Při provádění rezervace jsem neměla dostatek financí na kartě, kterou jsem chtěla platit. Na Booking.com bylo uvedeno, proveďte platbu do 24 hodin, jak rezervace bude stornována. Po cca 5 dnech jsem se k hledání ubytování vrátila a počítala s tím, ze rezervace je automaticky stornována a hledala jsem tedy jiné ubytování. Ano, moje chyba, ze jsem se nepřesvědčila, ale co bylo psáno, mělo by byt i platné. Po zakoupení jiné rezervace a dobití mé karty se mi pochopitelně cena za toto ubytování strhla, což jsem zjistila následující den a s majitelem nebyla žádná domluva, vymlouval se na práva a nevratnou platbu. Ale ze na Booking.com mají psané něco, co nedodrží, tak moje chyba. Proto negativní hodnocení z celkového přístupu k věci.

Very convenient and safe

I had my own space and it was very clean. The staff were also very helpful in person. The hostel was also a short walk from the city centre which was nice

There was some miss communication about how to access the apartment at first and some of my flat mates who came through were quite loud and dirty (not the property’s fault)

Lovely place to stay, excellent value for money close to the city centre.

Location is excellent, very close to the Old Town. Room was very clean, perfect for our needs. We had a shared bathroom and kitchen with all the facilities we needed and spotlessly clean too. The instructions for getting into the apartment were all very clear and there were no problems.

Everything was perfect. There was one small issue with the wifi network but I got a reply back to my text within one minute and everything was sorted.

A joke

From homeless people squatting the halls, to the only bathroom being locked entirely, leaving you relying on shops nearby to do your business (after 10pm? Good luck fella!), my stay at Dukes resembled an episode of a comedy show rather than a sane stay at a hostel.

The staff, They don't have respect for guests. They were behavioural un politely with me They taken 17 pounds 💷 more money from me Because the hotel prices was 260 pounds They were charged me 277 pounds 💷

You will hear everything what happens in the other rooms. My bad had striking springs.

Don’t go there

Hard to find the place and open the door. They even take the deposit and return it after half month. By the way, the don’t fix the shower in the bathroom.

Nice accommodation, but bad soundproof.

Good location. We stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and a kitchen between 2-3 rooms. It looks more like a flat split into separate rooms. It was a self Check-in which I really like.

The level of sound proof was 0. You can hear when someone walking in a hall way, using a microwave etc. We were lucky that our neighbours were quite and not super active, but it might cause a trouble, especially in the night. I also experienced some problem with water in a shower. Sometimes it wasn't running straight away 🤔 so I have to wait for few minutes. Not sure what was the problem. They also gave us two separate single bed sheets, so we have to sleep separate, even though we booked the room as for two person.

DUKES DESTROYED MY WROCŁAW VACATION

terribly noisy, really bad beds! someone tried to break into my room. 5th flloor up and broken elevator! tv doesnt work, mattress isnt hygeinically covered! i have bug bites everywhere. people smoke in their rooms. I HAVE PTSD FROM DOORS BANGING OPEN AND SHUT ALL DAY AND NIGHT

Very good

The room was quiet, had a nice view, and the kitchen was well equipped. The whole place was clean and we didn't have any issues checking in.

The electric stove didn't work super well, and the balcony was a bit dirty.
