowded. Bed was really very comfortable and big enough. Terrace has nice comfortable chairs.

SMELL. It is horrible. This is why we rate this hotel so low because when you have AC on, there is such a bed smell that you can’t stand.. it’s so pity because the rooms are designed so modern and they are really good but because of this bad smell, we wanted to leave the hotel as soon as possible.. PARKING. Parking availabilities of the hotel is too weak - just place for 5-6 cars. You need to search around the building. SURROUNDINGS - if you are looking for nice cozy high level restaurants, this is definitely wrong location. There are many cheap beach town restaurants tough.

Super.

Krásný hotel, opravdu designovka, člověk se tam cítí velice dobře, dřevěné lemování všude je krásné. Jídlo perfektní, oproti hotelu, kam jsme se stěhovali po týdnu tady, tak to bylo něco neskutečného, vždy jsme našli to, co nám doopravdy chutnalo. Bazény taky krásné, kousek na pláž, ale zároveň to není uprostřed ničeho a je okolo i nějaký život, za nás super.

Jediné co nám chybělo je aspoň nějaké zázemí pro děti, malé hřiště, nebo bazén apod., přitom za hotelem pokračuje zahrada, kde je spoustu místa, to jediné nám chybělo, připravnost pro děti nic moc, ale i tak jsme si to s 2 letou dcerkou užili.

Great hotel

Very spacious rooms and a very comfy bed. The breakfast was outstanding and has everything you could ever want to eat. There is a bus stop right outside if you want to go into the main town. Loved the pool with the lane swimming.

Das große moderne Zimmer, der tolle Balkon, die große Sauberkeit, riesiges und sehr leckeres Buffet, der große Sportpool. Man hat sich all in all sehr wohl gefühlt

Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, es wird für alles gesorgt

Die Lage war super, nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Strand. In der Nähe hat es ein paar Restaurants. Alcudia Porto und Altstadt sind super schnell erreichbar (Busstation und Taxistand direkt vor dem Hotel). Die Ruhe beim Pool und auch nachts im Zimmer (sehr sehr erholsam!!) Das Bett ist sehr bequem! Die Poolbar und immer sehr nette Bedienung. Allgemein sehr symphatische Athmosphäre des gesamten Personal!

Wunderbar. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Ich war bereits das dritte mal im Las Gaviotes und empfehle es gerne an Freunde und Bekannte weiter. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer wurden renoviert und wirken nun sehr, sehr schön und modern. Nachdem ich erwähnt hatte, dass ich bereits zum dritten Mal vor Ort im Hotel bin, wurde uns vom freundlichen Personal am Empfang eine große Obstplatte und eine Flasche Sekt auf's Zimmer geliefert! Sehr, sehr aufmerksam – TOP!

Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und Zimmer (Schrank für 3 Personen viel zu klein und für zwei zu knapp). Ich habe dieses mal auf der Couch geschlafen und deswegen gab es auch bei dem Punkt "BETT" zwei Abzüge. Sie ist sehr unbequem. Man spürt jede einzelnen Metallstange beim Liegen.

Had an amazing holiday largely because the hotel delivered on all that was promised.

The hotel is beautiful with lots of space. Excellent location and staff were extremely pleasant. Loved the pool and pool area. Food at the pool bar was very good.

The barn style door to the toilet and shower area didn’t offer a lot of privacy and the sofa bed in the room wasn’t the most comfortable, very hard, it would benefit from a thicker mattress or mattress topper.

Good food and staff but not good value for money.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were very nice and helpful, everything was clean, the pool was nice.

The room we were in was in such a poor, worn-out condition that it was almost insulting for the price we paid. There were scratches literally everywhere on the furniture (even on the toilet seat!) and the airconditioning filter looked like it hasn‘t been cleaned for ages.

Great and child-friendly hotel close to the beach

The location of the hotel is fine, the beach is only a few minutes of walk. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations, choices were wide, fishes, meats and multiple vegetarian options were provided. The hotel was very child-friendly. All in all, we had a great time, and it was a good value for money.

We booked a room with partial sea-view, but you had to have a good imagination to see the sea. It is not surprising though, as the hotel is not directly on the beach. The hotel's own parking lot is not too big (around 10 cars), but parking in the nearby streets is free, and we always found a free place not far from the hotel.

Mallorca in October.

Mallorca in October was truly wonderful. Great weather, the sea was still warm, and it wasn't busy. Loads to do nearby. Hotel suite overlooking the west pool was great.

very bad experience

The room was not like in the booking pictures at all. We experienced a flood in our room and all my clothes and my son s were all wet. My white linen shirt is broken:( They were not child friendly and 0 empaty for the client . (No english speakers) They asked us an extra charge for all the children even if they slept in the same bed with us. They told us that for that extra charge they will moove us in suites but of course this did not happened.

the pool, the breakfast

-the room was not like in the booking pictures -we experienced a flood water in our room and all my clothes were wet and also my son s. my white linen shirt is still yellow even if they "clean it" -they were not child friendly at all. all the hotel staff was rude and unpolite and a big part of them don t understand all the english words. - they asked us (we were 5 rooms) 300 euro extra charge for our children that sleeps in the same bad with us in double rooms. they told us that for that extra charge they will moove us in suites but this didn t happened. Per total we ve has a very bad experience with this hotel and I will put my negative review everiwhere because they didn t agree that we deserve a compensation regarding the flood and all the problems - I also have more videos and photos with the flood and everithing...
