Will never stay here again!

the property is very beautiful. the pool is nice and the room are big and clean.

The bed was very very uncomfortable, the sink in the bathroom stopped working, and if you flushed the toilet, it took 10 mins to refill the bowl. we also felt like the chef overcharged for dinner. we arrived very late and didn’t have a lot of options for dinner. I was really looking forward to staying at Aldea Balam but we ended up checking out after the first night because of our sheer disappointment of Hotel.

Best stay in 5 months of Travel

The room, even the type of mosquito nets over the bed! The pool, the staff, the breakfast, the food, all of it!!

lovely oasis

The most comfortable bed! Pool area was beautiful lots of foliage. The restaurant was great we shared fried whole fish and it was so terrific! The salsa macha still has me thinking about it.

The toilet took quite a while to refill, like an hour plus.

it was simple phenomenal

everything! specially food. The food is Michelin star quality and any time I got to Tulum I am going to Aldea Balam to eat.

it is 20 Km away from Tulum central. if you have a car then I definitely recommend this place.

if you are looking for a unique experience this bungalow is it, however rent a car or motorcycle to move around.

The Bungalow was decorated beautifully and had a huge representation of naturalness and nature.

The location and no shuttle bus.

Definitely recommended

Absolutely amazing garden and nice place to stay, incredible bungalow! We didn't heard any highway noises also, so close to everything but away from the crowds. Bed's were really comfortable! Your own ride is preferred, but can manage with taxi's and collectivos also. Wish that we could have stayed there for longer

My new favorite place

We have been living in Mexico since July and staying in places around the Yucatan. This has been our favorite place so far. The pool resembles a cenote, and the cabanas are wonderful! We loved the food too and will definitely return.
