About this house rental

This beautiful home offers guests a wonderful experience while holidaying at Sunshine Coast's Coolum Beach. Open plan living with many break out areas will ensure everyone has their own space.

The top floor has a deck which flows out from from the main living area. Enjoy drinks with friends and watch the sun disappear behind Mount Ninderry. Also on this floor there are two bedrooms (one with ensuite), kitchen, dining, laundry and additional toilet.

Downstairs consists of three bedrooms, bathroom, powder room and lounge that opens out onto the pool area. There is also a black board wall for the kids to have fun and let their creative juices flow.

There is plenty of room for the kids to kick a ball or play cricket and the 8m x 4m pool will have everyone cool throughout the hotter times of the day.

The back area of the house in not fully landscaped as yet. It is a slow work in progress.

The garage and some cupboards will be locked with the owners personal belongings.

2 bathrooms - one has a shower and bath and separate toilet and the other bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The relaxed coastal themes are reflected in the comfy couches, beautiful art work. The timber decks provide special place for outdoor dining or relaxing with a glass of wine or morning coffee taking in the views.

KITCHEN

This lovely well-equipped kitchen has everything you need; electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, pantry & breakfast bar for extra seating.

Glen and Tracey were amazing and generous hosts. Our family had so much fun at this property, lots of space, great facilities and a very comfortable family feel.

The house is spacious and well appointed with everything you could need. Location is secluded in a quiet cul-de-sac with great views. Lovely pool which is bigger enough for family games. A bit too far to walk to the beach with little kids but it’s less than a five minute drive to the beach and there was always free parking available.

This was one off the best, well appointed, large family houses we have ever stayed in. With the five bedrooms and several family or quite spaces both upstairs and down it suited our needs to a tee. We enjoyed the various games made available to us, and the kids loved the pool. The BBQ on the back deck is perfectly placed with easy access to the kitchen. The large front deck, with its stunning views to Mt Ninderry and across the hinterland, was the perfect place to sit with a few quite drinks and watch the world go by. Communication with the Owners, was always fast and concise, nothing was to hard and or every request was granted. I would like to thank the owners for making this magnificent house available for our use.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful family house. Lots of space for the four of us to have our own room with a great functional kitchen where you could cook up your own meals and then enjoy them on the massive deck with lovely views. This house is located in a nice quiet street, with only a 20 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place. Lots of room, wonderful views, the pool was amazing and it was only a 5 min drive into Coolum Beach shops. The owners were extremely responsive for even the smallest concerns and helped us out immensely which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large group. We stayed in Glen & Tracey’s fabulous home over the 2019 Christmas period. The home accommodated two families with children, ten of us in total, with plenty of space for us all. The house had everything we needed for cooking and storing food in their large fridge that also has an ice maker, which came in handy. The highlights are definitely the decking area over looking the beautiful hills and swimming pool. The saltwater swimming pool is gorgeous and it was wonderful to be able to easily watch the kids swimming from the decking. We hired cars so we could easily get around to do any sightseeing and quick trips to the shops in just a few minutes, but if you don’t mind a walk it’s a nice 15-20 minutes to the Coolum Main Street and beautiful beaches. The house is situated in a lovely, quiet area, surrounded by many other lovely homes and gorgeous neighbours we also had the pleasure of getting to know. Definitely recommend this home to families and hope to return some day:)

We enjoyed one of the most relaxing and memorable family holidays we've ever had in this as-new house. We have 4 teenage children aged between 13 and 18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Access to Netflix was a big hit too! The pool was wonderful and we spent many hours swimming, sun-baking, reading and just hanging out around it and enjoying each others company. The first floor deck has sweeping views of the back of Coolum and provided a beautiful space to have meals and relax on the couches. It was only a 5-minute drive to Coolum and 25 minutes up to Noosa. We highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a peaceful escape on the Sunshine Coast.
