All offer unique shopping and dining. The Lake Dillon recreation path is steps from the door and offers an 18-mile loop around the lake boasting amazing views as you pass through the towns of Dillon and Frisco. There are several bike rental shops located within easy walking distance of the condo. There are many hiking opportunities nearby, with beginner to expert terrain. Our unit has several hiking guidebooks to help you pick your route. World class fly fishing located nearby as well. One mile from the condo, Frisco Marina is the perfect place to rent a boat, kayak, or stand up paddle board to spend some time on the calm water of Frisco Bay or just grab a drink at the tiki bar and enjoy watching the boats come and go.
Located walking distance to several grocery stores including a Whole Foods, several liquor stores, sporting goods stores/rental shops, several restaurants, a Starbucks, and a brewery, this location can’t be beat.
