Spacious, comfortable, great location

Spacious, comfortable, nice outside patio, excellent AC.

Good value given the size (and location), but I alone didn't need so much space!

Fantastic Stay at City Mews

Conveniently positioned. Walking distance to amenities like cafe, muesum/art gallery, shops etc. Safe and secure. Daily cleaning service. Modern.

The water pressure in the showers could be better.

My go to place always

Clean, secure, good internet. Aircon in each room was a blessing. As shown in pictures.

Nothing disruptive for us, but we lost power after 9pm one night. We were already heading to bed, so no biggie.

Awful

Good location and the design

No water at 11 PM, couldn’t take a shower, and told me they will only check, fix second morning. Additionally, after they fixed it, when I took a shower, the water on the floor of the bathroom didn’t go down, and flow out into the whole room.

Nada!It was excellent.Were there for our 3 day regional convention of Jehovah's Witnesses and all our needs were covered.

Modern apartment in convenient location

My friend and I travelled to Gaborone for work/meetings. This is an excellent modern apartment block. Very clean and comfortable all-around. Great staff, including 24hr security. Walking distance to shops/restaurants. Strongly recommended.

Superb apartment for a longer stay

The apartment is spacious, clean and has all the comforts of a home away from home. With a full kitchen it is easy to be self-sufficient, however with The Daily Grind café & kitchen a short walk away, the decision to have a bowl of cereal or the alternative is tough. Large TV with 100's of channels, comfy bed & bathroom completes the picture.

perfect..and i will always book it whenever i come to botswana

the hotel feel it has…clean linen (white) the furniture…my 6 year old boy was not even scared to sleep alone in a foreign house simply because of how clean and welcoming and homely the apartment was..

i loved everything..

Town central escape

Location was central. Friendly & helpful staff. Facilities in the room are above par. Very spacious. Quiet neighborhood and good for walks and running. Loved the kitchen area and utensils.

Receptionist was out attending to unclean rooms at 3pm. Room 102’s bed squeaks. Consider extractor in bathrooms. Clean carpets more frequently with vacuum cleaners. Dish cloths in the kitchen would be appreciated.
