Great B&B close to the ocean and restaurants

We liked the location. On the way to the rest of Italy we were able to avoid the big city and stay in Fiumicino. We had a quiet dinner in a nearby restaurant overlooking the ocean and watched the sunset. We very much appreciated Piero picking us up from the airport. The b&b was appointed well. Loved the ocean colours it was decorated.with. And super comfortable bed. What more could we want?

Этот номер - рай для транзитного путешественника. с просторной ванной комнатой оформлен со вкусом - в бело-голубых тонах. Очень чистый, всё продумано до мелочей. На общей кухне есть всё, чтобы перекусить: булочки, круассаны, кексы, бананы, яблоки, кофе, чай, соки, вода. В 5 минутах ходьбы есть супермаркет. В 150 м набережная, пляж, рестораны, пиццерии, бары. От аэропорта на машине ехать 10-15 минут. Когда мы вышли из аэропорта, мы написали хозяину Пьеро, и он через несколько минут приехал за нами. Трансфер стоил 10 евро. Пьеро - очень приветливый человек. Обратно у нас был ночной рейс, Пьеро любезно вызвал нам на 3 часа ночи такси Paola. Мы очень беспокоились, вдруг будут проблемы, но Паола приехала за 20 минут до назначенного срока. Всем рекомендуем. Поездка стоила 15 евро.

Это не недостаток. Но вы должны понимать, что кроме номера, где проживаете вы, еще два номера пользуются общей кухней

Great place to stopover when travelling to Rome.

We arrived in Fiumicino around 0930, well before the time we should've been allowed in but Piero was there and let us store our bags in the property. The room was lovely, quite spacious with a good sized shower room. The room had shutters on the patio doors so the room is nice and dark for sleep. The bed was large and very comfortable. The terrace was large so that we got the sun morning and evening while using the table and chairs provided. The kitchen area had good facilities and Piero said we could help ourselves to the water, fruit, milk and pastries available. There was a table which was set out for use. The apartment is one street off the beachfront with easy access to the beach, beach bars and roadside restaurants. The beach is great with plenty of safe swimming areas, particularly for kids. It's not too far from the River Tiber and the restaurants there. Our flight the next day was 2045 so Piero let us leave our bags again at the apartment and also arranged for a taxi to the airport. Piero and his staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. If I travel via Rome again I'll definitely stay here.

I'm disappointed I didn't stay longer.

You could not fault the stay, there’s was not one thing out of place and it was worth every dollar.

Relaxing and very comfortable!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Communication was timely and top notch. Customer service from Piero and his brother Ivano was just amazing. Arranging for transportation to and from airport was extremely easy and convenient. The property was a block above way from the beach. It’s a quiet area with a lot of food options. There was not a single thing that was not perfect about this stay.

Cleanliness, private shower and toilet, comfortable bed, and air conditioning unit. The availability of water, fruit, and light snacks in the kitchen. The area is fun but quaint, and proximity to airport.

It was just right

I liked the fact that it was 15 minutes away from the Rome airport. The gentleman also arranged a taxi for us the next day for our departure. Also it was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and we had a lovely dinner at one of the local restaurants right beside the beach. Overall very nice place with air conditioning and wifi. We would definitely stay there again. Loved the amenities as well, the gentleman provided water, snacks, juice, coffee.

Lovely, clean and well priced

Beautiful clean accommodation close to beach and great restaurants and cafes. Perfect for my stay close to airport as I was transferring. Would definitely stay more than one night next time. Hosts were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

I highly recommend this place!

This hotel is really great. Everything from the design to the location. Especially the owners were so helpful and friendly.

Only one small thing, there is no stove for cooking.

Everything was fantastic! This place is very close to the airport & to the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful and big balcony. Our room was facing the sun, but no worries if you want to rest because you have electric blinds for the windows and AC. The kitchen was very well equipped, the breakfast was there all the time, also coffee, tea and the fridge full of water. Oh, and the host was simply amazing, very friendly and helpful, smiling all the time. Sincerely, we couldn't asked for more, it was perfect and to be honest, I wished we could've stayed more than one night, but we will definitely will come back.

A great place for a stopover.

It is so well organized. Like a three room hotel. The host was very accommodating and arranged transport from the airport.

Great location, exactly as shown, very clean, and great host!

The host was excellent! He communicated with me before I was slated to arrive and offered a pickup from the airport and also for my departure, even though the latter was very early in the morning, for a reasonable fee--very appreciated. He took the time to explain things and walk me through the property and show me to my room. The room was spotless and well appointed, the kitchen area (shared) had everything you'd want or need, and the place was in a quiet residential neighborhood in Fiumicino. Couldn't ask for more, really! If I ever find myself needing to fly out of Rome, I will be staying here again.

The room was so lovely and the balcony was cozy as well. everything was clean and the hosts were so lovely. the even picked me up at the bus stop and dropped me at the airport as I left. so nice and such easy communication!

Just what we needed after a tiring few days sightseeing in Rome.

Very comfortable room and balcony. Unlimited expresso coffee. Excellent help and support from Pierro.

A more powerful shower would be the icing on the cake.
